If I could give this McDonald's, a one star I would. We went and placed an order for the drive-through about a half hour or so before they closed. We pulled up to the drive-through and we're completely ignored while we sat there for about 10 minutes. We pulled up to the window and made eye contact with one of the women working inside who entirely ignored us. I proceeded to sit at the window and go back through the drive-through again putting around for another 20 minutes before somebody finally came to us. Even after we work, acknowledge the order wasn't ready and we had to wait for it to be made regardless even though we placed it online. Honestly was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's and I will not be returning to this location ever again. If you're going to hire people that don't wanna work, at least don't make it obvious. read more

Nice staff but there were some main parts of the meals missing like my sons 6 piece chicken nuggets and the extra fries, and then one of the other fries from a larger meal were missing... line moved along pretty quickly but it was probably because things were missed and rushed. read more

The time that breakfast ends, changes every day. GO BACK TO ALL DAY BREAKFAST. I'll be there for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. Everyday I risk my life and my license speeding past the Middletown Police Station trying to make it to their breakfast before they decide to randomly stop serving it. They told me it ends at 11am. When it's 10:40 am and I go to put in a breakfast order they reply, "we stop serving breakfast at 11am" so to make it to mc Donald's breakfast on time you have to consider that there's a 20minutes time change after you enter the building. I was gonna make this a one star review but I'll make it higher just because their breakfast is so g*ddamn good. TIP: check your bag. We went here tonight to satisfy a fast food craving, and I actually had a pleasant experience, despite reading some of the less than stellar reviews of this location. They've undergone a serious facelift, and the interior is a far cry from the Formica-and-dirty-tile aesthetic one has come to associate with Mickey D's. Instead, there's tasteful cream walls, clean maroon and cream upholstered seating, and futuristic ordering kiosks that minimize the chance they'll mess up your order. I mean, it's 2019.. about time! I was delighted with my Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. It was a huge portion, and kept me full and happy for several hours after. You also can't go wrong with the French Fries, and McDonald's is the OG, after all. I also snuck a sip of my boyfriend's chocolate milkshake, and it was good, but not good enough to order one of my own. I rarely ever go to McDonald's, I had a long day and was at job lot so I decided to get something quick to eat, let it be known I would give this place zero stars if I could. first off it wasn't quick no cars in the parking lot and only one car in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my order. Second, I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and they were dry, cold and they never gave me the sauce I paid for. Third, I ordered a bacon BBQ burger, they asked if I wanted chicken or beef I said I want a beef burger, drive all the way home, tag on box says beef, open it up and it was a chicken sandwich.
