This McDonald's is my home McDonald's for everything from summer iced tea or Diet Coke to late night snacks for my teenaged daughter to early morning breakfast before a long car ride for marching band. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and as quick as possible. They do sometimes forget my apple slices, but are always quick to remedy the issue! Our Bear Family McDonald's is the best! read more

Waited for 20 mins in the parking lot for my food. They forgot my online mobile order. They constantly miss items in my orders.

My mom told me to grab her a coffee while she was getting ground beans at starbucks. I get a coffee and a soda and walk back to starbucks to meet her. My mom was still getting the ground beans. I figure i should go in starbucks and hand her her coffee so it didnt get cold. She was at the register and i embarass her by giving her a coffee from another restaurant. But goes to show how cheaper and better mcdonalds coffee is and how faster the service is. read more

This is my go-to location. I have 8 other locations on the routes I regularly take and I choose to come here when I can. It's a franchise, not a corp store, so they have ice & salad dressings the corp stores don't carry. I usually have a special order, so I'm in the habit of always checking my order before leaving. There is rarely something wrong, but they are quick to fix if there is. No one is perfect 100% of the time. It is a standard structure. I have never been inside, but I see many people inside, so I presume it is the standard cleanliness. It does a good business, so many others must think as I do. read more

March 21st. Ordered online . Unfortunately uber wasn't able to deliver since they did not have any drivers available.. had to go there myself. Ordered online, came to Macdonald's . Line of 9 cars in-front of me . Fine . Pulled over to the window to place an order - no one answered. Fine . Cars moved forward, so did I. Came to pick up window . Guy told me I supposed to tell them I arrived since I placed my order online. I said OK, sorry for that ( Well, maybe u have to communicate to the customers that are coming to the drive through so I can tell You that I arrived???!?) . I thought it's strange, but who knows maybe I did not hear him or who know what The hell is going on?!? !!! Fine . He told me they did not start on my order yet so I have to pull over to the third window. So did I. Waiting for 5 minutes and Uuuuhoooo a lady with a poker face came with my food. She gave me a bag and was ready to leave , but oh Thanks GOD I catched her! Where is my smoothie Lady ? She gave it to me . I also asked her for some ranch and bbq sauce . Never get it . She run away . How I'm gonna eat nuggets without RANCH ? Had to pull over to the front and take a line again. This time that guy said : "hi , how can I help u" . Nice . I said " I was just picking up an order , asked the lady for some ranch and she did not give it to me, can I please get it?!,!? ". Guess what ? Lady answered" u asked just for the bbq sauce and I gave it to u ". OMG . I thought to my self "there couldn't be anything worse than work in Macdonald's " and I left . And I swear I wish that lady to have the same experience she gave me everywhere she go .. Karma is a bi//& .. Anyway, people that were working At Macdonald's on the 03/21/21 at 12:20 am - u are horrible .. U don't deserve to provide any customer service.. your place is somewhere to clean toilets. McDonald's - a hand reaching for a hamburger in a box - Fast Food Near Me - Mt Prospect, Illinois

I really like this McDonalds. Freshly, newly, built, this place is just across the street from the old one on Elmhurst road. I'm giving this place a high-rating because everything is so new, clean, and modern!! The soda fountain machine is touchscreen, but not the ones you've seen in recent years; it has a chasis of a traditional pop machine, but the top (where the ice comes from) is all touch screen and you get multiple options and choices. Very fancy-shmancy. Food is what you expect really at Mickie-Ds, but with kids and Happy Meals, $15 isn't too bad to spend. BATHROOM REVIEW: Super cool, modern, and clean. Every time I go there, it's empty.... unless my kids decide to follow in with me. Sit or squat? Sit... wha-whaaaaa.... at a McDonald's bathroom? Yes. read more

don't know how you can't place a breakfast order from this location or any surrounding location for that matter at 10:15, i thought it ended @ 10:30? lol and the reasoning for not being able to place an order being they're about to end breakfast is actually crazy mfs still gotta make breakfast for another 15 why not let anymore orders come in? read more

