The first time they forgot my drinks, the second time my pizza was undercooked, the third time they just hadn't left to deliver it (30 minutes late already), and this time, I called to see where my pizza was (40 minutes late), and they said "we have one cook today, your order hasn't been started" if that's the case, just close. Don't put that cook through it on a friday. It's an hour late so I just ask to cancel it, they say hold and then come back and say "it's started, it's gonna be another 30 minutes". So 2.5 hours for pizza delivery. If your website said 2.5 hours estimated delivery, I wouldn't have ordered. If this was the first time, I wouldn't be leaving this review.
