I want to give this store 5 stars but I can't bring myself to do that to you. I've been eating here since it was built, I even played on the old caboose that once sat out front. My brother actually worked here way back when. That what makes this a tough review. I stopped by here intentionally to get the warm and fuzzies. Chain restaurants like this have the amazing ability to provide consistently good food. This store must not have gotten the memo. The food just wasn't good. Very nice atmosphere; new kiosks to order, large booths, separate room for kids, 2 soda machines, modern art. Attentive and kind staff who were very conscientious of cleaning up as well. The wait time was a little bit long (for a McDonald's) but the heart-warming smiles and willingness to give me an extra sauce made up for it. Maybe next time I will order in the drive-thru and eat in the restaurant. Overall, I was moderately satisfied, resulting in my 3-Star rating. read more

Never coming here again. I stopped for breakfast at 8:40am on October 4th, 2021 and the woman in the drive thru was soaked in the most godawful flea market perfume. My car stinks now. If I could give a zero I would. Today my father in law took his 3 grandchildren to Mcdonalds to play for a little bit. My fiancee and I met him there after we were done grocery shopping and I went in to get my son. My father in law told me about two customers he had a problem with. One customer was a female and she was reprimanding my son and nephew for jumping around and acting like boys. My father in law said something to her. Who is this woman to say anything about kids that are not hers? She told my father in law that the kids were out of control. Uhm excuse me? There was also a male customer who started something with my father in law and told him to meet him outside. My father in law is in his 60s and this man was in his mid 40s. Who the **** does this man think he is to threaten my father in law. The woman called in the manager and the manager sided with the woman for a very specific reason. After my father in law told me what happened I spoke to the manager, Mike, and he showed no empathy for my father in law being threatened. Mike stated he cannot control the customers, only his employee. Okay wait, so the manager isnt allowed to say something to a customer who threatens another customer in his restaurant? Correction, Mike the manager did NOT WANT to say anything to the man who threatened my father in law. These customers are lucky that me or my fiancee were not there when these incidents occured because the cops would have been called. I will never visit this Mcdonalds again. read more

This used to be the worst McDonald's in New Jersey hands-down. I am not sure what happened, but first the staff suddenly became good. Several months after that the entire building was redone and became miraculously clean. This place is a true McDonald's miracle. Snarkiness aside, facility is clean and well-kept. They have a very nice play area (and doors) for the kids. The staff is friendly and helpful and well organized in their processing of orders and food. other than that the food is... well, McDonald's food. So I go through the pay stall and ask the woman there if the drive thru was working and she responded with "well are you gonna around or not?" giving me not reason as to why I didn't get a respond from the drive thru. If I could give this store negative stars, I would! I went to the drive-thru late at night a few weeks ago and when I got home, I opened my sandwich only to discover that someone had already take two big bites out of it! I tried calling the store immediately but there was no answer, so I sent an email about this disgusting experience to McDonald's corporate. I finally spoke with the manager several days later and was told he would look into it and would also send me a voucher to replace the food. Well, neither happened. I waited to post this because I wanted to give them the chance to explain what happened, but I never received the voucher, nor did I ever hear back from him. I guess he just didn't care that either a hugely negligent mistake had been made or, even worse, one of the employees intentionally did this for laughs. We walked in on Friday November 8th and 1st of all service was very slow . Food came out 10 minutes later. Only a few orders on food screen also ordered a single bottle of water and took 4 minutes, meanwhile 2 employees were looking at the screen with 2 tickets on the screen. People have no personality ,very rude and they don't even look you in the eyes when you are ordering your food.. There was food all over the floor, actually eggs, very dirty, was actually filthy. Condiment station was dripping of syrup and soda, sticky cabinets. I've been going to McDonald's for 35 years I've never experienced anything like it, I must say starts from management, they Must not care or it would better. Whether it's a McDonald's or a upscale restaurant employees have to engage with the customers, that's the experience of eating. . Ordered 5 meals, 3 with milk shaker which was an up charge! The order was totally messed up! I requested that the meals could be in separate bags if possible, but I assume that they were unabashed to do that!!! Sooo they forgot a sandwich and 2 orders of French fries. Additionally, a straw was missing! Went back for the straw and since I requested a complimentary something, was given a card for a free dessert. Now after I sat in a long line in the first place I should have been given more in the first place. Just moved to the area, after a long day of moving I saw this updated McDonalds and went in for a break. First impression was 2 bright, smiling young people offering to help and being very patient with us old non-techies over the computerized ordering system; Tamiyah thoroughly explained all the options and how to expand the menu for every detail to customize the entire meal, I could pay at the kiosk, get the order number and sit down for service. Lanae was working the register and noticed my order, came over and said she was brewing a fresh pot of decaf for me, and would bring the food soon. My order was totally customized and the food was prepared perfectly, Lanae came back to check on me and after a long day I was so amazed by the level of customer service skills these associates exhibited. This new generation is smart, hopeful and connected; let's always give them their due and make sure they are recognized for their efforts! read more

There was one customer behind me and she was trying to rush me while I was trying to make sure she got my order correct.
