I'd say 1 out of 3 are incorrect. on October 4, 2015, we found a bone in one of the nuggets. it's December 10, and I'm still playing phone tag. I talk to the manager, Jen, weekly. Each week she tells me the owner or the insurance company will be calling me that week. We always have a horrible experience, but keep going back because unfortunately they're the closest. Well, we won't be going back anymore. The employees are always so unprofessional, even the manager. There's only one older gentleman that works there who is very nice every time. Not only are the employees bad, but they frequently mess up the order. The attitude I got from three employees at my last visit, is part of the reason this store is sinking. This particular McDonald's is terrible. There actual hours of operation do not reflect what is listed on google/ apple maps. Generally they close by 8pm, some days they are open until 10pm. What is funny is they always have a staff working the intercom to tell you its closed yet they cant flip a damn burger. read more

I was having an awful day. The worst one. A bird had just doodled through the sun roof of my car. I asked the flamboyant boy for extra napkins and I received no napkins! Additionally they gave me my food so passive aggressively that I put my elbow in the bird doodle. THE BIRD DOODLE!!! Because of this I could not check the contents of my bag because I had doodle all over my arm. So... when I finally got home and got the doodle cleaned up I noticed they forgot my Fish Sand-which! Every time i go to this Mcdonalds, if you order more then 1 item at a time, and your in the drive-thru, they hand you one thing and ask you to pull to the flag pole or to pull in the "reserved for drive thru" and they will bring the rest of your order out, meanwhile, watching the people after you get 2-3 bags at a time handed out the window! Then while your waiting your caramel frappe has melted completely, and they eventually bring your food out, missing items, food cold! This McDonalds is TERRIBLE! Always an issue when going here! Unfortunately its the closest one to the house and dont always have time to go the other direction, so if you can, avoid going here, service is terrible, employees are rude, they literally could care less! read more

I go to this McDonald's on my lunch hour. I always go through the drive-thru. Typically, the drive-thru is backed up to the road, but it moves very quickly. You might not get the big, friendly smile except for Ronald stuck on the drive-thru window, but my order is always fast and correct. There are some good deals if you order through the app! read more

My Wife wanted something quick and we were hungry...so off to the Golden arches for some takeout since we live less than 1/2 mile from this location. I was greeted and handed food within minutes. The food is standard as McDonald's wants you to have it -the same way every time. The only criticism I have is the McChicken is dry with only lettuce topping but for a buck what can you say...and the Angus Mushroom burger I got went a little overboard on the mayo. I consider this chain a choice when I don't feel like cooking(100 degree+ heat) and don't want to travel far but would prefer Wendy's. Too bad there is not a Wendy's or Arby's in Manchester. read more

This particular McDonald's is unbelievably bad. They get orders wrong like 95% of the time. Food is fine though it's a crap shoot which of it you'll actually get.