I started writing with 5 stars, but then the more I wrote the more I deducted, because i really do think this mcdonalds is one if the better ones if they fix a couple issues. This is one of the better and cleaner McDonalds in town. Food is fresh, its packed on the weekends with charity events and people coming in from church. Reason why its not 5 stars is because they always get my order wrong even when ordering on the app. They only got it right 1 out of 10 times, not kidding.. -1 star Another reason is that you cannot order a cup of water with the app. -1 star They have 2 tv's which are playing some channels, the one by the window is definitely not HD and looks bad. The garbage locations are hidden and hard to find, but i guess its good for looks. There are some tables with power outlets for laptops, but door has a sign that you can only be there for 30minutes and you have to be eating, which is very rude. Im going to deduct another star for that. -1 star read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever. They mess up my orders all the time. Thinking I'm wrong! So I can get free food. They do mess it up! Either they do it for spite or just can't understand or hear me in drive- thru. I'm not lying about it! Be careful, make sure your order is correct before you leave the restaurant! I used to work at McDonalds a long long time ago and I'm in retail. I would never scam businesses! I've been coming to this McDonald's for many, many, years! I hope nobody goes to this McDonald's! The dining room service is not bad. They're quick and rarely get orders wrong. Plus the restaurant's update makes it look classy. But it seems smaller than when it was across the street. Now the drive through service is horrid. Long lines of cars all the time! And at night, it's the WORST. It seems that they only have 1 person working at night. Last time I stopped by for just a soda, I was stuck waiting to move up to the speaker for about 10 mins. Get up to the speaker and place the order, and it takes another 5 minutes to move less than 3 FEET PAST THE SPEAKER!! Seriously, they might as well close the drive through at night... read more

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The manager lady was very rude and was giving me attitude for no reason whatsoever. She was talking back to me when I was just asking a simple question about my mobile order or asking her to clarify what she had said. I've seen so many complaints on here about her specifically, I don't understand how she can still work here when she treats customers so poorly. The line was also so slow I waited 25 minutes just for them to tell me the ice cream machine was not working, and then they cancelled my order even though I had ordered a burger as well. I've never given a poor review before, but this was such a negative experience. read more

The quality of the food is consistent and generally very good. The major problem is everything is ridiculously expensive! Food is great but I went to McDonald's at 8/9AM and they're "coffee machine was broken" and made me wait 10 minutes for them to make it

Went here for a breakfast earlier this week between tasks. My receipt said 10:21 as the time of the order; their clock said 10:38 when I received it. Two Egg McMuffins and an order of hash browns. What was a little aggravating is that other people ordering breakfast (just before the switch to lunch) were getting served. The guy who took my order did keep pushing the kitchen for the McMuffins, but he wouldn't turn around and say anything to me - it was almost like he was afraid to do it. And I wasn't even saying anything! Finally, an Asst Mgr gave me a card for a free Extra - Value meal, saying "this is because you've had to wait." Hence the three star rating - otherwise it would have been two. The rest of the meal was fine, the place was clean. read more

Wow this is the 2nd time at this location of completely incompetent staff. Today i ordered a large fry no sat and large sweet tea. My order finally arrived 8 minutes after it was finished however I watched at least 10 to 11 cars go through the drive thru. I think you need to close the store and retrain employees understand that curbside is just as important and if you can't do that close the curbside option. PISS POOR SERVICE LAST TWO TIMES. I even took the time to say about my distain with my last visit. Guess what no follow up this is cause they don't care. They know they suck and aren't about to change the incompetent employees at this location. Btw before you ask why I don't go in or go through the drive Thru. Easy your staff don't let you finish your order before they is that it , is that it . Fucking rude read more

This McDonald's has the worst service, three different times I've made a big order only to come home and get sandwiches I didn't order. They never check they're orders it seems. They ask me if I want ketchup, I say yes then they don't put it in the bag. They literally just messed up my order again and I wasn't going to drive back in this weather. It was late and I get that but there was only one person in the drivethru. After waiting for ten minutes with no customers in site, I finally order. I order a sausage and cheese biscuit meal. Avoid the drive-thru! Spent about 20 minutes in the drive thru. I went to order my food and I was sitting there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Mind you, there was many cars in the drive thru already, so maybe they were busy. I ordered a mcchicken and a small fry. I paid and I went to the first window. The guy told me to wait, and he said to go to the 2nd window. Well I they forgot about me and 7 cars that were behind me all got their food. Finally, a women comes to the second window. I told them I ordered the Mcchicken and fries and a women says "oh my guy said that you never came to the window to pick up the food". I did and I was upset. I rarely get upset about something so silly, but the response from the lady blaming me for never coming to the window when I clearly did , was not acceptable. read more

I mean, it's McDonald's. The food isn't great, but we all occasionally go anyway because it's familiar, cheap, and reliable. This one is near my parents house. This store has ridiculous service and management. Many a times I ordered my food through mobile order, they refuse to accept it. Even though there is a code displayed on my phone and everything seems to be working at the online server, this store vehemently denies it every time. Management is super rude and is far from being polite. They would like to blame customers for using their online ordering service and take no ownership of their own brand. Avoid this unfriendly store at any cost. McDonald franchise needs to take cognizance of this fact and act to either change the management or close this store. read more

Worse McDonalds in the State. Pato or Paco the manager is hands down the rudest, stupidest fast food manager. No idea how to speak to customers and train her employees.
