The worst McDonald's I've been too. Been there only twice and both times they messed up my orders.

Rude costumer service!!! The soda people stare you down like you stole something and then says you can't eat at the restaurant if you have a subway cup. I had McDonald's food and soda and paid for meals but was told to leave because I had one subway item. Be careful eating here!!! They will run you out read more

I normally don't write reviews for fast food, especially when I'm on vacation, however the staff here is the best!! The service was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was hot and fresh each time we ate here! The staff treated my wife and I like we really mattered. I have to give a special shout out to Lauren for being so kind and sweet and chatting with my wife every day. Also have to give a shout out to my boy Malik who made sure that my wife had a fresh, hot cup of coffee everyday that we showed up on our vacation!! They definitely deserve 5 stars!!! I was in Laughlin last weekend for WhyLaughlin [dot] com and we set up shop at the Edgewater next door to the Aquarius. Anytime we have a working weekend there and wanted to bring food up to the crew, we would go down to the McDonald's in the Edgewater casino, but sadly, it had been closed for some reason. HUNGRY. It was 10:45 PM on a Thursday night and, frankly Laughlin was filling up with guests for the weekend. This was a busy weekend because it fell between the two Spring break weeks for most every school and university. Given the number of people in town, there just were not that many places to eat. We remembered another McDonald's at Aquarius, and decided to walk up the Riverwalk to get some food. HOPEFUL. We totally understand that a stand-alone Micky D's across the river in Arizona would have the same reasonable prices as any other McDee's - and that ALL Casino Fast Food is marked-up to a premium - maybe to push you into the Casino's main restaurants; maybe just because they can since it is there as a convenience. Therefore, I don't use high prices as a CON. But I think we ALL expect that with the increased premium pricing that ---maybe--- the food should at least be on par as any other Micky D's with lower prices. Right? And how about customer service? A smile? A thank you? Sadly... NOT HERE. The other 4 reviewers before me are on target; but for different reasons. I did not come for FREE WI-FI, but if that is advertised, I too would expect them to deliver. High prices. Hey that's to be expected. Bad service? Some say that too is expected in Laughlin. I am a huge Laughlin fan and inwardly cringe when I run across that stereotype in real life. Sadly too, this McDonald's has the worst service by 2 female employees that seemed to want to be anywhere but here. FAIL. 4 of the 7 of our crew had come here. We were the only ones in the 24 hour place at 10:45 PM. We ordered 3-each 2-cheeseburger meals with large fries & drinks. Our one new vegetarian ordered just a large fry and a drink as his meal. Yes, it was expensive! We waited a l-o-n-g time for our order. We expected it to be good; we expected it to be hot. After all, we were the ONLY customers. When it was ready the "front-end" employee sat all the bags on the counter of the pick-up area without a word. No repeating the order. No asking if we needed napkins or condiments. Just turned and walked away. The Food: IT WAS BLOODY AWFUL! No kidding. Is this franchise owned by the same outfit who ran the now-closed Edgewater McDonald's that was decent? The meat patties -all 6 of them- were lukewarm - no where close to hot. The buns were cold and stale. Were they added after the cooking process? Or were the patties laying around already-cooked for hours and briefly "nuked" and then added to cold and now-stale buns? The cheese slices were stiff and cold (not melted). Did these employees not have the sneakiness to nuke the old patties with the cheese on the patties? Aren't they worried about getting caught? (If this is what they're doing.) SHAMEFUL. One can only speculate based on taking the 6 cheeseburgers apart in amazement how the various components were all different temperatures and different states of freshness. A sample bite was horrifying. It was WORSE than embarrassing. Embarrassing for the Aquarius Hotel & Casino management that allows this franchise operator to cast a bad light on the whole property; possibly dangerous for patrons to eat this crap (if sitting for hours and reheated later); embarrassing for those of us who want Laughlin to be a place where visitors find great fun, food and service. EMBARRASSING. Okay, so trash the overpriced $30 hamburgers and let's enjoy the world-famous McDonald's French Fries! Since that was now going to be our whole meal, we thought that some ketchup and some Ranch would make it more like a meal. But none was out at the drink refill station or anywhere else where patrons might help themselves, and none had been provided nor offered when we were at the pick-up window. WTF? Now there was a line for coffees and McFlurries so we went to the pick up counter to request ranch and ketchup for the four of us. They ignored us. We sent a 2nd person to bolster our "presence." By this time the fries are now as cold as the 12 stale and cold bun halves; almost as cold as the refrigerated cheese slices sitting stiffly and awkwardly atop the lukewarm meat patties. One of our party finally got the sullen employee's attention. We were literally 10 feet away and watching the whole process out of astonishment by this time. We could hear her clearly ask for "a handful of ketchup and some Ranch for 4 people who already received meals and are sitting there waiting to proceed with our meal. The could-care-less employee finally responded and handed us ONE squeeze package of ketchup and ONE tiny rectangular package of ranch for 4 of us, did an about-face and walked away. I don't know what everyone is bitchin about- the meals are about $1 more than other locations if you take in consideration the cost of operating in a casino, that's not bad. We showed up at around midnight on a Wednesday & the staff was nice, made our food fresh in just a few, the place was clean. We will have no problem going back. read more

