First they tried to up charge me over 10$ then when repeating my order became so extremely rude because I was trying to correct them. I was then made to pull over to the side and "wait for my food" but every single person behind me was able to get theirs no problem. Before I left I checked to make sure they had all the food and what do you know even when I asked 4 times for something they still didn't put it in the bag. I'm so confused by their rudeness. If they do want to listen to someone's order especially when it's not busy then maybe work somewhere else, not get mad at something that could have been done the first time around. Me and my wife stopped by there last night for some food our order was dealt with pretty fast and once we got our food I accidentally spilled my caramel frappe on the ground I apologized to the worker and started to help clean it up and he gave us a free shake and replaced my frappe I would have to say this is a very clean restaurant as well as a new design on the inside reminds me of being back in Germany except they don't have the mcafes here maybe one day America will read more

I called this McDonald's when I got off at work at midnight and asked if they were still open. The woman who answered the phone said yes they were open but then rattled off a whole list of things that they couldn't make at this time and then said they would only be able to accept cash? I asked for how long would this be and she said about 10 min. I arrived 20 min later to place my order and was told by the person taking orders for drive thru that they were only accepting cash. I asked for how long and she said 10 min. So that is 30 min from when I first called. Had they been honest when I first called I wouldn't have wasted a trip. We just purchased meals at Mc Donald's Store # 25114, $22.43 paid today 3/28/17. We purchased 2 apple pies, they both were as hard as a rock. My husband checked the date on the boxes and both were dated 2/28/17. My husband called Mc Donald's and spoke to a person named "Trey" who said he was the Mgr. My husband asked for the District Mgr. phone # and was given an incorrect phone # for Mc Donald's Employment. We are dissatisfied with this location and will not be purchasing any food from them. This place and the employees suck Today at 11 30 am the entire soft drink system went down. They offered bottled water and would not refund me the 16 20 for the 2 mcrib meals we purchased, I didn't want fucking water with my meal, I can do that at home. The place was a mess, floors filthy. Restrooms dirty and smelly, I have placed a call to the district office, I want a full refund. This is not the first time I've had terrible service with the McDonald's on baseline and ellsworth. The night manager who "doesn't give out her name" is unprofessional, insulting, and doesn't know how to manage her workers. After letting her know that I was charged an incorrect price, she made it difficult for me to get my refund and I eventually left loosing 6 dollars because one of her employees made a mistake that she didn't want to fix. All of her replies were sarcastic and unwelcoming. Countless times I have had problems and I am an easy to please person who just wanted a egg mcmuffin. Whoever the store or district manager is, needs to evaluate the performance of their workers. Wow! This McDonalds used to be great but over the last year it has slowly declined into terrible. I would steer clear unless you want your order done wrong and have the time to waste while you wait for your food. I went last night and never received a receipt. So basically when something went wrong and it did, I had no way to prove it. I had to pull in front to wait for my ice cream? And guess what happened? Yep they forgot about me and after 7 minutes I went in and asked about it and they had to scramble and get it for me. The manager just looked at me like I was in the wrong for asking for my sundaes. 5 stars is for the employee with the world tat on his forearm. NOT mcdonalds. This specific one alllwwaays messes up orders. Plain, doesn't come plain. No pickles, gives extra pickles. Fries? Cold. I never remember his name but he's the cool dude w the world tattoo on his forearm. Went today- they were out of receipts. When the girl read my order back she missed everything that I requested off the burger. I said "plain on QP and no pickles on the BM" she goes "ya". I was pulled to the 3rd window he comes out w the food & apologized for not having any paper in the store. he's usually the one taking the order and for reference I NEVER have an issue when he is on the mic) anyways I was like I just wanted a receipt because half the time my order is wrong. He brings me the food, and it was wrong. (The girl was lying to push me through, there was no modifications noted on my order). We joke, he corrects my food & gives me a fresh fry also since that was the only thing that I had that was correct. Anyways shoutout to him. The old McDonald's was pretty old, but they were 90 percent efficient and polite. Now that there is a new building the service is terrible, and they never have frappes available. Please take them off the menu. I put up wit Burger King across the street until this location opened back up, there really no difference between the 2. They have expanded there drive up window but I'm thinking the longer they are open one lane will be plenty. One time we wanted apple pies, guess they were put so we said cookies were fine, go to the window guess they didn't have cookies either. This is the worst McDonald's on the planet if you are really needing McDonald's that bad just make ur way down to the one on Power, or Higley. I imagine just like all McDonald's the turnover rate is high but this ones is probably out the roof. The worst customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's . Every time my girlfriend and I have gone to this location they are very short with us and rude . We tell them thank you have a nice day or thank you and in return they say nothing back. Then you get your food and they pretty much throw it in your car and say see ya later. They do not ask if we would like any sauce or provide us with napkins nothing!! Not only that they messed up our order the previous time we ordered the 2 for 5 and they gave us one 1/4 pounder and no big Mac and the French fries were ice cold . I call them on the phone and they proceed to laugh about them messing up my order . I go here about 3 times a week (usually twice during the week through the drive-thru and every saturday go inside). The manager in the morning is always extremely friendly. She always says "Hello! - How are you?" and has a smile on her face. - She deserves a raise!! Even with a very long drive-thru line the service is very fast and the food is always fresh/hot. Inside, the dining area is always clean and inviting. Will definitely continue to return to this McDonalds. 5 Stars! read more

