There was a bit of a wait, but that usually means the food is made fresh, which I can appreciate. When we received our order, there was a small mistake, but the staff handled it really well. They showed great customer service and quickly remade the dish without any hassle. There are a few seats by the windows, but it's mostly a grab-and-go type of spot. Metered parking right outside makes it easy to stop in. Definitely recommend if you're craving flavorful wings, fun waffle combos, and a quick bite.

The service was also exceptional, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My biggest complaint is the automated ordering system. The drive-thru system can easily misunderstand or mess up your order, which makes the process frustrating. Inside, you are also expected to place your order using the self-service screens instead of ordering directly with someone at the counter. Although the employees are available to help, the system involves a lot of steps and could be especially difficult or frustrating for older customers.

The buffalo wings seriously beat wings from Buffalo that my husband "smuggles" back whenever he travels there for work. The wings are lean and have right amount of skin on. Not saucy, each one of them wears just enough flavor. It is like telling you that being discipline for more later reward. Lol. Sriracha wings are nicely fried have a perfect crispiness. I personally like more heat in them though. Bbq pork cubes are succulent n smoky. Nice. Both store signature burger and surf & turf burger are very enjoyable! Fries are too oily to my taste. Yes on onion rings. Our service girl is very nice and pays attention to details like offering sauces and does takeaways just simply being caring and genuine. The chef is very nice too. You can feel the entire store is very welcoming and unfeigned.

Like they're mad you had the audacity to come and order from them and other times there are super friendly people working the window so I can't rate the entire staff. It's always a roll of the dice. They really deserve a 2 star rating tbh but they never really mess up my order so that's something. My biggest issue with this location is that the food never seems fresh. Soggy and messy is how I would describe it. No care whatsoever. I know it's fast food but the BKs in the towns near by are little better, food is hot and crispy. The other issue is that it seems like they water down their fountain soda. Like it's terrible. You are better off grabbing a coke from the 7/11 2 minutes away then drinking what they give at the drive through. The reason this BK does as well as it does is because it's on the corner of 109 and straight path. If it was out of the way you wouldn't waste your time stopping here. If I had to guess I think this location is franchised. Also the parking lot sucks after the remodel. Too tight so be careful.

Not to mention there are plenty of other fast food restaurants in 0.5 mile radius that have none of the issues that this McDonald's has, so there's no excuses there. Do not go here, there's a much better wing stop right next door, don't waste your time.
