I thought I was charged too much, but was ignored and rushed through. At home I tried to figure out the sales slip, but was unsure if the 2 burgers for $9.49 came with fries or not. I was charged $3.99 for an extra medium fries and nothing for the one that came with the cheeseburger deal which included 2 cheeseburgers ond 1 free medium fries. I also could not claim the Buy One, Get One Free Sandwich by filling out the form online because the numbers on the sales slip were not legible. The customer is penalized for McDonalds printer not working correctly! I figured I lost $3.99 if I was supposed to get 2 free fries w/the $9.49 deal, plus the Buy 1, Get 1 free that I could not get because the numbers could not be read! Stopped by to grab a bite and popped inside. The drive thru is always long and creates some traffic issues in the parking lot. We walked inside and saw they had new kiosks for ordering from. They had an employee to help with the use. You could also wait online, but I felt like living in the future. You work through the menu and put together an order. Afterwards, you get a disc like when you are waiting to be seated in a chain restaurant. The practice of this seems new and in process. They had plenty of issues with trying to get the right orders to the right people. Overall, it was an experience. The bottom line is that it is a McDonald's. The food is okay. The service is okay. I used to get my coffee from this particular McDonald's regularly but since the app doesn't offer discounts anymore for coffee, I stopped going there. It used to be any size for $0.99. So one day, I was in the mood for a cup so I sucked it up and paid full price for a large which came out to $2.60. This was around 6:00am so the coffee should be fresh. It wasn't. The coffee was awful. I had already left and went home so it was too late for me to go back. They used to make good coffee here but nowadays nobody cares anymore. I'm not sure if the milk was sour or what but they can't make coffee for sh!t. They just dump everything in the cup and expect to taste good? They used to have a young fellow who actually took the time to make your coffee stirring as he poured it making sure the creamer and sugars were mixed well. I was the only one in the drive thru and the dining room was still closed so it wasn't busy at all. I hope somebody sees this to retrain the staff to at least make a decent cup of coffee. I am not a McDonalds patron, however, if my pops wants a chicken wrap from McDonalds, then my dad gets his wish. Ok... it was clean, recently underwent a massive re-build / renovation, and my food was about as "Fresh" as you can really expect from a McDonnalds. I pretty much only visit McDonnald's in general for Breakfast. Very good, underrated coffee. Sometimes I drive-thru just for the coffee. I'd add a star if I was taking out / driving thru. I like to sit and read the paper with my breakfast, and the seating arrangement in the layout of this place simply sucks. Booths are very firm and uncomfortable and the wooden modernist chairs are just as uncomfortable. I also see these signs popping up in McDonnalds that say "please limit your visit to 30 minutes" WTF is that? Wouldn't they want people to LIVE their and buy burgers all day long?