If you want your order to be wrong then definitely come to this McDonald's. Also if you want to then have to go and get in the drive thru line to get this corrected because their dining room is closed. Once again visit this location! So long story short noticed my order was incorrect so I tried to go into the dining room to have them fix this as the drive thru was extremely busy to find the door locked and nobody willing to open the door. So had to get into the drive thru and spend 15 minutes in line to get my food remade. Then once I got to the window the employee seemed confused and wanted me to pay. I literally had to explain while holding out the incorrectly made food why I am not paying and they had to ask the manager for assistance since I was not willing to pay...umm how is that confusing. I'm giving you the bad food and want the food made the way I ordered it? The manager seemed to not care in the slightest that there is no better way to get an order remade than having to wait in the drive thru again as their lobby is closed. Could not provide me with a better way than getting back in line. Did not seem to care that it was a waste of my time. Then to make matters worse...and this is my fault for not checking again, I get home and the order is still wrong!! I don't understand how this is such an issue...I definitely should have checked in the drive thru again and made them redo it. I did not go back and am just out the money at this point. The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. We went in at 430pm on a Thursday, which was before their dinner rush and well after lunch. We struggled to find a single clean table. The ketchup was empty. The drink stand was nasty. All 4 of the high chairs were dirty. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been touched. I am amazed with how abysmal the service is here. I come here every single morning to get breakfast for my kids, and I use the McDonald's app every single morning with no problem. Today I sit in drive-through and I get told that because the current people working don't know how to use their register properly, that the offer on my McDonald's app is invalid. That's a flat out lie. I have been ordering this for literally months. No issue at all. I've done it at this McDonald's almost every morning, I've done it at other McDonald's in the valley. Just because you don't know how to properly operate the register doesn't mean you call an offer invalid. I know you can manually enter the discount if you really can't figure it out. But to have the manager say that the offer doesn't apply when she is flat out wrong is crazy. So I drove down the street and did the same offer I always do it a different McDonald's and was in and out of that drive-through in three minutes. Figure out how to use your system correctly, train your employees better, and don't have your managers lie to customers to try and save the restaurant what amounts to a buck off a breakfast sandwich. I'm trying to raise three kids on a limited income, and if McDonald's is going to have an offer available, and it's not excluded at your location, then don't try to con me out of using it. read more

DO NOT take your kids to play at this mcdonalds! I'm embarrassed to even share this story but it needs to be heard. My toddler was playing at this mcdonalds play place tonight and pooped in it. We cleaned it up right away and told a worker. The staff did absolutely nothing , didn't close down the play place, sanitize it or anything. I'm totally disgusted and will only be letting my son play at the chick fil a playgrounds from now on.
