I don't eat Fast Food often but when I do, it's because I'm hungover. McDonald's always had the best fountain soda. But lately it seems off. Watered down. They're always cleaning the ice cream machine too. Can't a girl get a McFlurry? And I was laughed at and told they don't have the Strawberry Sundae as they "stopped making that in the 90s". Which is false. My brother worked here when he was 15, I've definitely had them in 2000. And if they stopped making them, take it off the website. Pretty sure the sauce is the same used to make the Strawberry Milkshake. But what grinds my gears is getting the incorrect order. I'd say 7 out of 10 times it's wrong. For example, today I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle. What I received was a Sausage McGriddle. I'm not sure why it's on the menu. Slap a piece of cheese on it and make it edible. So before you walk out with your to-go bag and drive off, check to make sure you have what you ordered. read more

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. We stopped in around 7:00 a.m., which should be one of the busiest breakfast times of the day, yet there were no customers in line, no cars in the drive-thru, and only two adults and a baby eating in the dining room. Despite having virtually no customers, the staff moved at a snail's pace. Standard breakfast items weren't even ready, which was surprising for that time of the morning. When I politely asked why the food wasn't available, the employee responded with a snippy attitude instead of offering an explanation or apology. The most frustrating part was seeing employees standing around talking while customers were waiting. If there had been a rush, I would have understood, but the restaurant was nearly empty. At 7:00 a.m., a McDonald's should be prepared to serve breakfast quickly. Unfortunately, this visit was slow, unprofessional, and far below what I'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. read more

Unfortunately the food is often of poor quality. The french fries are lukewarm and soggy. The hamburgers are overly salted and greasy. When I've gone for breakfast, the egg McMuffins are cold and overcooked, and the hashbrowns are cold and mushy. It used to be that you could go to any McDonald's and know that you were going to get a decent quality meal inexpensively. Now, the food has gotten expensive, and the quality has declined tremendously. read more

Horrible and getting worse as the years go on. I've lived here for 25 years and the New Hope Location used to be good. It has gotten progressively worse over the last 15 years .... and since 2020 this McDonalds is absolutely the worst I've been to. For the 5th time THIS YEAR I was charged the MEAL Price for an individual chicken sandwich. This happens so often here, I SWEAR they do it on purpose to see how many times they can get away with it. I've talked to several neighbors and coworkers that also say they left the drive through only to get home and find out they paid the Meal price for a single sandwich.. VERIFY before you pay them. Quick way to tell : If the person gives you no receipt, they probably overcharged. I'm not sure if people are doing this and pocketing the money or not, but it happens very frequently at this McDonalds and that's very suspicious. They also give you the wrong change almost every time !. AND they ROUND DOWN ! Last time my order was $7.69 for example. Gave them a $10 bill and got $2 change. I had to ask for the correct change (and tell the person at the window how much it should be !). I'm finished going to this place. Stay away. read more

We've used this McD's on rare occasions after seeing a show at the Bucks County Playhouse that has run late or too long especially since after ten or eleven there is only so much open in the area especially on a weeknight. If there would be one negative about this location it would be that the right turn into their parking lot is very tight and if you have a larger SUV exiting the drive thru lane and one turning into the lot I could see some white knuckled driving or maybe a few prayers to Our Lady of the Blessed Accelerator for assistance in not exchanging paint on the side view mirrors. I can't speak about the restrooms or anything else on the inside as I have never been inside but the employees have always been decent, the order done correctly and the wait time has never been an issue. Past that who really cares? (On a brief sidebar this location has not been on Sugan Road for years as the McDonald's website will tell you, it's been at 324 West Bridge Street for years.) read more

The workers are very nice but the operation is so poorly run - drive through can take 15+ minutes and the order may or may not be correct. I hope they get it together. One year later. Used mobile app for curbside. All curbside spots parked in with no one waiting in the cars. They were inside dining. Had to re do and choose drive through. 20 min wait with no cars in the drive through line. Maybe I stay away on Christmas Eve from now on. read more

We visited the area from Maryland and stopped at this McDonald's on our way out of town to purchase food and use the restroom before our long trip home. As soon as we walked in, the manager, who was very sloppy looking with his shirt hanging out of his pants and stains on it, greeted us by saying, "Wah, wah, wah! No public bathrooms" We thought about getting food then he said "I'd love for you to purchase food but you still can't use the bathroom" "You can thank the deadly COVID 19 for that". We turned around and walked out. It was clear it had nothing to do with COVID but had everything to do with poor customer service and a lazy work ethic. How rude! And to be the manager at that. Ordered in the drive thru on a Friday morning. It took a while to be greeted and when I placed my order, they said 2nd window. They didn't repeat the order or give me the total. I paid and kept driving. Once at my destination, 30 minutes away, one of the two sandwiches I ordered was completely incorrect. Wrong egg, wrong meat, wrong cheese. It went into the garbage. Went here today for maybe my third time. What a disgrace. My local McDonald's in Richboro is much cleaner, friendlier, and overall much more efficient. This place should be shut down. Each time that I have gone and paid with cash the lady has given me back the wrong amount of change. Yes, only by a couple of cents but if she is purposely doing this to each costumer who pays with cash can you imagine how much extra their location is making (on our dime) by the end of a regular business day? It's frustrating, upsetting, and it's just not how you run a business. I finally called them out on it today and was looked at blankly and then given the few cents extra that I was owed, $0.07 to be exact. The food came out super greasy and oily (more-so than normal for McDonald's) and not hot by any means. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. read more
