This location blows! No matter what part of the day or how little you order you can expect a 30 minute Adventure through the drive-through. And make sure you check your food while you're at the window because there's a good chance they messed it up and if so it's another 30 minutes to correct. More convenient to drive to a further away McDonald's then to go to this one which is right next door. If anyone of any Importance reads this please fix this issue. I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a large #1 with a coke the simplest order & I do that so it's difficult to get wrong. Serenity however managed to give me the wrong sized french fry and those things happen. When I went back to correct the mistake she told me it was my fault and I somehow ordered a medium fry and large drink. This would be the first time I even knew that was possible and I did not do that. When I called and asked for her general managers number to complain about my experience she told me she wasn't allowed to give me that information. My entire experience here was simply confusing. I worked a 14 hour day I was exhausted and all I wanted was food and sleep and had to encounter Serenity instead. The irony isn't lost on me. I will be walking in tomorrow and talking to someone in charge about her. read more

I agree with everyone else, this McDonalds is the worst. On a recent visit, a young guy named "Wes" was the only person working the register, this was just a few minutes prior to 8AM, so it was reasonably busy. Wes was struggling a little but definitely trying his best. I placed my order. When the order was ready, the lady who had been yelling out order numbers, yelled out my number and I walked to the counter. The coffee was missing so I asked her..."There should be a coffee with this order, please?" She tersely informed me that "He gets the drinks, I get the food." , while pointing at Wes. She then tells Wes..."Hurry up Wes, you are falling behind." I told her that I was sorry that I didn't know the "rules of operation" for her particular McDonalds. I don't think she even picked up on the sarcasm.... I asked for the franchise owners name before I left, but have since forgotten. I do remember this lady's name. This is a dirty, grimy location and honestly I just feel the need to shower after I leave. Almost everything in the store is sticky, I rarely get a correct order, and it takes forever. There are tons of homeless people that lounge around in there, and it's just a gross feel to it. If you want a better experience, go to McDonald's at Gilbert and Baseline. read more

