I've had a variety of LATAM cuisine before, but this was my first time trying an arepa--and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the Arepa Colombiana, and as a Filipino American who loves crispy chicharrón, this dish did not disappoint. The flavors were spot on, and the guac topping was fresh and incredibly tasty. I also tried the beef empanada, which had all the traditional flavors I'm used to. Of course, I couldn't resist the maduros. They were served with a condensed milk dip, and let me tell you, I'm still drooling just thinking about it! I'm especially excited for the new Quinoa dinners, which will be served starting March 2025 on Fridays through Sundays. If you missed out on dining at Quinoa in Doylestown before it closed on January 26, 2025, now's your chance to experience what all the hype was about. The seating at Latin Pot is limited, so I highly recommend calling ahead for reservations, especially for dinner and weekends, to ensure you get a spot. It has been a long time coming. I have been wanting to come here since August!!! But FINALLY was able to. I'm going to start off by saying this establishment is incredibly welcoming. Michelle really does an excellent job with making you feel welcome. If you've been to Quinoa Doylestown you'll notice it looks familiar just a bit smaller, but don't let the size fool you. They pack amazing flavors with excellent/fair pricing. I'm a huge fan of arepas and that is exactly what I came for. It was so tender and flavorful. Delicious. Everything was really good. We came here for dinner with the family. We live in Doylestown, PA, and most of the restaurants have mediocre food. Had dinner there recently with the family. To say the food was exciting would be a gross understatement. We had a number of dishes, and, there was not one dish that was short of amazing! The guacamole was the BEST I ever had, anywhere, including NYC! The empanadas; amazing! The ceviche, other worldly! The Saltado the best I've ever eaten! It was moist, tender, and delicious! I'm a big fan of Peruvian food and food from South America! There are so many other dishes I'm eager to try! This restaurant is by far the best South American cuisine I've ever eaten in, and, I've eaten South American food all over the country. I can't wait to go back! I stopped here for a random try for tacos! They did not disappoint me I can't believe how fresh the ingredients were! Everything smelled so good like a scent of roasted peppers at a bbq. Very sweet attentive staff, the smells that greet you at the door promise a good meal and that is what you get. Great beverages and amazing, truly amazing food. This new spot is owned by the same lovely family who owns the very delicious Quinoa in Doylestown and El Tule in Lambertville. While Quinoa and El Tule focus on Peruvian and Mexican specialties, this spot offers more Venezuelan and Colombian dishes. While a lunch spot, you'll find both street food (arepas, empanadas, elotes etc.), and also nice generous entrees such as their delicious lomito and lo pobre! My husband and I just had the absolute best latin meal we've had; since his Mother passed. Michelle the owner and chef, greeted us with the warmest welcome; and talked with us about everything on the menu. The real thing. My wife and I have spent time in Latin America and Spain. We've craved good empanadas and street food ever since we moved to Bucks County four years ago.
