Go to this location at least once a week for my son. It's usually flawless except for the dirty dining room (it's always busy so I get it). My wife stopped by for his dinner tonight and the food was good, but after dumping out his cup of soda we noticed something nasty floating in his soda. I hate to complain about this location, because it's always good, except for the fact that they for got a side of apples last week, but I'm not sure what was in his soda and I'm concerned..... mold??? Rude service. Late night drive thru stacked w cars in queue and menu boards not lit. I asked for hot fudge sundae and McD staff responded by quickly listing what sandwiches were available with such speed I couldnt understand what was being said. I asked her to repeat, which she did. I asked if sundaes were available. She said no. I asked for small fries. She said medium or large only. Staff seemed aggravated and ill tempered, like I was troubling them. Went by today with my free kids meal deal she said the free kids meal doesn't include 6 piece. Mind you I get this deal every time they have it. I ordered at 2:50pm gave her the code. She said it doesn't work well at 4 :11 my app said the free happy meal is redeemed. She used my coupon now and pocketed the money. I kept my receipt and screenshot the redden code and time. The hours posted on the door say it is open till 10 PM. But all of the doors are locked. The drive-through is being served, so we know there are employees in there.. We knocked and someone waiting for their order inside comes and open the door for us. When we tell one of the employees that the doors are locked, she says it is intentional. She says it is too busy. There is one group of six (yes I counted) teenagers waiting for their order inside. No one else is in the restaurant. She says it will be faster if we go through the drive-through. I say I do not want to eat in my car. She says she understands but the drive-through is faster because it is one-way. An older lady who came in with us does not want to use the self-service kiosk. No one will take her order. Apparently there are too many people in the drive-through for anyone to talk to us at the register. I've been sitting in the drive through line here for a solid 45 minutes and don't even have my food yet. There is not some huge line. They have helped maybe 5 people in that time. This is the world's slowest McDonalds. We'd haven driven off half an hour ago but the way this drive thru is set up, before we realized the line would not move at all we were trapped behind a barrier which runs all around the restaurant and is trapping us in. Seriously, I am a prisoner in a McDonalds drive thru line. This place is an embarrassment to the McDonald's corporation and needs some staff who can actually produce food fast. read more

I'm giving this place one star because I've only been there twice since the renovation I went into the store and I got really good service but when I went back to the store later that night I waited 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru and there were only two people ahead of me and then when I picked up my order it was wrong very nice store but bad service in the Drive-Thru you need to step your game up read more

Not good at all, our food wasn't even cooked all the way through, my burger was pink inside, tasted gross, forgot to add fries to our bag, paid over $10 for 3 items, coffee, quarter pounder and big mac, I can promise you, we won't be back EVER!!!! Still one of the slowest drive thru's around. The order was accurate, but had to wait for it. Also, I don't particularly like how this drive thru is set up. There are 2 speakers to take your order and the line merges before the payment window, which creates a little confusion for some. read more

It used to have a nice interior and comfortable seating area, the remodeled dinning area looks cold. The food quality has gonne down and doesn't even taste like mcdonalds anymore at all, and I don't know how they managed to mess that up. read more

This McDonald's is HUGE! It feels like you're in a mall food court with all sorts of separate and unique -- yet aesthetically unified -- seating areas. You know how sometimes you go to a bar or restaurant in an old business district and you can see how they knocked down some walls here and there to connect a few old buildings in order to make a larger dining space? This totally has that feel, except it's all new and shiny. I love it. There are so many different dirty tables to choose from -- dirty booths, dirty high-tops, dirty half-booths / half-tables -- whatever your preference in seating, you'll find one, covered in crumbs, drink spills and dried syrup. read more

