My mom told me to grab her a coffee while she was getting ground beans at starbucks. I get a coffee and a soda and walk back to starbucks to meet her. My mom was still getting the ground beans. I figure i should go in starbucks and hand her her coffee so it didnt get cold. She was at the register and i embarass her by giving her a coffee from another restaurant. This is my go-to location. I have 8 other locations on the routes I regularly take and I choose to come here when I can. It's a franchise, not a corp store, so they have ice & salad dressings the corp stores don't carry. I usually have a special order, so I'm in the habit of always checking my order before leaving. There is rarely something wrong, but they are quick to fix if there is. No one is perfect 100% of the time. It is a standard structure. I have never been inside, but I see many people inside, so I presume it is the standard cleanliness. It does a good business, so many others must think as I do. read more

March 21st. Ordered online . Unfortunately uber wasn't able to deliver since they did not have any drivers available.. had to go there myself. Ordered online, came to Macdonald's . Line of 9 cars in-front of me . Fine . Pulled over to the window to place an order - no one answered. Fine . Cars moved forward, so did I. Came to pick up window . I really like this McDonalds. Freshly, newly, built, this place is just across the street from the old one on Elmhurst road. I'm giving this place a high-rating because everything is so new, clean, and modern!! The soda fountain machine is touchscreen, but not the ones you've seen in recent years; it has a chasis of a traditional pop machine, but the top (where the ice comes from) is all touch screen and you get multiple options and choices. Very fancy-shmancy. Food is what you expect really at Mickie-Ds, but with kids and Happy Meals, $15 isn't too bad to spend. BATHROOM REVIEW: Super cool, modern, and clean. I started writing with 5 stars, but then the more I wrote the more I deducted, because i really do think this mcdonalds is one if the better ones if they fix a couple issues. This is one of the better and cleaner McDonalds in town. Food is fresh, its packed on the weekends with charity events and people coming in from church. Reason why its not 5 stars is because they always get my order wrong even when ordering on the app. They only got it right 1 out of 10 times, not kidding.. -1 star Another reason is that you cannot order a cup of water with the app. -1 star They have 2 tv's which are playing some channels, the one by the window is definitely not HD and looks bad. The garbage locations are hidden and hard to find, but i guess its good for looks. There are some tables with power outlets for laptops, but door has a sign that you can only be there for 30minutes and you have to be eating, which is very rude. Terrible service...I was there on Thanksgiving morning. I wanted a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich and hash brown...the young man who was trying to take my order really did everything to make me feel uncomfortable and leave. The dining room service is not bad. They're quick and rarely get orders wrong. Plus the restaurant's update makes it look classy. But it seems smaller than when it was across the street. Now the drive through service is horrid. Long lines of cars all the time! And at night, it's the WORST. It seems that they only have 1 person working at night. Last time I stopped by for just a soda, I was stuck waiting to move up to the speaker for about 10 mins. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The manager lady was very rude and was giving me attitude for no reason whatsoever. She was talking back to me when I was just asking a simple question about my mobile order or asking her to clarify what she had said. I've seen so many complaints on here about her specifically, I don't understand how she can still work here when she treats customers so poorly. The line was also so slow I waited 25 minutes just for them to tell me the ice cream machine was not working, and then they cancelled my order even though I had ordered a burger as well. Went here for a breakfast earlier this week between tasks. My receipt said 10:21 as the time of the order; their clock said 10:38 when I received it. Two Egg McMuffins and an order of hash browns. What was a little aggravating is that other people ordering breakfast (just before the switch to lunch) were getting served. The guy who took my order did keep pushing the kitchen for the McMuffins, but he wouldn't turn around and say anything to me - it was almost like he was afraid to do it. And I wasn't even saying anything! Finally, an Asst Mgr gave me a card for a free Extra - Value meal, saying "this is because you've had to wait." Hence the three star rating - otherwise it would have been two. The rest of the meal was fine, the place was clean. read more

My order finally arrived 8 minutes after it was finished however I watched at least 10 to 11 cars go through the drive thru. I think you need to close the store and retrain employees understand that curbside is just as important and if you can't do that close the curbside option. PISS POOR SERVICE LAST TWO TIMES. Avoid the drive-thru! Spent about 20 minutes in the drive thru. I went to order my food and I was sitting there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I guess I'm already bias when I say that I hate McDonald's but after a long day I just needed something quick to eat I ordered my food at 12:32 I did not receive it until 1 in the morning mind you I was in the Drive-Thru line I didn't even order it for delivery regardless of how many people are working there should not have been a half hour wait. Also I asked for my items to be inputted separately because I don't order a bun due to diet restriction and it was just input it as a regular sandwich therefore causing me to pay an extra couple dollars which seems like not a big deal in hindsight but we ordered this times 2 so that's an extra $7 that we paid when we didn't even order any buns.
