I give them credit that if something goes wrong, they will respond quickly and go out of their way to make it right. Just contact them with the URL they've provided on other reviews, and they will respond quickly. I believe most of the issues at this location are due to lack of staff (and a bad mobile experience with time estimates). My most recent visit had just 2 workers running the show, at peak Saturday evening time. Mobile orders will ALWAYS be second priority to their in person orders (which I think makes sense, for better or worse).
