This is a convenient location for truck drivers and travelers because it is attached to a gas station that also has a Dog Park. I was disappointed that this Hardee's doesn't have curly fries. The lady at the register is definitely an issue like many other complaints on here. I was just told that Hardee's has never had a steak biscuit before. These people smoking rocks in Illinois or what? Tenders, fries and onion rings, not a complicated order but still managed to be screwed up. Had to wait 10 minutes for tenders, so expecting juicy fresh chicken but not the case, 2 pieces fresh and the rest were old like jerky. Fries were cold and soggy. Went thru the drive thru recently. Waited a bit for our food...three sandwiches, two orders of fries and a kids meal for ~$37. Not a problem. Thought we'd get fresh food. Got the food home and found that one sandwich was not prepared as ordered and was barely warm and the bun was hard/stale. Another sandwich was also barely warm and the bread was hard as a rock so I took the one sandwich back hoping to get my money back. Employees were sitting around and I was told that this was how the sandwich was supposed to be. Talked with a manager and all I got was a card with "Free Frisco" written on it. 3 and a half stars but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt up to four for the great service 2 meals. this is a 24/7 365 run Hardee's franchise by loves. I first came in at the breakfast time towards the end and had a country fried steak biscuit with gravy someone for the pork chop and gravy biscuit in the bottle orange juice it was fantastic very good.. then I went to sleep woke up decided I wanted to eat some more didn't want to leave just yet cuz I didn't have time didn't want to wait to eat so I decide to come and have an early dinner came back in and I had an early dinner. once again I was greeted promptly and I thought about having a Frisco burger it's been awhile it's basically hamburger utilizing sourdough bread.. I see they still have the big roast beef around but I'm not a big fan of the taste of it for some reason and they also have happy hour every day between 2 and 5 p.m. dollar 25 sliders double cheese..they taste pretty good I've had him a couple of times you're not too bad but I didn't want a burger today I want to something sort of healthy. so I got one of my old favorites at Hardee's d charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich..what is a grilled chicken breast with BBQ sauce and lettuce I has to add a little tomato and I did the combo with the curly fries and the Coke Zero was very good..this Arby's has come full circle over the last seven to eight months I will say I do come in here a little more often and I'm finding that they've had a staff change and it's improving quite a bit even though it's all employed and on by love they're doing a really good job on this one and I've noticed it. so keep up the good work hard part around the St Louis area like any place really is decent employees that'll stay and show up on time. read more

I really like Hardee's more than the other typical fast food places. My problem is I've had not the best experiences here at this location sadly. From getting home and finding missing food or having a drink that tastes old by the time you get home it's too far to go back since this location is in the middle of nowhere for most of us. It's just not practical to drive back 20 minutes. We have also had some good visits so it's really hit or miss with the way fast food is nowadays. Just check your bag before you leave. read more

Went this morning to try their new chicken biscuit. The had no chicken said it was coming on the truck. Went a few weeks ago at 9 on a Saturday morning and they were out of biscuits!!! Drive thru is almost always closed. The 6 times I have used the drive thru 4 times the order was wrong. Just terrible!!!! read more

I have stopped here a few times now and have had great service here the staff did a great job by getting my order write each time that I have stopped in they stop and greet you when you enter and exit the restaurant the place is always clean the tables are cleaner than some that I have been in keep up the good work. read more

I am Never going back here again. They always mess up my order. I ordered a plain small cheeseburger, small vanilla shake without whip cream and small order of onion rings. The cashier repeated everything back to me correctly. After getting to the window, i recieved my shake with whip cream on and had to wait a few minutes for my food. I recieved my food which was fresh, but the cheeseburger was not plain. I told the guy my food was wrong. He did offer to remake the burger. I was in a hurry, so i refused his offer. The service was terrible. The guy working register was disrespectful and does not need to be working register if he doesn't know how to interact with customers. Our food was also throwin into the bag. (None of fries were in the actually fry container) and our burgers smelt like fish. Don't bother coming here. If I could give zero stars I would. Experienced the most disgusting customer service I have ever seen asked to talk to a manager which took 20minutes as well as 20 minutes for our food. Some poor little lady fell and the WORKERS had the audacity to laugh at her and proceed to say that she needed to watch where she was going. Absolutely appalling. When I finally was able to talk to the manager she had a major attitude and didn't care what I had to say. For going to a Hardee's for the first time it will definitely be my last thanks to Cheryl and the "great staff" they had. The only one that was polite and answered all my questions was a kid named DJ and he was as sweet as can be! He needs to be manager and get a raised the night manger and the rest of her crew need to be retrained or find a job that doesn't involve costumer service! read more

I'm just gona start by saying this....the late night staff for the most part is awful. Especially this older woman who seems to not know how to properly do her job and tells me I can't have chicken strips at 11:30 and shakes SHES A LIAR YALLL I want my damn shakes and strips man...that's all I ever want. And as a Ight shift worker my dinner is pretty much Hardee's or microwaveable meals. And man oh man do I look forward to a hot meal from time to time. AND ALL I WANT IS THE DANG STRIPS AND A SHAKE OKAY...this Hardee's is trash. read more
