Ordered bags of ice on mobile app. Arrived at restaurant, and was informed that they don't sell bags of ice. The associate let me know they know that they never have sold bags of ice. This restaurant needs to remove it from the mobile app if this is the case. The associate wasn't sure how to refund a mobile order, but said he wouldn't fulfill the order and we should get refunded. Still giving the place 1-star because the associate was cool. Will improve to 5-stars if ice is removed from mobile app. Or management reaches out to me and lets me know they are removing ice, or will start selling. read more

Every time I go there after 8 pm it takes about 30-45 minutes to get my order. The line never long but only 3-4 cars. Been a couple times I just pulled off because they take forever. Food is good but service is to slow. read more

I came here after work because it's 24 hours.... The woman working the window said they aren't taking orders anymore. She said 4:15, that's 15 minutes, cool I'll wait. It's now 430am. I just have a long drive and I just got done working overnight. Not only did she extend the time, she's clearly eating and talking with her mouth full. I get people get hungry. But you had a whole 30 minutes to eat... you couldn't have talked after you chewed? Cause people aren't hungry or anything waiting to order. Then had the nerve to say if stay in line she's making the time go up. I really don't know who runs this place. But apparently it's not like anyone cares if they get business or not. read more

Every time I go there about 2am-3am to order from the menu 2-6 they say. They tell me they have no more fries or just have to wait till breakfast thats at 5am and this is 4 times out the week. Like this McDonald's be busy so why not order the amount of food that's needed. Like come on. read more

This is the McDonald's you drive past to go to the better one a few miles down the road. There is always a long wait at the drive through, you're asked to pull forward and wait for extended periods of time until there is no forward movement and they have to start filling the orders. Then you usually end up with the wrong bag of food. If you go in, there is a lobby full of people with no discernible line for 1 cashier. My last three or four visits there were because it is the closest McD's to me, but I will make the trip further down the street the next time I am wanting their food. read more

The last 5 or more visits ,the food has been the BEST McDonald's food We (my family & I) have ever eaten. YES, that good. The nuggets, wow hot & cooked in fresh oil.So good , went back next day. The following week...I got a coupon BOGO quarter pounder. Again, the FRESHEST& BEST we ever ate. French Fries...fresh, hot, & perfect. Today, ( June 8 ) I went in and used the new order board. Had a hard time using it ,and a lady named Tonya helped me out. Tonya went above & beyond what she paid to do. She was a vauleable employee. This is the McDonald's on 22st Street in Myrtle Beach. Depending on the time of day there can be a wait. But the drive thru people are always very friendly and I live right near by I know I can get a quick meal on the way back home or just in case we don't feel like cooking dinner. I have no problems with this location other than there have been real long waits during rush hour times but that is to be expected. Good staff. read more

Bought two iced coffees a few months ago. They tasted awful so I brought them back to the counter. The manager was rude and offered nothing, even a refund! Contacted the regional manager and was offered two free coffees. Thanks but no thanks. I will not be back for coffee or anything else! I watched them hand my food to the person infront of me, they checked the bag, gave it back and then they handed it to me! This would be disgusting if covid wasnt around, but its even worse that it is! We always get out morning coffee and biscuits here, except for BEACH BREAKFAST MORNING, lol. Just a heads up... I got food poisioning here last year, 2015, and the trip home was awful. Just one bad experience, but the food has otherwise always been good. read more

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 sandwich meals. When I got home realized that they gave the wrong sandwiches. Tried to call the location to tell them what happened. The phone just rang and rang. I hung up after 3 minutes of it ringing. I would suggest you make sure they get the order right. read more