Down here on this section of highway, Norwood / Walpole area, there isn't much variety of anything. I am not a big fan of fast food, but it is the best thing in a rush. Wendy's is by far the best fast food, and I would always choose it over McDonald's, yet there are no Wendy's locations anywhere even relative to here, and the Burger King is about 5 minutes down the road (not a distance I was willing to travel). So, McDonald's was the stop for me. Thankfully, this McDonald's has recently been rebuilt to fit the "new" look McDonald's introduced. So therefore, it is very clean and updated. They have a double drive-thru, that almost never has a line longer than 2-3 cars, but it moves so fast anyway, not like waiting 15 minutes or more in the drive thru at the Broadway McDonald's.... they are the WORST. Service is normally friendly and helpful, and food is normally correct.. Parking is always available on both side of the building, and this McDonald's is accessible via Route 1 Northbound or Union Street. 5 stars for this McD's, they do a great job accounting for the only fast food on this section of highway. read more

Not happy with the older man who did check out at the drive thru. He arbitrarily kept my change then disappeared in the back while I waited. He was very impatient while I tried to give him exact change... I had it as I pulled up. There was plenty of change in the drawer. My vehicle sits high and I could see there was no shortage of change. It is NOT his right to keep a customers change. That is stealing. BTW there were no signs saying they would not give change due to a coin shortage. Nice to know this man is stealing from customers. read more

Last three times I've been here the food really sucked! I know it's McDonalds so I'm not expecting anything gourmet, but at these prices now a days you would think it would be somewhat decent. All three times my sandwich's were stone cold, not even the cheese was melted for crying out loud! My second visit involved stale bread or bun on my Big Mac...I took a few bites of my cold sandwich and the bun just started to crumble as if it was a week or so old or it has been stored in a refrigerator....the staff there seems friendly at the front counter but whomever is making the sandwiches out back needs some serious training....so all in all I'm done with this place and will never be in there again, especially not what the want for a Big Mac nowadays! read more

This is the worst mcdonalds we have ever been to. The staff that I encountered were rude and clearly had better things to do than to take my order. Then we went into the play place. That's where things went from bad to worse. The woman who calls herself the "mcdonalds lady" is more like a prison guard. She yells at the kids if they run, walk too fast, yell, talk to loudly. As i am a Revolution season ticket holder, there are ten or so Saturday nights in the year where my wife rolls her eyes at me and i drive out to Foxboro and go yell at the soccer players with my dad. To complete the theme of behavior she disapproves of, i top it off with a late dinner via the drive-thru. This is something of a varying McDonald's. It varies from amazing (fast, cheerful, carefully assembled perfectly cooked McDoubles) to crap (glacial service, loose wrappers filled with somewhat adjacent, ketchup-slathered cheezburger components). It's a perfectly nice McDonald's inside, and it suits my purposes, but sometimes i wonder if i'll regret it. read more

Just had a terrible experience with the location in Norwood 31 providence hwy in MA. I ordered on my mobile app and went through the drive thru. Apparently my order wasn't in the system. I was accused of trying to steal from them by not paying on the mobile app and thats why the order wasn't there. I paid...its on my credit card. I asked why they were being rude and then I was then called a "Bitch ass motherfucker" by the MANAGER. I never even received my order so I guess ill be disputing this with my credit card company as well. read more

This is the new style with two order stations. Why two? No idea at all. There is never a hold up at an order area. It always happens in the window area. I got to one of the stations and waited, and waited. Then I figured out one person was running both stations. Then it seemed like she had no idea what she did for a living. I asked for my food, she came back with a different answer. I asked again. Again the wrong order. At that point I decided to leave. As I drove by the pay window the guy says again the wrong order. I don't know what to say really. It is probably the nicest looking McDonald's from the outside and inside. It was recently redone with an emphasis on appearance. Its to bad that they neglected to train the workers at all. I'm a college student and not having a lot of free time or money to spend on food i've been there 3-4 times since it opened. Not once has an order been correct upon receiving it or has any employee seemed to care. Today I ordered a Sausage McMuffin / 2 Hashbrowns on my way to work for a convenient quick breakfast I got the opposite. There was initially no hashbrowns in the bag I went back in to get them. After waiting five minutes my bag comes back with 1 hashbrown I have to ask for another. Another 5 minutes Im finally able to drive away after close to 25 mins. I go to eat my sandwich and its not even made correctly 1 piece of sausage thrown on an english muffin with Nothing else is not a "sausage mcmuffin". That is the typical experience with this establishment. Probably the worst food service in the Area avoid at all costs. read more
