They take their sauce VERY serious. I spent $40 on food with 3 people in the car. They told me i'm only allowed 1 sweet and sour sauce. I thought maybe there was a shortage but i came back a few days later and they said it again. I asked why and they said they're not even suppose to give me that , i'm only allowed to get ONE if i order nuggets lol. They were guarding the sauce like it was gold. I went inside to pick up an uber order, I was waiting inside for about 15 mins. I couldn't bare to stand the smell of the inside of that store. The pissy smell is what almost took me out and it's pretty awful it's drinking up the whole store. I couldn't stand there without having my nose covered. Best McD's around. I've been to many but this location food breakfast Bacon Cheese Egg McGriddles are the best hot and fresh and the orange juice is super refreshing. I also love their quarter pounders with cheese and extra pickles. Everything is made well here in this location. Other McD's I'm disappointed every time. Lindy McD's the best!!!! read more

I always feel weird rating common fast food joints. It's even odder to give them a 5 star review. This McDonald's experience deserved it. I don't remember the last time I've dealt with fast food workers this friendly and helpful. I mean from the male who took my order to the manager. It was a pleasant surprise. These pickles were fermented to perfection. The burger was well done JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT. The drive thru attendant was pure magic. My coca cola was fresh and bubbly and all around refreshing. It felt a lot more cleaner than I thought it would, employees were nice and nothing was wrong. I just think fast food is awful so I'll probably never come here again, and you should only come here if you either like fast food or you have a child who wants to stuff their face with burgers. Place is a dump. Service is slow at inside counter. And the eating/dining area is swarming with urinal flies. Apparently Nobody cleans the tables. They are encrusted in filth. This McDonald's seriously sucks! Quality of food has greatly declined. I am constantly disappointed coming here. How hard is it to get chicken nuggets and french fries right? Either fries are not crispy and undercooked or burnt. Chicken nuggets each time i have come in last 2 months have been overly oily and rubbery, not crispy on outside like other McDonalds. Food is not fresh here. I rather drive a little further to a different McDonalds than waste my money here. read more

This place is ridiculous. There is NO air conditioner working and when I asked an employee, they told me that they have not had AC for over a month and that an employee even fainted from heat exhaustion. So basically, no AC for July and August in New York. Shame on you, especially coming from McDonald's who should have a minimum standard. read more

i visited this location tuesday 5/19/2020 after work with my daughter. we went up to the drive thru and placed our order and the woman there could not have been nice! very sweet and polite! however, the young girl at the pick up window could not have been ruder! nasty attitude and could not even look at me as she handed off our order to me. i said to her "thank you, be well and safe" and she made no comment, nor did she even look at me. it was so obvious that my daughter said "mom, she was just down right rude and unprofessional, you should tell them".......so here i am, writing to you. and btw my daughter is 17 and works for wendys and they have the best custer service ever, ask anyone that goes there! obviosuly mcdonalds does not pay attention to "how the customer is being treated". read more

The girl who helped us "Kai" was so sweet and just made our night... This McDonalds location is usually wonderful. Early this morning, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit which was awful...the biscuit was hard, the eggs were stiff. It seemed like it was yesterday's leftovers. On a positive note, the staff at this location are always wonderful, and usually so is their food! read more

Coffee, food and service are usually pretty good at this McDonald's. The only thing that I bought that I really didn't like was the salad. I bought the salad hoping for the best but got the worst! The lettuce was slimy and the tomatoes soggy and it had some funky smell like rotting food! Yuck. I couldn't even eat it and I had to throw it away. So if you want to buy standard McDonald's stuff including the coffee, then you'll get good service and good food here. Just stay away from the salads. read more

I requested Filet Minion and I was served a Angus Burger. Simply revolting. I was disgusted with the quality of meat that I was served.

Drive-Thru much faster and friendlier than the rest of McD's in the area. A little more attention needs to be focused on the cleanliness of the reastaurant area, esp - seats and tables, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. read more

im not sure why, but every time I go to this McDonald's in the afternoon or the evening, something is forgotten. I was just there, waited at the counter for a little over 10 minutes because my kids like the cheeseburgers plain. Paid my $27 came home and they didn't put 2 orders of McNuggets in the bag, the BBQ sauce, and they put onion on the kids burger. I mean, that's what I waited for was the plain "only cheese" cheeseburger. You know, people pay $100's of thousands of dollars to open a franchise. To build something for generations to come... Young kids have a job, they have electronic equipment to read the orders on, it's fool-proof how can you screw up an order?? I worked there as a kid, we had none of those things . You look at the order and put it in a bag. I know the people working there are not stupid, they just don't care. Listen guys, trust me, you'll be 40 in a blink of an eye..learn how to take a little pride in yourselves, and what you are doing , it will pay off read more
