    In summary, my experience included poor service/kiosk operation, getting the wrong food, having my…read moreorder sit for several minutes while the food was getting cold, and issues with the woman's bathroom. 1st, the kiosk was out of paper so I didn't know my order number. I asked the cashier. She couldn't figure it out and had to have a manager print out my receipt. The cashier asked if I scanned the QR code using their app. No. I asked for a paper receipt, why would I need an app or scan a code that was not displayed very long if at all. I rarely go to McDonald's and have absolutely no desire to put their app on my phone, nor should it be necessary just to track your order. Just keep the kiosk filled with paper. BTW - The kiosks should alert you when it's low on paper so a customer never has to deal with not knowing their order number. 2nd, I saw my order being bagged, that included my fries. The worker set it aside and I watched it sit and sit for several minutes before the last sandwich was added. The fries were cold and the large fry wasn't close to being full. I had to go in and figuratively grab the manager to get some fresher fries. They were fresher, but still not fresh because she just grabbed another prepared box of fries. 3rd, I ordered two deluxe sandwiches. The kiosk only allowed me to edit one of them and not the other, so I ended up with everything on my sandwich. Once we finally were able to eat them, we discovered that we had double deluxe burgers. I checked my receipt and confirmed we ordered just the deluxe and not double. My sister-in-law complained hers only had 4 drops of mustard. Given I didn't want mustard, this was actually a plus for me. So, yeah, we got something extra than what we paid for, but it wasn't what we wanted or ordered. 4th, My sister-in-law used the bathroom facilities. They were down to one usable stall with toilet paper. Plus, a soap dispenser didn't work and a hand dryer only blew cold air. Lastly, I saw a young man wondering back and forth the whole time I was there, which was for quite a while. The only work I witnessed him doing was moving two drinks from one place to another. If your kitchen can only handle x people working then it seems like having additional staff just wondering around is not beneficial. Or, maybe he could have been putting paper in the kiosks or cleaning the restrooms and making sure they are in usable condition.
