Pulled up front & got forgotten about - 15 mins later. Had to honk to get their attention and they said they gave my food away and had to remake it. I got 3 cookies for the inconvenience. Second time - today, again told to pull up front; so I did. Was waiting on two coffee items. 10 mins later, no drinks but everyone else was coming and going. I go inside, stand at the register for 5 mins...no service. Just people walking back and forth with no acknowledging of any customers. I say excuse me...they look ... nothing. A lady who just so happened to be about to go on break asked what I needed and finally I got serviced. 15 mins on top of the 10 I was already waiting. It wasn't until about 10 mins that someone named MJ said they'd "be right with me".... If the place is going to be this crappy - just get rid of it. We barely have anything as is, don't need poor customer service on top of it. read more

they're kinda rude for no reason. I've been here twice. The first time I came in I was picking up a delivery order which had cheeseburger and a large drink. The bag felt super light when they handed it to me so I went back and immediately got cut off and she started saying "it's in there" so I said it didn't feel like it because the bag was way too light and she again cut me off saying "nope I put it in there" I think the manager came over and opened the bag and yk what was missing.. the large drink!!!! I came in today and asked if I can get some sauce and she said it was in there and i couldn't see the sauce because it was under all the food for some reason so I asked if I can just get an extra sauce just in case and she gave me the nastiest look. July 3rd, 2025 I never have ever left a review or whatever they are called, but my boyfriend had got off work at 1:50pm ish and wanted something quick and easy for dinner and he got me something as well cause I was hungry, anyhoo he got both of us a mcchicken, 2 large fries, and drinks. When he got to the window he waited like 15 mins for the food and the man who handed him the drinks was disrespectful not saying a single word and mean mugged him for no reason. Fast forward he gets home and we are eating and as I'm eating my fries and I noticed something blue. It was a fuckin acrylic finger nail. We came to McDonald's on oak harbor at 11 pm and ordered some chicken tenders, chicken nuggets and some burgers. As we ordered the young woman taking our order was not making eye contact and appeared to be out of it completely. Whether she was under the influence or not I'm not sure but I heard singing and loud talking while they spent 1 hour getting our food. We didn't receive any updates until the 45th minute and we found out they gave our order to someone else. Worst service I have ever received. This happened on 28th of August at 11 pm. While on our way to the Port Townsend ferry from Bellingham, my husband and I stopped at the McDonald's in Oak Harbor. Boy, that was a mistake. There was only one person ahead of me and they made that person park to wait for their food. They were handed one small bag. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed my two drinks, both of which had almost fully melted ice (like they had been filled and left sitting) and told to park. I only ordered 2 Big Mac meals. Why am I, and the three other people parked waiting, having to park?! This is McDonald's, they've always been quick. My order was small. It's ridiculous. I drove off after being handed my food after waiting for maybe one minute, and when I pulled back onto the highway maybe 30 seconds later, our food was already completely cold. It appears that because we placed an online order, our food was prepared before we got there, which is NOT supposed to be happening, then they made me park and wait for no reason. Also, our burgers were assembled sloppily and had to be put back together. Our fries weren't filled up. I've don't know what's going on with this McDonald's, but this isn't the first time this has happened to me here. This is the most inefficient location I have ever patronized. I don't normally review chain restaurants but I just wanted to bring it up that it has super clean restrooms and a really nice dining area. It is a very busy which makes it a very good McDonald's everything's quite fresh and the only drawback is sometimes you're going to wait might get a wrong order but overall if you take your time you'll get a Great McDonald's meal read more

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Ordered on the kiosk at 11:00 for lunch. The first ones to order lunch, order took 27 mins and I watched lunch orders served over and over before we got our order. When I asked Becky the manager about what was taking so long she stated they are busy. Yes, understood that the drive through was busy but not the lobby. Manager needs to reevaluate processes and produces to make it more efficient. read more

We have a couple employee favs, one is Ms Pat she's always friendly with everyone, always smiling. Lucas is another fantastic server. He's very pleasant, makes sure our order is perfect including fresh hot coffee every time, works with a smile. It's a pleasure to go there to eat. Ill start with the positive- the curbside delivery and mobile app ordering were great and the associate was very friendly. The food...yuck. Burger was literally almost flat and fries were not good. Usually service isn't this bad. Today we ordered 2 chicken biscuits with Mustard and pickle. After they repeated the order we drive up to the first window. Order was repeated back to us "chicken biscuits with MUSTARD AND PICKLE besides the 3 other sandwiches we got. Order came i always make it a habit to check my order before driving off. The place was rebuilt a little bit ago, and it's a lot nicer, I like the food there and I would say it's definitely a recommendation.

I don't really like McDonalds but for a McDonalds it's pretty good. This McDonalds has really good customer service all around. The place is clean, including the bathrooms. My kids love this place. The drive thru line is usually really long but again not this specific locations fault. McDonalds in general... Man ya'll must be going to some crazy bougie McDonald's because your expectations of fast food joints are crazy high. First of all, my husband is like the pickiest fast food burger patron on the face of the earth. I mean .. you don't get the Big Mac for the special sauce and pickles?!?! He orders it without sauce and pickles and instead chooses to use ketchup. Weirdo. I know. I get the Big Mac combo, too, but I'm not a psychopath so I get sauce and pickles. We both get well done fries (aka: extra crispy). We're just a little difficult. What you need to know is this.. they got it all right. They got my husband's burger right, they got our fries right and they salted them perfectly so i didn't even need to add the 3 extra salt packets i grabbed. Waited in a very long drive thru line to get a chicken nuggets happy meal and some Ice cream McFlurrys with my toddler only to get home and open the happy meal and find there were NO NUGGETS in the box! I just left the drive through. What a sh*t show that was. Do not enter the inside lane. Idiots cant seem to figure out every other car pulls forward. The staff needs to recognize this and take orders as to not cause this confusion. We ended up pulling around and going inside because we seen some friends pulling up. About the staff, simply not friendly at all. Always short with you and seem in a huge hurry which prompts poor customer service. The food is fair just like any other McD's.
