Got sucked in for the Grinch Meal. Ordered the ten piece nuggets and only received 8. Glad I opened it inside, they said sorry about that and handed me a 4 piece box with 2 nuggets. Seems like they could have just gone ahead and given me the 4... Box was well presented, Grinch salt was so so with a lot of ingredients, didn't open the socks yet. Nice gimmick and got me in the door. ordered break fast at 10:20ish and they just canceled my order. drove all this way to get it. really pissed.

Literally robbed me. Took my app order and upon arrival said they would not honor it that I have to cancel it while the order charging me. Reported the issue and nothing. Filed with BBB and the resolution is o have to drive 50 miles each way back to that location for a refund. Thier loss as I spent an average of $35 a week there every week on the app in my local area and in the 5 weeks since. Not a penny has been spent at mcdonald's and there won't be again. a.) There was an employee who was incredibly rude, and acted like she hated her job. She continued this with my entire family. We would say have a great day and all she did was shoot us dirty looks. b.) I specifically asked for 3 things of sweet and sour sauce with my 10 piece nugget, and they only gave me one. I know normally they give you 2. How are you supposed to eat 10 nuggets with only 1 sweet and sour???? c.) It was very dirty and no one was cleaning. The restroom was especially gross. read more

I've visited every Mcdonald's in the area darn near. This is the one I actively avoid. What is it about this place though? Is it the food itself? No. Because all food is the same at any McDonalds. It's the experience that kills it. Let me present two instances: Exhibit A) I had ordered on the app for this location and did a curbside pickup. Now, it was a little later at night but not too terribly late. The app let me order everything and go through with the curbside. I waited 10min before an associate came out with my food. Instead of saying "here you go, have a good night", they immediately led off with "So we don't do curbside after a certain time so next time come through the drive thru". And that was that. Nothing in the app prevented me from ordering and doing a curbside. So I was confused. And a bit put off. To top it off, the order was wrong. But I didn't want to *bother* them anymore and I took it as it was. Exhibit B) this one was more recent. Again, went with a curbside pickup. They brought me my food, and in keeping with tradition for this location, they messed up my order. A gentleman next to me in a truck stepped out and him and I started conversing about our order. We realized we have received each other's orders and we got the associate to come back out. Instead of going back in to get fresh food, they literally just swapped the bags outside. I was very put off by this and so was the other gentleman. As luck would have it, he was a retired Health inspector and demanded fresh bags for both of us. We conversed further about how ridiculous that just was. We got our correct orders and went on our way. The whole fiasco was about 15min. Do not go to this location. Avoid this location. It comes down to the staff and how inattentive and careless they are with everyone's orders. Make the drive to Mascoutah or New Baden and get your mcdonald's from either of those locations. read more

Not thrilled with my last visit. Chief among my disappointments is that the swivel chairs in the center of the play place are a hazard to children. the chairs are set closer to the tables than similar chairs in the main dining area so when they swivel the chair backs hit the table. So when kids sit in them and swivel (as they always do) their fingers can get pinched or crushed like my five-year-old grand-daughters did--twice. I spoke with the manager and she said she had no control over the design and that I could sit at a booth or one of the tables with regular chairs if I was concerned. She also said the facility was due for a renovation in February 2020, to which I replied, good, there is time to request they look at fixing this. There is no notice of hazard or warning to parents posted. I suggested they could take the backs off the chairs, fix them so they don't swivel so far that they touch the tables, or remove the tables entirely and put regular tables there. We'll see what happens with the scheduled renovation. Until then, I will take my grand-daughters someplace else. read more

Unfortunately it seems the cleanliness of this location is not as important as in the past which compelled me to write a review. I often drive from east Belleville to this location strictly for my kids to utilize the play area because of the cleanliness of such in comparison. However, we visited a few weeks ago (June 22) in the morning and the place was disgustingly filthy. There was standing water on the floor throughout the playplace seating area. Now I assume they had just mopped due to the wet floor sign, but it was ridiculously saturated and slippery. The play structures were grimy and greasy; my kid's butts were stained from going down the slides. And the flies!!!...there were what seemed like dozens. It was impossible to eat without multiple flies landing on your food or cups. It will probably be awhile before I bother going back. read more

Unfortunately this McDonalds did not meet its "mission" to bring me 100% satisfaction nor the rest of my friends. Fries were old, cold, and half filled. Wait time was wack. Staff was mad. My chicken wrap was also old but I have no idea why I ordered it anyway. My double cheeseburger was on point. Definitely the best MCD in Lebanon. read more

Order the breakfast burrito meal in the drive-through with hot sauce, and literally asked the drive-through worker if they put hot sauce in the bag and she told me yes. Get home and there is one burrito in the bag, and zero sauce. Not only did they not put a single sauce packet in the bag, they forgot an entire burrito. Drove back up there, and they gave me my missing burrito and ONE SAUCE PACKET. Worse mcds in America. read more

I have finally decided to stop using this McDonalds all together. For years i have received bad food, wrong food, crap service, unclean facilities. The evening crews are more interested in horseplay and screwing around than concentrating on correct food. We have spent excessive drive through times for simple items such as a tea (they claim they forgot about us at the drive through window). Staff is often not trained up on current promotions. Don't even try to order a burger special (ketchup only) - because that throws them into utter confusion. Happy meals are often missing key components (like a toy or fries). If you try to call the place about a wrong order, it goes to a fax machine. I've even followed up with the regional manager, and no sincere apologies were issued, and there doesn't appear to be any change in the management and staff of this restaurant. I'll travel down the street to dairy queen to a staff that is always friendly and the orders always correct. Perhaps the employees and management could do the same and learn what customer service and experience should be. read more

They kicked us out 30 mins before closing. They said "get your food and leave" when we were nothing but kind. It's sticky and gross with lots of flies. They then proceeded to get upset when we were sitting outside because we had no idea to eat our food. Never again. read more

I traveled through this area during a business trip. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of stopping at this McDonalds. I ordered a chicken strip meal along with a vanilla iced coffee. I was back on the interstate before I began to eat. The chicken strips were so overcooked they were dark brown and hard as a rock. The fries were of course cold and to top it off the vanilla iced coffee turned out to just be coffee with cream. I called the restaurant to let them know that I just paid ten dollars for a meal that wasn't even edible. I was very frustrated and all they could do was tell me to come back and they would give another meal. I explained that I was just passing through and that I would not be back. I feel like they should have refunded my meal since I didn't get ANYTHING that was edible. read more

I like mcdonald's and this one has basically a new playplace. It is a good place to go an study during the day while picking up a snack. The playplace is not for children with weak upper body strength, because they have to pull themselves all the way up. read more

This was the WORST McDonald's experience I've ever had!! They told a group i was with that it was closed even though it was still thirty minutes to close. They were very rude and basically through the group of people I was with out. The woman at the cash register told us to order our food and "get out". I'm just so angry that this happened.
