It's been about 4 years since I've had an experience like that at a commercially owned food establishment. Short, sweet, simple, and present. Id like to thank mark. Older gentleman who made it known that he was alert and ready. I could tell by the way he engaged me that he was a guest satisfaction specialist. The interaction was so short, yet packed full of authenticity. Mark even asked about my home town chick-Fil-a in trexlertown. I hope mark can be given a chance at a corporate position in employee training. Just from my few moments of meeting him, I can tell he is a wealth of wisdom. His skills are being wasted stuck in 1 location. It goes without saying that positive management fosters this type of success, but. Mark absolutely took the cake home on this one 1 last note I'd like to add. My order was made perfectly during lunch rush hour, amazing staff. read more

What the heck!? I tried to go thru the drive through. I can't even find the entrance. There are no markings and I went in circles three times and then gave up and went to Wawa. Insanity. Maybe invest in some signage. read more

they forgot the sauces.they always forget the sauces. dont bother asking for chic fil a sauce because you won't get it

The new traffic patterns suck. Person in front of me in drive thru didn't get his order Io got mine e and 3 cars behind me. Mobile was getting their orders my food was getting cold still waiting for the guy in front of me. I asked the boys what was going on they told me they were working on his order. Then I couldn't get out cause traffic was all backed up. read more

Expect to wait....disappointed that even with the remodel there are long lines and still a confusing and congested parking lot. There also seems to be limited staff outside helping the traffic flow. At 12:30, middle of the week there were 2 people working outside to take orders (1 in each lane). Not to mention the young man who took our order coughed without covering his mouth and standing close to our window. Once you drive through for your order, it puts you back in the drive through line to exit. We thought about parking and going in but the parking spots are mixed in with the drive through line. It is quite a mess! UPDATE: after pulling into the 2nd lane had eyes rolled at me by an employee. I explained that no one directed us and I was following the three cars ahead of me. She huffed and puffed. Someone is going to get hurt in this lot and in these lanes. Do better CFA! read more

This Chick Fil A is amazing! Food was top quality and the fries, hack for the chicken sandwich, and ice cream cone was a steal! The best thing however about my visit was the nicest employee ever, Ronald! He was so kind to us and always has a smile on his face! It's great to see employees like him doing their job above and beyond! He deserves a raise! read more

Food was good but they did not give me all the sauces I requested and filled my large fry container with the amount of fries that go in a medium. Should have just ordered the medium I guess. read more

Fast, friendly service and great hot food! It even has 2 lanes for the drive thru. 1 for app order and 1 for ordering there. They took our order in person. I wish we had one by our house. read more

I can't find anything wrong with this Chic fil a. I'm sure I've eaten here a couple hundred times and every time is great. I've never had a bad order or experienced an unfriendly employee. There are too many excellent employees to name them all. The owner, Stu Butler seems to know everyone who dines at his restaurant. No matter how busy the restaurant is, there is always someone working the dining room refilling your drink or getting you more sauce or throwing your trash away. And the food is ridiculously good. read more

If there was ever a "Chick Fil A institute for courteous service" every other restaurant should send their employees to it. That's pretty much uniform across CFA locations (outside of Philadelphia). But I've always felt the folks at this location gave it just a little bit more and they're always so friendly and helpful. read more

I like Chick fil a, the food and people working there but I hate the new Drive thru! I have a mobile order and had to wait for people ordering. Then 2 cars were able to merge in front of me using the 2nd lane. I received my order and the car in front of me was blocking the line waiting for there order. Why isn't there spaces for folks that are waiting for their order. So they can pull over and not block the line! I don't think this was thought out very well. read more

Got a curbside order to take home and for once, waited until I got home to eat the fries. The "Large Fry" I was given was only half full. In my opinion and per the standards of other fast food restaurants, the large fry container should be exploding with fries... right?! Word to wise, check your food before you head out. I would have taken this back for the other half of the fries I paid for. Shame... I hope they arn't slipping on us. Do better! read more

Kudos to Chick-fil-A management! Everyone I deal with at this restaurant is always pleasant, helpful and professional. No wonder the drive thru line is always so long! But the team does their best (which is very good) to keep it moving. Oh, and the food is great too! read more

