First time at this place for a sub and will go back four seconds. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The ambience was clean, including the bathroom and the food was very tasteful and the area around the food was clean. My sandwich was the club supreme. Don't tell anyone this Philly gurl just had the best hoagie she's EVER had in 49 years ...at a place "wit" JERSEY in the name freshly sliced cold cuts , an amazingly cheerfull staff lead by RYAN and his crew (all smiling and happy --heard the fearless Ryan greet at least 5 customers the same way he greeted me --noticeably joyful and eager . Good god, this is what passes for a quality subway sandwich shop? I ordered the cheese steak sub to go. I took a few bites and each bite had the after taste of meat one day past the point where my mom would have tossed it but a college kid would take his chances. I just found out that they serve all of there items in bowls, without rolls so I was right there for lunch yesterday! I had the Italian in a bowl and it was great and only cost $8.50 the same as the hoagie. It was very good and almost as good as a PRIMO. I heard their roast beef and turkey is also really good so that is next in my list after I get a cheesesteak bowl. They put a nice amount of shredded lettuce at the bottom which is really nice. These seem to be popping up all over and I am now looking forward to frequently visiting for lunch. Never again will I deal with this place. Don't ever try to order food 45-30 or less prior to closing. They truly value going home on time more than taking care of the customer. Three times I couldn't order. They either shit down the website ordering, don't answer the phone, or if you do get through tonight was told with 30 mins until they close that they won't serve any hot food. They are too busy and this would let them close on time. When I questioned this and asked if he was serious, he responded in a condescending tone saying ,I wouldn't joke about something like that. We aren't. They truly need to restaff this place from the MGR down and start over finding folks who feel that the customer is an important part of their business. my fiancé and I went there last night to 2/23/23 and they messed up our sandwiches. My fiancé ordered a big kahuna and chicken farm and they ended up giving him beef. I had to go back and have them make me a new sandwich for him.. I also ordered a giant Philly cheesesteak, but the guy ring me up for a small and I clearly told him it was supposed to be a big. I don't know who the heck Mike is, or what he's doing outside of Jersey, but maybe he should take his sad excuse for a sandwich shop and go back across state lines. First of all, Mike, around these parts we call them "hoagies," not "subs." Wawa understands this. Lee's understands this. Primo understands this. The only joint that doesn't understand this is Subway, and do you really want to align yourself with a brand that's named after a place that smells like pee? I visited this Jersey Mike's location about three weeks after it opened. The clientele that night seemed to be primarily bros and their bro-ettes either craning their necks up at the menu or down at their smartphones. I think I may have even seen an unironic fist bump take place. I ordered a Turkey Breast and Provolone ... sub ... with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I skipped "the juice" because "the juice" is red wine vinegar and olive oil. Seriously? Your special sauce is basically Italian dressing, but you took out the herbs and other stuff that makes it good? After some fumbling from the staff, I sit down to a crumb-studded table as I'm listening to the Rolling Stone's "Satisfaction" fritzing out over the too-loud speakers. My first bite offers a whole bunch of bread and not much else. The tomatoes are too thin and unripe to carry any flavor. The shredded lettuce is slightly limp. The turkey is fine, but it's overpowered by carb-heavy bread-to-meat ratio. More on that bread: I'm a firm believer that the roll makes or breaks a hoagie. If your roll is fresh and slightly crusty and soft on the inside, you are to be blessed by the Hoagie Gods (they exist). If your roll is stale and tough and tastes a little like cardboard, you are to be damned. Because how hard it is, really, to screw up a hoagie? Got the "regular" size chicken cheese steak. Ordered online, they don't give sizes of rolls in inches ( I looked) but the regular is stated to feed TWO people. I paid 8.25 plus tax for what turned out to be a 6 1/2 inch sandwich. I even went back in thinking there must have been an error and they gave us the wrong size. Nope, that's what you get. I've eaten at other Jersey Mike's locations many times before; mostly in Point Peasant and Brick, NJ. Those places were reliable to get a good, albeit expensive, sandwich. I've gotten take out from the Quakertown location two times. The store is bright and clean; the staff is pleasant and attentive. The small roast beef was good accepting the beef, which was well done. I imagine this was done purposefully. One of the few things I don't like about this part of Pennsylvania is the preference for well done beef. Whatever, personal taste. My gripe is with the turkey on the large sandwich I got this past Monday. This was a low grade "lunchmeat" turkey. $14.00 for low grade turkey? No thanks. read more

Jersey Mike's is my favorite place to go for lunch and dinner! They have a wide variety of cold and hot subs. Some of my favorites are the Italian, Club Supreme, Big Kahuna cheese steak, and Buffalo Chicken cheese steak. The meats are sliced right in front of the customer and the experience is unlike any other sub shop. The tuna fish and roast beef are made freshly on the premises! I tried a number 20 and a number 1 for my wife. We were not impressed by these sandwiches and for 17 and change for 2 hoagies bad value. Great food! Horrible experience every time we go in there. I am from Jersey and have a Jersey Mikes in my neighborhood and the service is on point! I am frequently in the Quakertown area and stop in here often but every single time I am in there something is messed up and the staff have no clue what's going on, ever! Bad management and training. 17.00 for a sub, that is nuts. The other reviews are spot on, mostly bread, that is hard, very little meat, but you taste it, because it is so salty, all you get is a salt taste that won't go away long after you finish. There are many other choices, and if you want a really good steak or roast beef sandwich, there are many other places. The West End is very good. Lee's, I have not tried, and have been meaning to. But, there are a lot of pizza places that do subs along 309, and none of them charge more than 10.00 for a sub, and for 10.00 you normally get fries, or chips included. WaWa is better than this place. If you have the money to waste, by all means, try the place out, maybe you will like it. But if you are on a budget, like most of us, don't waste your money. read more

Took the four grandchildren for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The cheesesteaks are reasonably priced for the size. Quality of the meats and cheeses is very good.The bread was OK... it would have been outstanding if it would've been toasted. The service was less than friendly but efficient nonetheless. Jersey Mike's has fairly good subs but they are way too expensive. Try Lee's hoagie shop especially if you want a really good steak hoagie.

Hands down, a THE best hoagies in area (with Lee's a close second). You can tell on the first bite that they use quality ingredients. Their friendly staff, bright decor and speedy service contribute to the overall experience. The biggest complaints I see online has to do with their prices. Understandable. This isn't the $5 ft long place or a gas station selling hoagies, so expect to pay a few cents more for better quality. read more
