I just witnessed a homeless person urinate on the back of the building and she is set up camp on the side of the building which urinated again then she proceeded to go inside and sit down and touch all the tables without even washing her hands, I would not recommend this business at all. read more

To start, I like Wendy's...love the value of the "4 for 4", I think it's a great value for the money. My problem here is the young lady at the drive up window was touching cards and cash with no gloves, then passing the drink cups to me by putting her hand, again ungloved, by the rim. I'm not the "germaphobe " guy but, given the state of things, you'd think if money, cards, then food is being touch then gloves should be worn. I don't think this is a company policy as I've seen the drive up personnel at another area Wendy's wearing gloves and changing them. Sorry but it's a thing now so, won't be back... read more

i've been coming to this wendy's for a very long time, and i've seen plenty of workers come and go. It's crazy to see how every single person i've seen work here have a bad attitude and it's just indifferent. You walk up to order and they say nothing and just stare at you. If I could give this location negative stars I would. I ordered at this location and two of the three things I ordered they didn't have. No chili, no potatoes. They tried to replace with a salad, but only salad they had was a taco salad. Of course, because they had no chili. I told the person forget the order, and then the chaos happened. The Manager would only provide me with a half a refund because they made the one item. I said if you can't provide me with what I want, I don't want anything. She walked away and left me standing there for 20 minutes. I guess realizing I was never going to leave she finally paid me the rest of my money. I will never return to this dump ever again. It baffles me how this place is still open. I've lived around the corner for 30 years, and have gone to all the places around here my entire life. Out of all the fast food places in the area, this place is by far the worst, especially recently. The last four times I went, they've had no frostys (half the reason to go to Wendy's in the first place), no cheese sauce, no potatoes, nothing. Literally of Wendy's trademarks. I've seen the employees closing up at 9pm when they're open until 1am. Whoever the owner or manager is of this place, I hope you realize how your employees go about their workday, I've never seen anything quite like it. Even with their advertised "hot fries" I've gotten cold food just about every time in the last month. I've officially given up on this place and I will make sure my friends/family move along as well. read more

The girl at the register must have been new, making innocent mistakes, but nothing outrageous. She was trying her best. The manager, however, was cruel and unforgiving--insulting her and the rest of her staff in front of the customers. My brother and I didn't receive our cups for sodas. The manager scolded the girl again. So we intervened, telling the girl that she is doing just fine under the circumstances. And that respect towards workers goes a long way. I hope Wendy's can train managers how to manage their crew properly soon, or they'll lose my business here. read more

Constant wrong orders and very slow service. Each time I go I see different people taking my order. This is a common theme among Wendy's I've gone too, and it's unfortunate. Like this one, the food at Wendy's is great...when made right and timely (not fast, they cook fresh meat). This place is at the bottom of the list and maybe a step in from corporate is ideal. My latest order including a Dave's triple, but upon opening up the wrapping at home, it was a smaller double cheeseburger with burnt bacon and no condiments. Sometimes my husband and I go through the drive through here. In general I find Wendy's appears to have the freshest most natural type of fast food. I love the baha salad and the mocha roaster. read more

This is the only Wendys that I will ever go to. The girl inside the wendys taking my order is terrific. Nicest girl you will ever meet. So caring about her customers it's a big difference from others ringing up my order. Food is always great. Drive thru needs someone else to take the order. Highly disappointed in this Wendy's. Been to multiple ones on the island but this one always proves to be the worst. Customer service sucks and the food is always missing. Took 15 minutes for food when the drive thru was empty and was the only one on line. Food also has seemed dry and cold in the past. Absolutely appalling bathrooms. There was water all over the floor, the toilet was clogged, the sink was clogged and overflowing, and the toilet paper holder was broken with paper falling all over the place. Quite possibly the worst meal I've ever gotten from this location, which is unusual. Fries were old and cold. Son of Baconator w/added onion was very dry - no mayo and very little ketchup - with one single ring of red onion and a deflated crumbly bun. Seemed like the sandwich was old, and the onion was added at the last minute. I did not receive a receipt, so I could not complete a TalktoWendys survey. Very disappointed. read more
