It would be a big help if the Person on the speaker spoke at least some English. It is really painful trying to order a simple meal when the order taker doesn't understand the order and repeats something back with such a heavy accent that it makes no sense. Also it would be really nice if they included napkins, fork and hot sauce as requested and confirmed that it is in the bag by the cashier. Never again!! read more

Hi. I ordered a pretty complicated order online and when I got there the food was sitting there ready for me. Totally nice because I was pretty darn stressed out at the time and when I'm stressed, I get stupid. Luckily the worker behind the counter was very friendly. I didn't get his name because I was too flustered, but these things I do know: he had a nice smile, he saw me making a complete fool out of myself, and he has my whole heart. Thanks, Taco Bell boy. Taco Bell in general has stepped up their game in the last year or so. I've noticed many locations making big changes for the better. This location is no exception. It is extremely clean,with professional friendly staff and good quality fast food. It's also is one of the few food establishments ive seen taking covid precautions and guidelines very seriously during this time. read more

I had a bad experience today. I went through the drive-through... I ordered a nachos supreme.. went and parked in a spot.... opened my food there was no refried beans on my nachos. I went back through the drive through and politely told the girl about my order. She said come back to the window. When I got to the window I went to hand her my order that was incorrect, she said you can Pawn that off to someone else or throw it away. Handed me my order with no apology what do ever. The only reason you get 3 stars is because your food is good. Your staff is highly unprofessional and unaware of the items on the menu. Every time I'm in this place it takes forever to get my food and there is constantly a line of people who haven't received their orders yet. Warning: If you drive past this Taco Bell headed southbound, hoping to find something better when indecisive and hungry, you may starve to death. There is NOTHING beyond this except for forests and nothingness. You should just stop here. I went there. We ate tacos. They were tacos. Nothing more, nothing less. As we were munching, there was a shift change going on, so one of the employees was leaving. As she left, it sounded like every employee there shouted "Bye! Love you!" from the kitchen. 1.5 stars, not 2. I've been coming to this location for a long time. Recently I've noticed the cleanliness fall off dramatically. The wait times have increased. The staff gets less and less friendly and don't seem to be trained as well as years past. My daughter and I went there yesterday and our order was wrong. The cashier said "sorry", and didn't offer to fix it. He just gave us a blank expression and said he was backed up with his work, which consisted of wiping trays, cell phone usage, fraternizing with other employees and staring off into space. read more

Sooooo slow, the breakfast crew is quick but the evening crew is slower than molasses. I walked in since the drive through line was long and although I was third in line, it still took more than 15 minutes to get my food. It never fails. Our order gets messed up every time we come. The staff is disorganized and looks unkept the manager seems to have lack their of managing skills. We were ordering when a manager was yelling to another staff about how fkn pissed she was! And dropping more curse words We were blown away by that! The kitchen is always dirty looking Which makes you uneasy about the preparation of the food your going to eat. We have to go in to check our order bc if you go thru the drive thru it's frustrating to get home and not have what you paid for. read more

Unpleasant experience. First I had to listen to the kid behind the counter tell me how crappy this place is without me even asking. Then, when I asked for iced tea from behind the counter because the machine out front wasn't working, a woman came out turned on the machine and it started to work so she rolled her eyes at me and said okay and went back behind the counter. Taco Bell is usually a reliable product but our meal just stunk. My son ordered tacos with no sour cream but they put it on anyway. He also ordered a dorito locos taco but they gave him a plain one. This Taco Bell, along with North Wales are the best in the Philly and suburbs areas. Never a bad attitude, mistakes are extremely rare and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I've been coming up this way for the last couple of years and I truly don't understand their rating although I see some are just those ridiculous demanding people and others that are just plain difficult and never happy if their other reviews are any indication of the type of people they are. This place has consistently given outstanding service and I never fail to stop since I'm following a meatless diet these days and Taco Bell is great for those type of dietary needs. The slowest drive thru ever! It took 29 minutes until I had my food and drove away. It was 8:00pm too, can't understand why it would take so long. Also $5 for the new triple steak stack is outrageous for what it is. It's not very good and doesn't have enough steak for it to be called triple. Everything else was fine I guess. This is a review of what i saw happen later in the evening last night at the Quakertown location. I saw what i find to be absolutely unprofessional and out of hand during my visit. While i was there, there was a younger boy with a beard in taco bell attire having his order taken. He was told he couldn't buy food with his employee discount (the fact that it's not free alone is a little stupid) for him and his wife together, only for himself. He then told the order taker to remove a few things from the order so that he could afford it. The lady whom i'm assuming has authority and is mislead with how to use it, then proceeded to have a serious attitude problem. (Which i applaud his respect for the workplace and level of restraint for not losing his mind at her). Beings that they already made the order before he removed the items, he still got what was taken off of the order. But it was ordered to be given to him with a scowl on her face like a serial killers'. He left with his head down and didn't make eye contact anywhere. After he left, i (without trying to eavesdrop) heard her go on and on to other employees about what had happened. I own a restaurant in allentown, just so that you know i know how things get run in places like this. If any of my managers would ever talk down to an employee like such, they'd be fired with no hope of rehire immediately. I think i read that boy well enough to know that he won't confront her in fear of losing his job so i will. To the angry lady, you work in a customer based work environment. Maybe you should work on your people skills? Or at least have enough respect to pull people aside to tell them what is wrong. To the boy, do not tolerate to be verbally humiliated by someone as old as her and working in fast food. $7.25 isn't worth being made to feel as tall as an ant. This was my first and also my last visit to this restaurant whilst going through the area. (And for a side note, you should make employees wear name tags so that for these exact circumstances, people can take responsibility or take pride in their actions). read more

I've been to this Taco Bell several times. This was the worst and last expierence I will have there. All of our food was undercooked and cold. All of it. It's not that I live to far away either, I live 1.3 miles or 3 minutes from this place. The food should not be cold when I get come. The employee's also folder some of my food in half, to shove it in the smallest bag I have ever seen. This caused half my food to fall apart. I will not be headed back here for a long time and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

They have really stepped up their game since November, 2013. I contacted them about a fifth consecutive incorrect order, and bad service in mid November. I returned in early December, and found that EVERYTHING had changed! The food was excellent, the service was much friendlier, and I have not gotten an incorrect order since.
