It's tucked into a little shopping center right next to a busy dispensary, which threw me off for a moment, but wow... the food here completely changed my mood! My husband ordered me the Western Smash with fries and a drink, and it was absolutely delicious. WOW--so yummy! Honestly one of the best smashburgers I've ever had. The fries with ranch were also really good! And to my surprise, the prices were very reasonable. We ordered everything to go so we could keep moving on our journey, and even then--it was still amazing. I came here on a Wednesday around 6:00pm. There were plenty of parking spaces in a private lot that they share with a dispensary. Upon walking in, we were greeted immediately. We ordered an "old fashion" burger which came with fries and a small drink. The burger patty was a nice size and well seasoned. I also liked that the meat wasn't salty at all but wished I ordered it on a sourdough bread- yes it's an option that I missed. The place is low key but very clean. WOW! Smashed burgers and delicious! Seriously good burgers at this location. We had a Jalapeño Popper and The Grilled Cheese Smash, both with Animal fries. The flavor on the burger patty along was outstanding, the toppings were all fresh and flavor packed. The Animal fries were also good, but next time I'd do just the fries as they're shoe string style and get a little doggie with all the toppings. Great find on a day when it was rainy and we'd just set up or RV in a nearby park. If you are looking for a little hole in the wall joint to stop and get a quick lunch or dinner at in Needles, look no further. When my family and I stopped by on our way back home to California, we were instantly greeted by a friendly staff member. She was kind, bubbly, and helpful. There isn't much indoor seating since it is a smaller place, but its large enough to fit a few small- medium groups. The restaurant itself was very clean. The menu is limited and focuses around burgers, hotdogs, and fries. There are also a few salad and wrap options as well. Although the menu is limited, there is an obvious reason why. What they do have on the menu, they do well and the service is quick. Was this the best tasting burger spot I have ever gone to? Not by a long shot. But what this place offers is a solid burger and fries for a very reasonable price out in the middle of nowhere. All burgers come with a side of fries and a drink which is nice. My girlfriend was very impressed with their cheese fries. According to her, they have one of the best cheese sauces she has had. Overall, if I am ever passing through Needles again, this place will be a place I stop at to grab a quick, solid bite to eat. read more

Veggie burgers in small town Needles are few and far between, so I was really happy to learn this restaurant has the Impossible patty that can be added to any burger. I ordered the grilled cheese smash it was so darn good. Very juicy. Very tasty. The burger was so enormous that it was a bit unweildy, but I was undeterred. I got their SMASH BURGER which was basically a double cheese burger inside of a grilled cheese sandwich. I ate about half of it and we took the other half back to our rental condo and there was enough for our dinner. The fries were pre-frozen, but served hot and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cook made the red and white sauces fresh each day. Spicy but mild enough to taste good and still be able to taste what you were eating. The restaurant was very clean and bright. Inside and outside seating. My second visit to Smash Burger! First time I tried the Frank Dog it was delicious! Today I was debating between the Tomy Smash or the PBJ Smash. So I called and asked what they recommended. First of all, the gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful and had a great attitude! He smiled over the phone! That is the best start for any customer service business! This great attitude was present both visits. Anyway I ended up ordering the PBJ and wow! Thank you to the gentleman that said "PBJ ALL DAY!" Yes it sounds like an odd combination but OMG! Delicious! We were passing through and found this place. Walked in 3min before closing but they said they'd still serve us. We ordered a Smash Burger Wrap and Chicken Strips. We get in our car and drive off only to find that NEITHER of us got the correct order. Wife ended up with some (breaded) chicken wrap. I ended up with what appears to be the chili fries with one (1) piece of chicken strip (not even sure if that is part of the order). Noticed later that they had the Chicken Strips correctly on the receipt but had Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap rather than the Smash Burger Wrap. The chili fries I received was only $7 but I paid $12 for chicken strips (that I didn't get). On top of that, I gave them a 25% tip while paying, based on getting the correct food. So not only did we not get our correct food but I paid them an additional $5 (difference from the chili fries to the chicken strips) and 25% on that amount, too. Looks like they got the better end of the deal. So, if you get your food to go, check it, even if you ask them to repeat your order. read more
