The hostesses were very kind and amazing, and it was only a 5-10 minute wait! Shaved off some time! We were even informed that a booth was available since my kids really like booths when going to restaurants. After a short while, they were really quick on getting drink orders. I ordered a Yuengling, which I usually order or drink on Fridays. I noticed the highway themed atmosphere hinting the name. It featured vintage gas station signs, vintage coke signs, and a vintage stop sign. I ordered a Chicken Avocado Sandwich, and it was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and grilled to tenderness and the avocado was so fresh. I also got a salad and it was delicious with the Italian glaze and eggs. I would also like to note that my daughter's drink, she said it was phenomenal. The tart and the sweet according to her created a perfect blend of deliciousness. Cannot wait to go again to this place!

Sadly giving this review. We wanted so badly for this place to do well. Only giving two stars…read morebecause we went several weeks ago for lunch and had the buffet which was not as bad as tonight. We waited for an hour and 30 minutes for our food tonight. When it finally came out, the boneless wings were barely warm, missing our ranch which we had to wait for. The fries were overcooked and we could barely eat them. Added salt because they were tasteless and it still didn't help. The ketchup lid fell off onto my food (gross) and tasted like it was bad. The codfish tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil or something. It was also barely warm. We couldn't quite figure it out and the onion finger things didn't taste like they were good. The only halfway good thing was the steak and cheese sandwich. They were very busy tonight, so we were trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when the food was not even good, like at all, that really sucked. Hopefully this was a fluke and they figure it out. We really want them to succeed. Sadly we won't be returning.

You can either order carryout or delivery, delivery was only $4 , but we didn't want to wait an hour, so we changed order to carryout. you have to drive around back of hotel to get there, its not really clearly marked until you get really close, then you will see the small signs. you walk thru some commercial doors and see a hand written sign directing you to a small pickup area in back of the kitchen. quick and easy. the phantom burger ranks up there as one of the best . great taste, could really use some raw jalapeno to make it perfect. the regluar burgers were good too. the fries were completely unseasoned? must have been an off day, bc a co worker said normally, its all over the place. today nothing, plus they were cold, tough as hell. reminded me of hotel room service fries, after they've been sitting in the hallway , from the night before. really , that gross. burger , i will be back, hold them fries.

We were greeted immediately by the hostess to take our order, and my daughter liked that she was able to build her own burger from the menu and order it easily on her own (while the hostess patiently waited and helped her out). My daughter got a cheeseburger with bacon, while I got one of the special burgers- the Taco Burger, with seasoning in the patty and special sauce. It was all really good! My daughter wasn't a big fan of the seasoning on the fries (I think she prefers typical fast food), but I thought they were great. Also- the soft drink machine dispenses Excel/Ski products. Fun local touch! Service was fast and friendly. They came out to our table with our order fairly quickly, and they came back around a second time to see if we needed anything. Decorations are fun, and there is a collection of board and card games in the dining area. We played a little card game while we waited on our food. We'd come back with the whole family!

Amazing flavor, delicious bacon, overall great burger. Finger licking good. The fries were just as good. The food was so good I went back and ordered a turkey club. The delicious bread made the club to me. I wasn't a huge fan of the warmed turkey and cheese but the sandwich was still good nonetheless. If I'm back in O'Fallen, Hi Pointe is a must stop for me. ( I never had the chance to try when it was originally open) They were busy! Which I did expect as downtown belleville had a few things going on. They were so busy that sadly they were out of meatloaf and limited on some hoagie type Sandwich. I ordered the pub burger with the garlic mashed potatoes. The burger itself wasn't bad a little too salty than I'm use to. I swore I asked the waitress for the garnishes to be put on the side but they had it all on the burger. ( no big deal) the garlic mashed potatoes was a staple according to a guest that was talking to us as they left. They were good. Mine came out a little on the almost past the Luke warm stage ( I was a little bummed on that). Our oldest ordered the bone in wings buffalo flavor as a meal ( it's an appetizer) she said those were good. We also shared their French onion dip with chips. Husband had the same pub burger but he got his with steak fries. He wast thrilled that he couldn't order the burger in rare form. He too thought the burger itself was a little on the saltier aside. The prices seemed a little steep on some of the menu. ( expected on steaks and fish) I had to give them a bit of grace with all the chaos going on. Our server was kind and attentive. They didn't have much options for the festive drinks. I ordered their thin mint martini. I'd love to give them another shot in the future when it's less chaotic and they have food we want available. I will say th bar itself is cute. Reminds me of cheers. They had their front area setup with fire pits/heat lamps and tables to enjoy some hot chocolate that was only $3 for reg but if you wanted to "boozie" it up it would depend on the alcohol. They had cookies out from The cookie stroll that they offered for free. Then had a nice set up for those interested in making s'mores! Charlie's is located within historic downtown Belleville on the corner of Abend. There is only street side parking available. Keep in mind they do have breakfast or brunch too on weekends.