It is a UNIVERSALLY KNOWN FACT that all Chick fil A's have the ability to process fast food orders EXTREMELY QUICKLY with such HIGH PRECISION and COURTESY while also ensuring the food is HOT and FRESH. So basically, this place is great. Get your food here. Waffle fries. Lemonade. Ice cream cones. And of course, chickenz. Yum. read more

My my I do love me some good ol' Christian chicken. This Chick-Fil-A is usually an A+ experience across the board. The staff is super accommodating. The store is always clean. They have a very small. but nice, play area for children. There are always promotions happening like Daddy-Daughter date night, free face painting, free kids meals on Tuesdays, etc. Plenty of parking here which is good because the place is always busy. And naturally don't forget, no Sunday hours. http://www.cfarestaurant.com/quakertown read more

All chains are not created equal. The service here is unbelievable. They bring your food to your table at times, and the food comes out fast with a smile. Fast food here puts some sit down restaurants to shame. I come usually for lunch and the food is hot and tasty consistently. read more

Friendly, friendly service, good food even tho they were pretty busy at 830 pm! I love this place!

Chick fil need to do better with curbside food items. Every time we get the bags are wide open. Fries are cold every time we get home. They need to do better with packing their items. 19 simpson rd in NJ, what a piece of s_ _ _, the line was wrapped around the building, for what????? Crappy chicken deluxe sandwich, all I tasted was old dirty oil on the breaded chicken. The nuggets were just bits and pieces, not worth the $4.95. The sauces are not much better very little flavor, I had the BBQ and Siracha. I don't see what the big deal is here. This is the 2nd time I've darkened their door, and the last, ugh...... read more

How do they always seem to hire the nicest people, no matter which location you visit? Best chicken sandwich in the biz, but you already know that. Try the salads (with chicken of course), you won't be disappointed. If the long wait in the drive-thru is an issue, use the app, pull into a spot, enter the spot # and in a few minutes your food will be out. Plus the app gives rewards quickly. read more

Been there many times. Every time I leave with no Sauce even when I ask when I'm ordering. Very frustrating...

I don't understand why Chick-fil-A started taking the easy way out when you have a problem with your food, I just ordered a sandwich with cheese and they forgot the cheese and instead of giving me a new sandwich they bring out a slice of cheese. It ruins the whole sandwich because the sandwich is hot and then you just add a cold slice of cheese. It just doesn't make sense to me read more

They messed up my order and missed an order as well. I ordered through mobile app, paid. When I got home and realized and gave the manager a call, she told me to come back and pick up missing item. I told her it will take another 30 min going back and forth and asked her return money for the missing item. She said she can't, I either have to come back or mention that next time when I go there. She took my number and said a director will call. It's been couple of weeks, no one called! I tried to reach out to them filing a complaint through mobile app twice, no one cared to reach out. I guess all the facade of customer service is just fake. Please beware of ordering food from them. This is for Chick-fil-A in Malvern PA. read more

There is always a "Yes Please" when my family is asked, "want Chick Fila?"! Big time favorite! They have a Friendly crew for sure. Lots of food options to offer something for everyone. I honestly stress out about the drivethru system- seems like it could be improved somehow.... That might just be the situation at the store local to me though. Gotta respect the old school family business practice of being closed on Sundays, although this is often a bummer for my family. read more

I was traveling home from a day with the family, and needed to stop for gas so I pulled into a WaWa, low and behold ,what is right next door a Chick-Fil-A. My cousin who i just visited in Vegas told me this was her favorite fast food restaurant. So I was what the hell let's give it a try. I haven't had Chick-Fil-A in a couple of year's. The one we had locally closed a couple of years ago. It was in the local mall. I was pleasantly surprised!! I ordered the basic chicken sandwich, chicken breast on a buttered bun with pickles. The chicken was very lightly breaded, and moist. Yummy! I forgot how good there lemonade was, not to sweet. Very clean stand alone store with fast friendly service. They ask your name when they take your order, and call you when it is ready. Fully stocked condiment bar. They have Purell wipes and mints. If your traveling with kids they have one of those play area's for them. If you want to stop for fast food Chick-Fil-A is the way to go!! read more

