I had an aggravating mobile experience, but I'm giving a 4-star because reaching out to Chipotle directly resulted in a very fast response and they will make it right. Also, anytime I order in person, it's a great experience. I think most complaints about this location are due to incredibly long delays with fulfilling their mobile orders. I give them credit that if something goes wrong, they will respond quickly and go out of their way to make it right. Just contact them with the URL they've provided on other reviews, and they will respond quickly. I believe most of the issues at this location are due to lack of staff (and a bad mobile experience with time estimates). My most recent visit had just 2 workers running the show, at peak Saturday evening time. Mobile orders will ALWAYS be second priority to their in person orders (which I think makes sense, for better or worse). read more

This place is a mess. Holy moly! Went in about 6:00, no crowd and there was spilled food all over the dining area, every table had food scraps on them. I had to kick chips out of the way so I could sit down. The kitchen with littered with food and trash all over the floors. I had to ask the 4-5 boys standing around to please wipe the tables 2x. One word to describe this place. Inconsistent. It's just so hit or miss. When it's good, it's very good, but when it's bad, it's really bad. Tonight, at 5:30 ( they are open til 10:00) I was told there were no more grilled vegetables. I asked if they were working on more, but to no avail, nope. The smoked brisket was extremely dry, and the chips ( which they claim are made daily) were 3 day stale. 40 bucks for 2 bowls and stale chips. Well, this was very disappointing...to say the least. Maybe the biggest mistake was putting a mobile order in. For the better part of 20 minutes I saw my food just sitting on the counter, waiting to be put in the bag, as a long line of walk-in costumers were served their food. Me and my friends came into chipotle on2/26/2025 to enjoy some good hardy food after a long day of work. Once we arrived, we were greeted by an employee, or sped through the ordering process with aggressive undertones, and that's where the problems just started at the this location. The employee then proceed to give portions of protein under the company standard(4oz of meat), and under serve rice, then denied my request for more. Additionally, the manager was there supervising his training and did not intervene at his faults. finally, the lady managing the cash register was behind rude, service was awful. Went to Chipotle in Quakertown last Thursday night. Walked in and three guys were in line ahead of me ordering. I waited in line while they ordered and then three of their friends showed up and walked in front of me to order. I looked at the guy taking the orders (who apparently knew them) and he said NOTHING. I waited to see if perhaps they were just there to hang out with their friends but as they started to order I realized that this guy was just going to continue to let them walk in front of me. I ended up leaving the restaurant and will not go back. The managers need to not leave kids alone at night if this is the way they're going to treat customers. read more

Don't know why everyone hates on this location, at first it was a little slow which was expected, they also didn't have many options because there is supply chain issues everywhere but other than that this is one of the best chipotle locations I've ever been to. We went to this location today at about 1:30 and ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. First off l the fillings were cold, there was a very limited very limited choice of toppings. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE!!! Though it is the only chipotle in the quakertown-center valley area, it is definitely not worth it. Definitely would recommend substituting it for bubbakkos down the road. I ordered a bowl online and was extremely displeased with my experience. First off I received the wrong order (cheese and sour cream added when I didn't ask for it), the rice was stale, and the steak wasn't even cut up. We were very excited to see a Chipotle in our area. We have been there about 6 times since they opened. I can honestly say that the 1st time was our only good experience. It's been downhill since then. They are never prepared with food when they run out. Forks, napkins, straws, etc are always empty and tables are always dirty, yet there are 3 teenagers standing at the register talking to each other. We went last night and it will be our last time after they were out of everything, including rice, chicken, black beans, almost every ingredient needed to make a bowl. I would have waited till they made more without complaint until the young girl got a real attitude saying "You're gonna have to wait for 20 minutes!" ,as she slammed things around. I said loud enough for her to hear that I would not deal with that kind of attitude from her. A few customers stopped me on my way out the door and agreed with me that the place is going down fast. I don't subscribe to the whole Covid thing affecting business because we went across the street to Bubbakoos burritos and it was packed. Not only that, but all food was fresh, the staff was very friendly and the place was clean. If Chipotle wants to save their newest location in Quakertown, they better get some management in there and try to salvage that place before it's too late. read more

Quakertown Chipotle is the worst ever! Waited exactly one hour for our food. They ran out of chicken, steak, sour cream, and brown rice! All tables were completely dirty, trash cans were jam packed. I informed the cashier that we could not throw our trash away because they were over flowing. She didn't even acknowledge me. The girl preparing our food should really try to be nice under pressure. We have been there twice since they opened and both times we left disappointed. The first time we went at about 7:30 and there were a few people in line ahead and behind us. When we got to the cash register to pay I asked for a bag of chips and they said that they were out and when I asked if they were going to be making more she looked at me confused and said "no". The cashier then walked away and came back with a bag of chips and said that "we got the last one". Then I go tonight at about 6:00 and get to the cash register and ask for a bag of chips and again the cashier said that they were out. The cashier Shawn was complaining (to me, a customer) about the woman in front of me and how she was crazy for saying that it was unacceptable that they were out of chips. Well, Shawn, it is. You're open for another 3 hours and chips make the meal. It's Chipotle, I get it, i'm not expecting a five-star experience or meal but when you're open for three more business hours you should have the necessary items in stock for your customers.
