The women's bathroom in this location is absolutely disgusting! If the bathroom is this dirty what must the kitchen look like? The manager needs to get on this issue ASAP! I completely understand that this is fast food and you get what you pay for, But EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there I NEVER get anything fresh. The burgers and fries taste like they've been sitting for hours. It is disappointing. And it's disgusting. I would not recommend this McDonald's. I'd rather drive to the fort Mohave one. Came here on the way to Arizona to visit my buddy Rob. I hadn't ate in about oh like 13 hours..so I was like fasho let's get this McDonald's popping... haha! This store deserves no stars, I WILL NO LONGER BE GIVING THEM ANY OF MY SERVICE! I go thru the drive-thru around 11 o clock at night and they aren't busy at all and I order 4 big macs , well I get no further than jack smith park and even though my sandwiches were sitting in the heater they were ice cold! I went through the drive-thru the night before, and everything was fine the problem was the debit machine was down , even though the general manager was making the manager the night before run back and fourth between windows to use a debit card, but she refused to do it herself. I see it as plain laziness. I WILL NO LONGER BE GIVING MY SERVICE TO NEITHER MCDONALDS NOR CARLS JR, SINCE THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THE SIMPLE CONCEPT OF FAST FOOD DOWN! SO disgusting! The food was a complete F! Everything was burnt and nothing was correct! The cleanliness is a F too, spills all over the floor and not one person was trying to clean it. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms! ZERO toilet seat covers, gross negligence on cleaning, and since they don't have paper towels you resort to "attempting" to use non working hand dryers. Came to this McDonald's on my way home from Lake Havasu. Service was incredibly poor we waited 15-20 minutes for burnt sandwiches that were all missing cheese and then we had to wait another 5 minutes for cheese to be put onto our sandwiches; in our hash browns we found something that looked like the remains of a dead fly. To top it all off our cashier was sticking her fingers in her mouth and the manager is yelling at the workers the whole entire time we were here and sounds like she's on the brink of a mental breakdown. Overall wouldn't recommend at all. Slow with food. Service is terrible. Just skip this Mcdonalds on your way home and literally go anywhere else but this place. read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. There's nothing but a bunch of incompetent druggies who can't do the simple task of taking an order. Missing fries in happy meal....... Ordered bacon mc double. Got only a mcdouble, no bacon. .....And in the happy meal they gave hot mustard instead of honey mustard. We visited this McDonalds on Sat June 27th at approx 5:30pm on the way home from a week at the Parker Strip. We had a very overheated puppy with us and the staff was very gracious in providing a cup for us to use for water as well as gave her a piece of burger meat. We truly appreciate the kindness showed to our fur-baby and highly praise this staff for their generosity and kindness. Thank you and God Bless read more

To be fair I do not eat most of the foods offered at McDonalds. The sausage egg McMuffins are usually spot on. The ice coffee varies so much from visit to visit, that at times you don't recognize what you have ordered. I like the original version, no flavors. Sometimes the coffee is weak, sometimes it has too much or too little cream or sugar. There is a recipe for how to make these things, it would be helpful if every staff members could followed it. read more

Ever have the strong desire to eat some terrible for you but terribly good McDonalds? If this desire ever strikes you too, skip over this McDonalds and drive for fort mohave or something. The drive through employee was a jerk. If I hadn't given his counterpart at the back window my money I would have left. The drinks were warm, the food was cold, I will never be returning to this crap shack. If your hungry there is a jack in the box right next to mcdonalds, never had any problems there. read more