My wife and I frequent Chick-Fil-A's in the area and I can say that while the Chick-Fil-A experience is ok here, the owners and managers don't get it. We frequently visit the one in Trexlertown and L O V E it! Great food, friendly service -- top notch. This one, not so much. It's like McDonalds only cleaner. The food was decent enough, except we have a child who is allergic to gluten. So, Chick-Fil-A is one of the few fast food places she can go. The CFA's in Whitehall and Trexlertown are more than happy to make her grilled chicken nuggets so she can eat the same thing everyone else is -- NOT THIS ONE. They simply said, "we can't do that". So I called a manager over, explained that other CFA's do it and he said no. We also routinely get my one son a kids meal with a chicken sandwich and get charged for a 6 piece kids meal. But couldn't do that at Quakertown either, they said no. So, we got her a grilled chicken sandwich (no kids meal!!) and cut it up. All in all, I recognize that we ask for a lot when we go out but this is the only Chick-Fil-A we've been to that has not done these things for us. We will never go back. read more

If you're here to write a review on the political/religious beliefs of a restaurant you're doing Yelp wrong. L2Yelp. This restaurant in particular is always clean, friendly, and the food is delicious. I always get emails from them with different community events that they offer at their restaurant. From what I understand, this is one of the more healthy fast food restaurants that you can dine at, and I must say I'd have to stand by this claim because I have never had that sick feeling after eating their food. The milkshakes are amazing, cookies and cream all the way. My friend is a big fan of the cheese dipping sauce, he could literally drink it with a straw. The place always seems to be packed, and I really must reiterate how polite the staff is. I can't think of many other fast food chains that reply in such ways as "my pleasure" when thanking them. *This review is based purely on the level of food and service that I receive whenever I eat here, and is not driven by any political or religious motives.* (The way ALL Yelp reviews should be) read more

Located on 309 headed southbound. I love CFA. I do. Great "fast food" that you don't have to feel horribly guilty about eating. Super busy location BUT - they move quick here. Awesome, awesome service. Very friendly. The girl even apologized for the wait (which was about 5 minutes) when she brought us our food. So good and dependable and CHEAP! $12 for lunch. Score. read more

Mmmm... Chick-Fil-A What can I not say that is great about this place. The food is amazing and is always a must have. The staff at this location were extremely friendly even though it was packed which is always nice. It's also nice that they bring your food to your table which helps especially when your dinning with a little one. My only complaint is that they are closed on Sunday, but I guess that adds to the experience. Writing this, I want a chicken sandwich and think I am going to go right now. Mmmm... Good, clean location, very friendly staff, and very efficient. Food was delicious! My first time here and I was impressed. I love me some Chick-Fil-A. The cow commercials are great but the food is even better. I like to get the original chicken/biscuit sandwich. It's so basic and so tasty. This particular Chick-Fil-A has a kids play center which is good for those who want to let the kiddos run around and burn off some energy. Randomly, the kids play center is for kids UNDER 3 years old. But I don't think they'll kick anyone out for letting their 5 year old play on the slide. There are no Chick-Fil-A's in my neighborhood which is one of the few bonuses of traveling to PA to visit my in-laws. I'm a fan! read more

I was in the restaurant picking up, and witnessed one of the fearless "team leaders" grabbing a soiled disposable cloth off the counter and wiping the top of someone's drink lid off. Completely disgusting. Now just imagine how many millions of bacteria is definitely on this old, soiled wipe. I mentioned to her, as I would rather not mention her name, that I felt that was completely disgusting, and she told me the wipe was clean. So, she insulted my intelligence, as I know what is clean, and filthy. She proceeded to finish the wiping of the lid, as I told her I guess as long as it's not your drink, who cares, right? Now folks, imagine if that was yours, maybe you have a weakened immune system, or for a child. Someone could become extremely sick, and possibly hospitalized with a bacterial infection. Keep this in mind if you choose to eat here. And if the disgusting "lady" reads this, you should be completely ashamed of yourself, risking people's health because you are too lazy to get a clean wipe. read more

Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food in my opinion. Now that's all clear, this location is great. Overall fast and friendly service and good food. The place is conveniently located right off 309 and is very easy to get to and park at with their decent size parking lot. Only negative is that it can get busy. Overall recommend. read more
