I came to pick up a door dash order today, (7/27/26 around 5:50pm) and they had handed it to some…read morerandom person without checking and told me it was "already picked up" and theres "nothing we can do about it" uh MAKE IT AGAIN? I was very polite and patient and only came back up to the counter a second time after the customer confirmed it had not been picked up by a dasher (me) yet. The young woman (mixed, teen or early twenties, yellow and brown braids pulled into a pony tail on top of her head) behind the counter was EXTREMELY unpleasant. Despite my lax attitude and politeness, she got very angry when I came back up and was loudly talking to someone in the back saying "That woman is back. I already told her it got picked up." with a lot of sass and some other colorful choices not necessary for someone being so nice about THEIR mess up. I am extremely unhappy about being treated like a problem when it was THEIR unprofessionalism that caused this. Door dash has been notified.

The deviled eggs were so good, I was shocked. For dinner, we had catfish, brisket, turkey collard greens, mac & cheese, jerk wings, and cornbread. The greens, catfish, and wings were fantastic.
