Horrible service! Went to pick up order that was placed in the app. First was told my order wasn't there. 45 minute wait at drive thru to get order. Had to spell name 3 times and then was almost given someone else's order! Returned home to discover part of my order was missing. Crinkle fries were lukewarm and very heavily salted. When I called with the issues regarding my order, I had to leave a message after being on hold for quite some time. They weren't very busy at all for a Saturday and no surprise there. It will be a very long time before I ever return to Arby's after this terrible experience. read more

Horrible is an understatement for this place! We've got the meat? Not here! The large-sized roast beef sandwich I was so looking forward to was rancid and full of gristle, if not some sort of processed by-product that was not edible or chewable! Since I had ordered to go, I had no idea I'd be getting such substandard meat that wasn't like any meat I'd had before at any Arby's, and wouldn't accept from any restaurant. When I called the next day and got the same manager who was on duty when I bought the sandwich the previous evening, he admitted to me that the roast beef product that had come in that week was inferior, did not look good to Arby's own managers, and had generated complaints from other customers...begging the question of why it was sold and served in the first place! But here's the kicker: I was told to come in for a replacement sandwich (assuming the roast beef being purchased by this franchisee was once again a quality product, versus the garbage I had purchased), only to be refused the replacement by the shift manager on duty at the time! I was beyond humiliated and taken advantage of by this Arby's twice! Absolutely no restaurant, franchise or otherwise, has the right to ever knowingly sell food they know to be substandard--let alone roast beef that is rancid and unedible. Going forward, I could obviously never trust this establishment, and would never set foot in here again! read more

I LOVE Arby's!! They are hands down my favorite fast food location and it is a shame that there aren't any closer to where I live, but it is definitely worth the 20 minutes down 309 and worth a stop when I am in the area. The food is fresh and great, the staff is friendly and quick, and eating in the restaurant is neat and clean too. While I have yet to venture out of my favorite (the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich), I thoroughly enjoy it everytime. The small parking lot in a section of the Richland Crossing Shopping Center may get crowded at times, but I'll look past that as it is tame most of the time. This Arby's also holds sentimental value, as it was the site for my family's Easter 2011 dinner as we were on the way home from Boston and it was one of the only places open! Thats a fun memorie associated with this location. Oh,and I certainly can't resist ringing the bell on my way out for the great service!! read more

I have never encountered such a horrid experience anywhere. It started with a woman manager forcing the broken door open when I was in the bathroom to hand me tp. Even though I tried to prevent her from opening the door, she still proceeded to push the door open enough to hand me tp. That's not a wise thing to do with women. Then I ordered food and the order was wrong so I requested them to fix it. It came out wrong again. I was approached both times with young and older woman manager with arms crossed staring at me and not acknowledging what I said as if they were pulling some kind of bully tactic. This is completely unprofessional and if this is what Arby's wants to represent then you will reap what you sow. read more

We stopped by Arby's for a quick afternoon snack. Walking in, a huge poster advertising "Southwestern Mini Egg Rolls"[1] assaulted our senses, so we decided to share an order of four. These simple but satisfying rolls encapsulate a fusion of faux-Mexican and faux-Chinese styles. Unsure whether I could handle more than four in a single sitting - they're strong tasting (there's some sort of pepper in it, and cumin too - Indian-esque) - and the tasty lime sauce that came with it probably contributed. Curly fries (typical) and a large soft drink rounded off our snack. This was a solid Arby's experience, clean and convenient. We didn't leave too full, nor our wallet too empty. I DoorDash from here two times recently. each time I made multiple notes requesting Arby's sauce. never got Arby's sauce at all. last time I didn't even receive napkins or even straws for my drinks. come on.. do better. if I ask for Arby's sauces multiple times give me couple. if I get drinks provide straws so I can drink it. and napkins... The lovely wife wanted Panera. I thankfully did not and seeing as how the Arby's closest to me closed last year I saw this as a rare opportunity to get my Beef & Cheddar on. No one in the drive thru line so the ordering went super fast and then something very surprising happened. When I got to the window to wait for my palm to be greased with the grease there was no waiting as the bag was already hanging out the window done and ready to go. Total time on the property for the entire transaction: less than three minutes. Total minutes of heartburn later from the excellent B&C: more than three minutes but it was worth it. Yum! Today I tried to use an Arby's coupon I received in the mail. The person working the register couldn't find the right button for the item. Ordering took about 3 or 4 minutes to find the button. After all that and four separate confirmations of the order, I was overcharged by a little more than a dollar and the food delivered was for a lesser value item than what I paid for (similar food item but wrong item). I considered talking to someone about rectifying the issue but considering the four confirmations of the order prior to getting the food wrong, it seemed like a lost cause. I ate the food I was given and moved on with life. Just know that you might not get what you pay for at this Arby's - and coupons might not save you the money if they mess up ringing you up. read more

So, I have not been to Arby's for at least a year. I went today and ordered a beef and cheddar and it was absolutely disgusting. When did Arby's change their meat? I looked through the sandwich and it didn't even look like real meat. It look like some type of gross processed stuff, it didn't even look like roast beef and it was even a different shade of brown. Food was great, no different then any other Arby's. Curley Fries were fresh out the fryer. The roast beef sandwiches were warm and amazing. I got my favorite jalapeño bites. The staff greeted us when we walked right in the door and took our tray when we were done eating, staff was top notch! Only complaint was my wife used the bathroom and she said it's hasn't been cleaned in awhile and was very filthy. read more
