It's modern So I wanted a quick lunch before heading back to base and realized I haven't had a burger in awhile. Now I know I can get BK back home but I need to get back to class. I decided to eat inside because I don't like the drive thru. Remember my Leo Getz and Jack in the Box review? I was blown away by how nice the place looks. From what I could see the kitchen looked clean and the dining area was spotless. Maybe they just opened or they actually clean here. There was one nice kid, I think John who was wiping all the tables and cleaning up. I got the spicy chicken (yea I didn't get the burger) combo and one taco. The taco was for curiosity. Ooh and a Diet Coke because apparently Coke Zero isn't too popular here. Big plus is you can enjoy your meal watching TV or using the WIFI. It's been awhile since I've watch the Price is Right with Drew. The sandwich was ok with just the right amount of heat. The fries were ok. I guess I was just spoiled after Blue Plate Diner's fries. Those were the bomb. You remember that review right? The taco was well just above the Jack in the Box taco. And man that's not saying much. Overall four stars. The food as average but the cleanliness and entertainment well above average. Now excuse me, I've been watching TV for awhile and I've got.....HOLY COW FIVE MINS TO GET TO CLASS?!?!? This is the second time my order was undercooked by the same employee. I got the same order from a different employee 3 nights ago and the Royal Crispy Chicken was really good. I will say the food was good, and the dining area was clean. I will also say the service was aweful. The staff they had on was the worst. I watched my food sit under a heat lamp for 15 minutes. A female came over from the drive thru and told the cashier that my order was ready 15 min ago. The cashier just stared at the screen. Also the prices are outta control! This Burger King appears nicer than most, but their food is sub-par, even by BK standards. A coworker and I stopped here Saturday afternoon, on the way to our second job of the day. The parking lot is huge, and the grounds are nicely landscaped. The grounds and building are clearly well-maintained. Inside, the dining room is very attractive and modernized, with stone accents and a flat-screen TV. Even the bathroom was clean. The woman who took my order was un-enthusiastic, whereas the manager who handed me my food was over-enthusiastic (perhaps even campy?). They were moderately busy, but the food was ready reasonably quickly. Now, BK usually has good fries, but these fries disappointed. They were not as crispy as usual, and were, oddly enough, under-salted. My Whopper was a major fail as well. The amount of toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles) overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. Seriously, it was like a salad-on-a-bun. The beef seemed like an afterthought. I might have returned my food, but I had gotten it to go, and ate it in the truck. So I'd give the food 2 stars, and the building and grounds 4 stars, hence the 3-star overall rating. Fortunately, I'm rarely in this area, so thank God this isn't my local BK. read more

If you're choosing Burger King for a meal you have to set reasonable expectations. Nothing about the whopper is going to blow you away. However, this Burger King does exactly what I need it to--fill the ever so important fast food role. This place is NEVER full so waiting in line is basically non-existent. The food is as you would expect and contrary to what other yelpers have said, I have not had an issue with them not fulfilling an order in its entirety. Basically. The food isn't pretty and the staff isn't going to pull your chair out for you. But, if you are in a hurry or are just craving some cheap delicious meat between some buns--then this Burger King will most assuredly do the job. read more

Usually, for a fast food joint, I only give them a 3 star. In all honesty, this place was a little better than your average fast food joint on how clean it was. Unlike the other local joints that look like a horror show from a bad dirty dumpster fire tv show, this place was relatively clean during a really busy lunch day. The manager had guys running around cleaning tables, while dealing with the long line. I ate my lunch there, which wasn't anything to write home about, but the fact I thought my table was relatively clean was a shock at a fast food joint... I'm not saying drop what you are doing to eat here, I'm saying if you are going to go to a fast food joint and dine in, this place might be a decent choice since most of the other local joints have greasy tables, disgusting carpets, and look like a child smeared poop on the wall... Simply a joke!!! They know that they are the only BK on the island and they act as such. The food is always subpar, oftentimes made incorrectly and the staff are not remotely concerned (or courteous) to the paying guests. Have it your way only applies (sometimes) to their burgers. Coffee is another story. They will not put the cream or sugar in the cup (like normal people do) and instead give you the cup IN A BAG with the incorrect amount of cream and sugar. I know it is a little thing, but the carelessness and lack of concern is typical of this place. Many will be forced to deal with this BK to get your fix on the island, however, just be prepared for a terrible experience. I am glad to say I will NEVER have to go there again. read more

Your normal Burger King in the area of Middletown, RI. For St. Patty's day, they gave free value sized fries, so that was nice. I went through the drive through to get my food. I only ordered from the value menu. The lady taking my order took a while to get my order right. When I actually got the food, they were missing my chick'n crisp. I arrived at BK around 1040 sat in line for quite awhile to order my dinner of the #8 I was told they were just battering the chicken so it would be a 5 min wait as well. I then waited for the truck in front of me to go through and then was told I needed to pull around because it still was not done. I was told about 2 more minutes. I pulled around front and waited until 1059 because I had to be to work for 11. So I never received my food and was late to work. Two weeks ago we ordered food at this Bk Got home and 2 chicken sandwiches missing from our order. I called and ask for manager. Aubrey the manager told me sorry and they actually have a book for the food that is forgotten there by their staff!! I was asked my name and come back anytime and we would get credit or same order....just say aubrey put it in book. Well thank you aubrey ...we just left there and no record of it. I went there today, 28Mar2019, and there was a long black hair in my BURGER! When I took it back the cashier, I heard the cook say, "sorry bruh all of our food comes with hair in it." I was sitting there confused to see if he was joking. Luckily the cashier came to my defense and scolded the cook for making the inappropriate comment. This place is just awful. It seems that every time we went they messed up not only our orders but a lot of other peoples orders too. Driving by, I never see anybody in there and I see one , maybe two cars in the parking lot. The staff is VERY discourteous and rude. I have been to restaurants that wouldn't even serve you when you got there 15-20 minutes before closing but this Burger King was an exception. I searched online for 24 hour restaurants and this one came up so I drove there and arrived at 11:59pm not knowing that the online info was incorrect and they actually closed at 12:00!! They not only waited on me but cooked all of my food up fresh including the fries.
