I got off of work last night at 11:24pm, tired and just wanted to get some sundays for the kids. We went to Mc Donalds drive through and ordered at 11:33pm. We told them to make sure that they actually put some fudge in the cups. We sat there with three cars in front of us for 20 minutes! We finally get to the window and they ask us to park on the side. I asked the girl why we have been in the drive through for 20 minutes and you still want us to wait longer. She sarcastically stated, "well you asked for extra fudge so we have to wait for it". My daughter drove to the side before I knew what she said or i would have went ballistic on her for being sassy. We finally got our order at midnight! All I ordered were 5 hot fudge sundays! And never did I ask for extra fudge! I yelled at the guy just so he can tell them that they F'd up. I was sooo heated! They always mess up at this Mc Donalds! One time they charged me for a large fry I never ordered and never till this day gave me my money back. I even emailed corporate. SO be careful, not only do they have shitty service, but they steal your money as well. The first girl we paid last night explained that they are slow because Mc Donalds refuses to hire more help and cut down the employees. WOW they hike up the minimum wage so people can LIVE and instead of having 20 employees they cut them down to 3 to save. I will never go to this selfish disgusting place again! this is the mcdonalds in merced ca on motel ave I just had a very negative experience talking to a young manager on the phone about problems with an order at 7am this morning. My husband walked from motel to mcdonalds to get us breakfast even though are motel serves breakfast. after walking back to our motel my hot cakes and sausage did not get put in our bag so with reciept my husband walks back to mcdonalds to get the hotcakes the female manager i talked to said she bagged herself after replacing whole order. now after 2 trips back and forth from motel to mcdonalds i pull out my hotcakes and ther is no sausage in the breakfast just 3 hotcakes and just 2 lonely little butters that are supposed to be enough to spread over all 3 hotcakes? NO. So i call female manager answers and i explain what i think was wrong and she tells me my husband only ordered hotcakes no sausage but i paid full price so i say shouldnt you have asked him if he meant hotcakes and sausage because ive never seen any hotcakes only menu item ever on your order board and she tells me yes wr do have only hotcakes on our menue and im looking at it right now. so i tell her im not happy can u please take my name and return my money next time i come in but i just wanted my hotcake order replaced.she sayes ya bring them back right now and then im upset with her arguing with me and say im not walking back over there a third time pls take my name and replace them for me and she continues to argue with me and im mad now n tell her oh ill bring them back take my name and when i have the time today ill bring them back no problem and now never once asking my name she continues arguing telling me how its is until i raise my voice saying al right all right all right already! and hang up my phone! how hard is it for a manager to not get her job done right? why did she not stop and at least apologize and then continue nicely and shortly to the point not feeling the need to be superior belittle me put me in my place and make me furious at 7 am!? That manager needs to go back to customer service training along with a refresher on properly filling an order and speaking nicely to customers because i was in customer service and doing that correctly and politely can calm almost 99.9% of an angry customer down. but i wasnt anything but polite until the very end of having to deal with this person. wont be going back and word of mouth carrys loudly both good but especially bad. sorry for your bad luck today costing me time money and starting my day off BADLY..i dont appreciate your lack of customer service and politeness! read more

This place is absolutely Horrible!! they mess up my order every time i go! and i live less then 2 blocks away. probably have been there about 100Xs in the last year and they have probably messed up about 98xs! its ridiculous. not to mention there horrible attitudes and crappy customer service. I tell him that is a cola and I ordered an uncola, he said "well we have Dr. Pepper..." Worst drive thru service ever. We order a sweet diet ice tea and when the screen showed unsweetened tea, I told the employee that it was wrong, she said that there is no button for sweet diet ice tea, which is a lie cuz I've ordered this drink many times at the olive street location and the screen always says SWEET DIET TEA. So when we got to the second window I tasted the tea before pulling away and of course it was unsweetened tea!!!! So I handed it back to the guy in the window, am pretty sure his name is JOSE. So he proceeds to say that that's the correct drink ( what ever happened to the customer is ALWAYS right ) and I tell him it doesn't taste well so I'll just take a regular sweet tea and he rolled his eyes and said then your gonna have to park. Really, really park for a tea!!!! Then after waiting 5 minutes for a TEA, it brought out and guess what it's the same cup I had handed back to him, they just put a new top on the cup!!! read more
