0 stars cause everytime I come the wait is so long doesn't matter what you get you wait 15-30 minutes every single time. The food is okay when then get it right. They aren't entirely nice either never seen a smile on anyone's face I get it, it probably sucks but if someone is trying to be nice at least show some attempt to try and smile back it truly goes a long way. Maybe new management or new employees would help this but it truly needs work I never go cause it's a waste of time and most of the time money Went from excited my new home was so close to a McDonalds to highly disappointed. read more

The drive thru was not busy for a Saturday night except a delay because at both windows the girls were talking and flirting with a bunch of guys in the car in front of me. when I paid the girl asked me if I wanted a receipt I said no but should have takin it. no body ever asked me that before, ordered a double quarter yuk!!!! the burger itself was cooked to the point it was dry with no taste. I had to add extra condiments on it and still couldn't finish it. McDonald's you need some new leadership in that location and you'd better get on your game because burger king is out to get ya! read more

Ordered bags of ice on mobile app. Arrived at restaurant, and was informed that they don't sell bags of ice. The associate let me know they know that they never have sold bags of ice. This restaurant needs to remove it from the mobile app if this is the case. The associate wasn't sure how to refund a mobile order, but said he wouldn't fulfill the order and we should get refunded. Still giving the place 1-star because the associate was cool. Will improve to 5-stars if ice is removed from mobile app. Or management reaches out to me and lets me know they are removing ice, or will start selling. read more

Every time I go here I have to check my food because when I don't they mess it up. I ordered a Big Mac tonight and I took a bite and realized there was only one patty. Like what the fuck! I shouldn't have to worry about getting everything in my order. read more

Are you kidding me! My McDoubles were so good today I had to tell YELPnation! Hot and fresh like I've never had before. I mean like picture perfect!!! Nothing hanging off the edge, constructed like a cheeseburger should be! And soooooo yummy! Great work today guys and gals of McDonalds! read more

McDonald's - Remember, Where's the beef ad? Well now, it's where's the chicken? Chick-fil-A has a far superior product! - Fast Food Near Me - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Great service, friendly staff, orders are ready quite quickly. I really like this location. Thanks!

Every time I go there after 8 pm it takes about 30-45 minutes to get my order. The line never long but only 3-4 cars. Been a couple times I just pulled off because they take forever. Food is good but service is to slow. read more

This McDonald's is a breath of fresh air. The management holds this location to a higher standard and it really shows. The food is fast and fresh, and the employees are extremely polite EVERYTIME I go. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Terrible terrible terrible always messing up my damn food. Service sucks. They take their take, even after they get my order wrong still currently sitting in this drive through for the second time. read more

I came here after work because it's 24 hours.... The woman working the window said they aren't taking orders anymore. She said 4:15, that's 15 minutes, cool I'll wait. It's now 430am. I just have a long drive and I just got done working overnight. Not only did she extend the time, she's clearly eating and talking with her mouth full. I get people get hungry. But you had a whole 30 minutes to eat... you couldn't have talked after you chewed? Cause people aren't hungry or anything waiting to order. Then had the nerve to say if stay in line she's making the time go up. I really don't know who runs this place. But apparently it's not like anyone cares if they get business or not. read more

This is the McDonald's you drive past to go to the better one a few miles down the road. There is always a long wait at the drive through, you're asked to pull forward and wait for extended periods of time until there is no forward movement and they have to start filling the orders. Then you usually end up with the wrong bag of food. If you go in, there is a lobby full of people with no discernible line for 1 cashier. My last three or four visits there were because it is the closest McD's to me, but I will make the trip further down the street the next time I am wanting their food. read more

Every time I go there about 2am-3am to order from the menu 2-6 they say. They tell me they have no more fries or just have to wait till breakfast thats at 5am and this is 4 times out the week. Like this McDonald's be busy so why not order the amount of food that's needed. Like come on. read more

I asked for ranch and the lady was super rude and ignored me so I said it a little louder and she gave me this ...... I won't be coming back . read more

Seriously the nicest McDonalds we have ever been to. We came here after church last week and decided to do it again this week. The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are very clean! Thank you for your hard work, it does not go unnoticed!! read more

what's with the myrtle beach McDonalds??? After 10 pm you can't get a cheeseburger or a Big mac, you can only order certain items off the menu, #2,3,4,6 and that's it! WTF?! Just close then! read more

I still can't believe they haven't opened their freakin' dining rooms?! After more than a year now! When 90% of all the other restaurants have. Everyone needs to call Corporate Office about this!! The Customer should come first and not McDonalds Profit margins. They STILL have only an abbreviated Menu? Still don't have bagels or Steak bagels. Why? They can't serve Steak anymore or someone get sick? I think they are Anti-Semitic against Jewish people and that's the ONLY reason! read more

The last 5 or more visits ,the food has been the BEST McDonald's food We (my family & I) have ever eaten. YES, that good. The nuggets, wow hot & cooked in fresh oil.So good , went back next day. The following week...I got a coupon BOGO quarter pounder. Again, the FRESHEST& BEST we ever ate. French Fries...fresh, hot, & perfect. Today, ( June 8 ) I went in and used the new order board. Had a hard time using it ,and a lady named Tonya helped me out. Tonya went above & beyond what she paid to do. She was a vauleable employee. This is the McDonald's on 22st Street in Myrtle Beach. Please keep up the good work & the BEST McDonald's FOOD EVER. I'm not related, nor am I getting paid for this. I just love to tell about the good things. We always about the bad. Now, you heard positive instead of negative. Thank you for the great food when I was tired & hungry. Brenda Wolfe ....Myrtle Beach,S.C. read more

Depending on the time of day there can be a wait. But the drive thru people are always very friendly and I live right near by I know I can get a quick meal on the way back home or just in case we don't feel like cooking dinner. I have no problems with this location other than there have been real long waits during rush hour times but that is to be expected. Good staff. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty. Long wait times. Bathroom was filthy. I attached pictures of the dead and live green flies on the window sill. It's close to work but after today I'm never coming back here. read more

Bought two iced coffees a few months ago. They tasted awful so I brought them back to the counter. The manager was rude and offered nothing, even a refund! Contacted the regional manager and was offered two free coffees. Thanks but no thanks. I will not be back for coffee or anything else! My biggest complaint is that I wrote a review for McDonalds but it was never released! read more

I watched them hand my food to the person infront of me, they checked the bag, gave it back and then they handed it to me! This would be disgusting if covid wasnt around, but its even worse that it is! I contacted them and was just told "sorry we try to be as fast as possible" i would rather of waited than be given something someone else handled right in front of me! read more

We always get out morning coffee and biscuits here, except for BEACH BREAKFAST MORNING, lol. Just a heads up... I got food poisioning here last year, 2015, and the trip home was awful. Just one bad experience, but the food has otherwise always been good. read more

Food has alway's been good, BUT they never ever get our order's right. Ask for something a certain way they do the opposite.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 sandwich meals. When I got home realized that they gave the wrong sandwiches. Tried to call the location to tell them what happened. The phone just rang and rang. I hung up after 3 minutes of it ringing. I would suggest you make sure they get the order right. read more
