Terrible! If I could leave a 1/2 star, I would. I live locally and have gone for a cheap breakfast a couple times and both times was an awful experience. They don't give you exactly what you order. They ran out of bacon. WHAT?! They didn't communicate that to me. They simply gave me my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit without the bacon. Staff is neither friendly or unfriendly and don't seem to care about more than filling orders. The place is consistently dirty. It's hard to find a clean table. If you got a hankering for McDonald's, find a different one. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Do yourself a favor and don't get off the highway wait for the next exit with food. They are consistently out of ice cream or soda because the machines are not working. The place is filthy. The staff doesn't know how to do their job. Stopped in during a rain storm and the restaurant looked as if it hadn't been cleaned or swept for two days. Trash was all over the floor in the eating area and behind the counter. Catsup was smeared all over the counter. Didn't see anyone with a broom. Someone needs to be assigned to cleaning the dining room area. Food was cooked to order. If this place stays open 24 hours then they need to clean more often. read more

This McDonald's is attached to a BP gas station and a Wi-Not Stop convenience store in the sleepy town of Marshall, VA. I always feel like the name "Wi-Not Stop" invites the question. Let me itemize some of the reasons that you might want to stop somewhere else. The traffic pattern is terrible, because you're combining all the insanity of a gas station with all the insanity of a McDonald's drive-thru in a very poorly-designed parking lot. First, we had trouble getting into the lot because people were blocking the entrance while waiting for their food. Then, afterwards, we had trouble getting out because people in the drive-thru were blocking us in our parking spot! Truly, we couldn't win. The crazy traffic also makes it dangerous to be a pedestrian crossing from parking to the building. The bathrooms were not very clean during our visit. The women's room had a bit of a funk when I entered, but the smell entered "pit toilet" territory when I closed the stall and sat down. The floor was filthy and there was a huge uncovered trash can just inches from where I was sitting. I did enjoy the Jesus-themed graffiti in my stall. Was Jesus really in there at some point? I didn't stick around to see if he returned. The McDonald's itself was just a McDonald's, but one with a fairly limited menu. Service was brisk but pleasant. My double cheeseburger was good, but my hashbrown was weirdly under-browned. There was something weird going on with their shake dispenser that involved a lot of wadded-up napkins and messiness, so I passed on a shake (which was hard, because eggnog is my favorite). So... "Wi-Not Stop"? I think I'll try a different exit from 66 next time. read more

This McDonalds is very busy and understaffed for the amount of customers come here being the only fast food in town. My fries tasted like cardboard, the sandwich was undercooked and falling apart, and when I ordered a strawberry smoothie, they gave me a milkshake. I told them that they were out of straws but they were too busy taking orders to do anything. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Somebody buy this place a save it -- they leave lots of money on the table through understaffing and underserving. Owners simply do not care. During rush hour you can watch cars pull into the drive-thru and then leave, people walking in and then walking out. McDonalds should revoke the franchise and hand it over to someone who cares. read more

I haven't had the order mess up problems the other reviewers have had, but I'll agree that the traffic pattern is awkward (makes you cut through the gas pump area) and the service can be slow even when they're not busy. In my experience though the orders have always been correct and it's your basic McDonald's fare. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Hotter inside than outside and when I asked an employee about it was told they just refuse to turn it on to drive away people in the dining area. This organization is run by people who just don't care. This morning I had to wait 5 minutes at the speaker and after I yelled hello I was told I'will be with you in a minute. I occasionally stop here on my through, because of the ease of access from 66. I've never had any problems, however this morning, Christmas Eve, I had two of the most polite young men wait on me in the drive thru. The young man taking orders was extremely polite, well-spoken, and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised. Then again by the young man who handed me my food. To be that polite early on Saturday morning, Christmas Eve to say the least, left quite an impression. Great job! read more

Wow worst experience....not with the employees but the manager. Sir you may want to consider going back to training to get a refresher on how to treat customers. While we were disappointed with the service of the person taking the order we were more disappointed with the way that you handled the situation and your lack of professionalism and just basic customer courtesy. Do not come to this McDonald's unless you want to wait in the drive-through for 20 minutes and still not order your food every time I come here it is the same thing and the food taste different the breakfast eggs something taste off to the other McDonald's and like I said every time I come here you have to wait in line for 1520 minutes to order your food and then wait in line for another five minutes to be told to park over here so they can bring you your food read more

Wish I could give them a zero as I left with ZERO breakfast after waiting 15mins inside to order this AM. I hadn't even ordered when I finally abandoned the thought of it. Today's staff was the worst combination ever. There seemed to be a black manager bigger set guy making food not ever once leaving that post. Meanwhile a taller black women was doing the drive thru. After watching her take 3 cars while a line grew at the front I felt bad for her. She finall after packing a few bags came to the front counter to take a few orders. She took two orders when from the back wonders the girl/boy ( I'm unsure) that I find creepy each visit. ( she had a Pokemon bookbag the one time I was there) yep her she looks at everyone and walks back to the back then a few minutes later comes up and starts typing on the computer. That's when a white young boy comes in & a black young boy comes with a drawer in his hands from the back. The service here in the mornings is usually wonderful but the lunch crew is terrible. Especially the little 12 year old looking boy that works the drive thru who is extremely rude and ignorant!!
