Expect to wait....disappointed that even with the remodel there are long lines and still a confusing and congested parking lot. There also seems to be limited staff outside helping the traffic flow. At 12:30, middle of the week there were 2 people working outside to take orders (1 in each lane). Not to mention the young man who took our order coughed without covering his mouth and standing close to our window. Once you drive through for your order, it puts you back in the drive through line to exit. We thought about parking and going in but the parking spots are mixed in with the drive through line. I can't find anything wrong with this Chic fil a. I'm sure I've eaten here a couple hundred times and every time is great. I've never had a bad order or experienced an unfriendly employee. There are too many excellent employees to name them all. The owner, Stu Butler seems to know everyone who dines at his restaurant. No matter how busy the restaurant is, there is always someone working the dining room refilling your drink or getting you more sauce or throwing your trash away. My wife and I frequent Chick-Fil-A's in the area and I can say that while the Chick-Fil-A experience is ok here, the owners and managers don't get it. We frequently visit the one in Trexlertown and L O V E it! Great food, friendly service -- top notch. This one, not so much. It's like McDonalds only cleaner. The food was decent enough, except we have a child who is allergic to gluten. So, Chick-Fil-A is one of the few fast food places she can go. The CFA's in Whitehall and Trexlertown are more than happy to make her grilled chicken nuggets so she can eat the same thing everyone else is -- NOT THIS ONE. They simply said, "we can't do that". So I called a manager over, explained that other CFA's do it and he said no. We also routinely get my one son a kids meal with a chicken sandwich and get charged for a 6 piece kids meal. But couldn't do that at Quakertown either, they said no. So, we got her a grilled chicken sandwich (no kids meal!!) and cut it up. All in all, I recognize that we ask for a lot when we go out but this is the only Chick-Fil-A we've been to that has not done these things for us. We will never go back. read more

This restaurant in particular is always clean, friendly, and the food is delicious. I always get emails from them with different community events that they offer at their restaurant. From what I understand, this is one of the more healthy fast food restaurants that you can dine at, and I must say I'd have to stand by this claim because I have never had that sick feeling after eating their food. The milkshakes are amazing, cookies and cream all the way. My friend is a big fan of the cheese dipping sauce, he could literally drink it with a straw. The place always seems to be packed, and I really must reiterate how polite the staff is. I love me some Chick-Fil-A. The cow commercials are great but the food is even better. I like to get the original chicken/biscuit sandwich. It's so basic and so tasty. This particular Chick-Fil-A has a kids play center which is good for those who want to let the kiddos run around and burn off some energy. Randomly, the kids play center is for kids UNDER 3 years old. But I don't think they'll kick anyone out for letting their 5 year old play on the slide. I was in the restaurant picking up, and witnessed one of the fearless "team leaders" grabbing a soiled disposable cloth off the counter and wiping the top of someone's drink lid off. Completely disgusting. Now just imagine how many millions of bacteria is definitely on this old, soiled wipe. So, she insulted my intelligence, as I know what is clean, and filthy. She proceeded to finish the wiping of the lid, as I told her I guess as long as it's not your drink, who cares, right? Now folks, imagine if that was yours, maybe you have a weakened immune system, or for a child. Someone could become extremely sick, and possibly hospitalized with a bacterial infection. So obviously had to give my review. Here it goes... The cheese has the appearance and aroma of a type of beer cheese. As you dip your nugs into the liquid gold, the dairy fantasy cascades the crispy edges. The flavor of the cheese starts as a beer cheese and has a great heavy mouthfeel. Although heaviest in consistency and texture, the flavor is not overpowering and yet doesn't want you needing more. The cheese finishes smooth and subtle as you finish your journey to flavortown. The cheese is a solid price at 89 cents and gives you plenty of fuel for a train of 12 nuggets. I recommend and would buy again. read more