Every trip through the drive through always leaves you waiting a MINIMUM of 30 minutes. I made the mistake of ordering curbside online this morning and giving it another try and entered the spot I was waiting in on the app. I waited for 25 minutes and decided to call to check on my order and ALEJANDRO answered the phone. He said that they do not do curbside even though their app allows the option! He then HUNG UP on me. Then I went inside and asked to speak with him and he tried telling me that it was not placed for curbside and that it was waiting inside! Not true! I asked for his franchise owner's number or district manager's number and he said he did not have it! More lies! He proceeded to hand me the cold food and melted frapé and began to ignore me. I never complain at restaurants because I can usually find sympathy for their line of work. In this case I do not! I called corporate and asked for a follow up. They would not have my order replaced without me having to talk to the same manager who refused to do it in the first place! He refused to give me a refund and treated me with such disrespect that I am just left disgusted! I was only offered coupons or free McCafé punches. BOTTOM LINE: ALEJANDRO SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER! Who knows how many other customers he has done this to! Please do not allow him to do this to anyone else! After everything is said and done, I ended up going to another restaurant and will never return to any McDonald's again until the situation is rectified. Horrible service!! Employees were messing around complaining & joking about who does what. I was inside & after 12 minutes HAD to remind them about my food. I was 220 & when 226 went ..... They completely skipped me! I watched as fry guy kept scratching his nose with bare hand! This poor customer who did not speak english waited 9 minutes for his Frappe while his burger & frys sat on counter by register. Horrible customer service. The first time it happened, I brushed it off as just that one kid being rude. But now it seems like every single time I go, whether it's the drive thru or dine in or whatever time of day, these people are RUDE! You drive up to the window and they don't say anything to u, just hand out for the money, then when you get to the 2nd window, the person doesn't come to the window for at least 5 min. Now, 5 min wouldn't be a long time if someone would at least poke their head out and let me know what's going on. I ordered my food at aprx 10am this morning and the manager Renee was helping me at the drive thru 2nd window. Another kid approached the window to fill up a drink and the drive thru window was open and he almost drop the cup with ice and said "oh shit" then a few seconds later the manager Renee comes with my food and the same kid that almost dropped the drink tells Renee "close that shit nigga it's cold" and closes the drive thru window. Then the manager opens it and gives me my food and I then ask who's the manager and he says he is so I then I ask if he lets his employees talk to him that way and he says "what's the big deal do you want your money back" I told him no I don't want my money back I just don't think anyone should be taking that way in front of customer. Placed curbside for two sprites, called at 7:32 and spoke to jorge because I just wanted ice, bo sprite. At 7:55, I called again due to my order still not being brought out. Luis came out with my order and I stated my dissatisfaction. He first told me that it was my fault due to the way that the order was placed. I explained that Jorge was on the phone while order was being placed. Luis then stated that Jorge didnt remember speaking to me. I showed Luis my cell phone call log and requested contacts infor for luis manager. Luis became very rude, refusing to give his supervisors name or contact info. He stormed away from my vehicle and locked the door to the building. It is currently 7:20am, i am still sitting here as Ive been filling out this form and contacting other McDonalds to get the information. Got the McDouble with big mac sauce, a hot and spicy McChicken, and small m&m McFlurry from value menu for a little over $6. Have to say was delicious, the McChicken seemed much spicier than other McDonalds in a very tasty way, for added tastiness add extra mayo packet or even better ranch for added tastiness, added my own special spicy ranch when I got home. It's always good however to eat a healthy diet and avoid indulging at fast food establishments like this too often. Like a diet consisting of lean meats, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, fibrous carbs, and healthy fats. Avoid eating more than 18 oz of red meat per week. Start taking some multivitamin with probiotic, turmeric capsule, omega 3 fish oil, some brain nutrient supplements like choline and dmae, and add a mood enhancer in mornings like saint johns wort. If needed take relaxant at night like valerian root if have trouble sleeping. As with any supplement be sure to read all health risk and allergy warnings to make sure is best for you. Technology is a constantly growing thing and can be an essential tool in either aiding your health or combatting it. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's ever. I work at a restuarant myself and dont get off work until after 2 am. This is the closest mcdonalds to my house. I have been a McDonald's person for life. I understand that occasionally there is problems and im not one to complain. However everytime I have visited this location there is always a problem. They are a twentyfour hour location and this evening i go to the drive thru and no one comes on the speaker. So i dive thru and there us no one at the window. I drive all the way back around to see if there are any signs to explain why there appears to be no one working in the store. I pull into the parking lot and call the store. After 15 rings an employee answers. I explain that i had driven thru and no one answered back at the speaker. The employee says that there is something down with there system and that it wouldn't be back up for fifteen to twenty minutes. She made no apology for the inconvenience and she had attitude. I told her that id wait and she hung up on me. Normally I'd just blow this off. Its just that every time i have come to this location there is a problem. Weather it be them having no ff or just bad customer service. I even ubereatsed this location and have had them cancel my order after waiting twenty minutes for uber to het a hold of me and tell me that this location couldn't complete my order. I love mcdonalds but i will never visit this location again. Its been well over thirty minutes now and im still waiting for there "system"to work. read more

This restaurant is horrible and truthfully I wish I could give it 0 stars, me and my friend went through the drive through around 11:30 we waiting around 5 minutes at the speaker then finally I calmly said "hello" and someone yells "I'll be right with you!!" In a very stressed tone. I then ordered but she had a very tough time hearing me, you could tell she is an older lady. We had a coupon so we let her know at the speaker because it clearly states to let her know. When we get to the window we show the lady (Tricia) (also the girl from the speaker) the coupon to scan and she huffs and puffs like it's so hard for her. So she takes my phone from me and says "give me the money because I don't feel like making two trips" so she takes my phone and money across the store which was weird to start with then she comes back and gives us the change and we see the receipt and it was all wrong and when we told her she asked what was wrong. I asked her how many mcchickens she heard and she said "idk look on the receipt" just when you through this was the worse experience ever she gave us two drinks two mediums we ordered a large it even said on the receipt so I tell her and she gets very angry and just gives us lip. They give us all our food we start to leave and she says anything else and I say no. As we are finally done leaving she sticks out her head and yells "that's what I thought smart ass" told y'all it was gonna get good. So I stomp on the brakes, put it in park and say I'll come back bitch. And Tricia says "then come!" Like she was gonna square up or something so I put it in reverse and back up I start yelling at her and telling her all the things she did wrong and I ask for the manager and she comes and says "it's a called a drive through for a reason, drive through and waved to us" as I was leaving I flip off the McDonald's workers and the worker yells FUCK YOU! Out of the window so we yell fuck you back blah blah then we get home and the food that we did manage to get was all wrong and the fries were not even cooked, patties cold. My guess I she has something against us from the moment we spoke up on the intercom.
