Recently stopped by McDonald's for a breakfast sandwich before going on a roadtrip. Mcdonald's isn't usually on my rotation but this location was surprisingly really good! I got a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with a has brown. The sandwich was warm and yummy as always and the hash brown was one of the best i've had, it was perfectly crisp! The manager for this company was very, very rude to not only myself and some of the workers there as well. I did not get her name, but she had long dark hair with glasses on. She was very disrespectful to myself and to as I said some of the other employees there it was a little uncalled for. The food that was coming out looked really good and the place was clean. Worst McDonalds food we've ever had. Usually their fries are the BEST! The ones we got were the worst we've ever had....cold and limp like they had been sitting there all day. And the McChickens, one of our favorite sandwiches there were about like the fries. The Diet Coke was good though. Will not be back nor will we recommend this McDonalds. read more

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! No wonder Mickey D's is having a rough time. Ordered dinner on the mobile app, paid, got a receipt. Sent hubby with order # to the correct address (workers don't even know it) and all he got was "we don't have it" despite order and check in #s. I admit I lost it when the snotty teenager said "listen lady I'm not gonna give you food cuz you say you paid for it." Manager also no help, telling husband to get a refund from the app because "they don't have the order.". Trust me, corporation is going to hear this (I do not get angry often but it's the principle of no or uncaring service). I live nearby and have tried to like this McDonald's as it's close to my home. I have been there 6-7 times, and have consistently been made to wait and pull forward, even after already waiting 10-15 min in the drive thru for the cars in front of me. I made it to the actual window where the food is handed out after 10 min today. I waited 10 min at that window while looking at 4 bags of food lined up inside the window. Milk shakes were melting beside bags, no one was checking orders to see if they were complete or given to the customers in the drive thru. After 10 min at the actual food window, a girl asked me what my order was ...??? She then handed me the very first bag in the line of bags that I had been watching for 10 min already, along with already ordering another 10 minutes before that time. I informed her that I wouldn't accept the cold French fries as I had watched her do nothing except fill drinks and shakes for almost 15 min while my food was sitting within my reach. She took it back to supposedly get fresh French fries, then came back to ask me to pull forward because it was going to take another 5 min to make another order for me. I let her know that "No, I will NOT pull forward. I have had to do that here before and as soon as we pull forward, we are again forgotten" . She then got someone else to run the drive thru window since she was very incapable of doing it. The person that took over was very apologetic, I let her know it wasn't her fault, and thank you for the fresh food. This has been my experience at this store every single time. I don't know who the franchisee is at this store or if it's company owned, but it is one of the worst run stores I've ever been to. I no longer will go there. I would recommend the company monitor their stores/franchisee's more often as they're clearly lacking in the knowledge and work ethic needed. I have owned 5 of my own fast food restaurants in the past, not McDonalds, and they were consistently monitored and visited to make sure the standards were top notch, sanitary, customer friendly, and food prepared as expected and as is necessary for the public to consume and enjoy without rude or lazy employees, or unsafe conditions. On 7/1 this location was short staffed order was not provided curbside as ordered, was told no manager on site which is a violation by the Maricopa County's Environmental Services Department. Food was provided cold the female employee was extremely rude. Not one attempt to make it right. Was blown away just how bad the service is. Done with this location will drive the extra to signal butte location. The staff are always nice, but be sure to check what your paying for at the window every time you go to pay. I went through the drive through this past Saturday. When I paid for my order I was due $0.04 change. The cashier took my money and didn't offer the change, so I said, "Don't you need to give me change?" "Oh," she says, "do you want it?" This is the second time this has happened. Some of the employees are great, especially that older lady and the manager. And they're usually pretty good with following customizations on items. But i've noticed in the past few months that the inside smells really horrible. It straight up smells like used diapers inside. And they frequently forget to add your items to your bag. A few days ago I wanted to use the two free fries with a 20pc nugget coupon on the app, and I placed an online pickup order for that. I not only got dr pepper instead of coke (which I hate, so I couldn't even drink it), they also forgot half of the nuggets. I understand that this was around 12-1am so im not as upset, but on the other hand, this has been happening for a while.