A Big Mac can get bigger when it comes to its sandwich recipe and lots of fries like to get out of my special bag when I reach for more Diet Coke to cover my tastebuds. There's not much to my experience other than the vision for it. Something is particular about the Big Mac sauce. When I enter the wide lobby next to the nice gift shop to get to the even wider lobby of this McDonald's, so many folks like to dine in a kind of smooth atmosphere. Of course, I've run into noisy tourists at the gift shop. Exhilarating qualities of the Big Mac sauce are just assumed because those beef patties like to rock the secret ingredient with a kind of déjà vu. Not only do I enjoy the sauce, the sandwich needs to be accepted as a complete package. (That is, unless we should desire something more of a variation for the Big Mac since its double decker concept remains as a nice idea from the mid-1900's.) Just to start eating the tall sandwich, the pickles and onions stick out like sandwich toppings to give the Big Mac an appearance like that of salad. In fact, the casino atmosphere can kind of complement the gusto McDonald's provides with the Big Mac since the luxurious machines tend to make rich noises and ring out ticket stubs for gambling. Let me just say that I love the sandwich at McDonald's! What good would it be if somebody else was trying to speak for me? You know, tell me what my tastes are? This place in Laughlin is good for relaxing since the lobby is so huge and there's an exquisite kind of peace throughout the place of dining. Sometimes restaurants can become those secondary types of residence before and after families commence with personal hunger. The atmosphere is ripe to the touch, almost resembling a home candle I borrow from Kmart. Purchases are most certainly temporary forms of borrowing materials, yet something about experience I admire to with conceived notions. What you may call the dining hall is pretty bright with a darkened form of yellow light plus these glowing boards that show victuals in determined sizes. McDonald's has to be the best! Nostalgic feelings of children as they pause for surprises or natural instinct for walking up lines are constantly thrilling in my mind to cause for me a certain pleasure that's due to intrinsic moments. When there's a rush, there's a rush. Getting a kick out of window shopping and money bidding couldn't have lost the difficulty for them I'm unimportant to. Too many burgers have been left uneaten; it's known because so many chances end up wasted on phones and home equipment. An attempt to be different from that commonplace has been served up by me through my intention. McDonald's is not likely to disappear anytime soon and I will take a Big Mac to the next level, which happens to be Laughlin. read more

My husband and I have been staying at the Aquarius Casino since August 1st for our anniversary. Every morning I have come down to the lobby to ask for a fresh coffee and Malik did it quickly and with a courteous and kind attitude. Today we checked out and Michel'e stopped me from cleaning the coffee I had spilt and insisted she clean it & waited patiently for me to fix my coffee. Angel was so courteous in taking our order & Michel'e & Lauren were so friendly & kind when I asked about life in Laughlin.This is one of the best McDonald's that I've been to! My wife and i went to Laughlin for the week and we're staying at the edgewater, we figured the Aquarius being so close to go get mcdonalds. We eat the nuggets and fries like a ritual. We figured already the prices would be more then a residential mcdonalds by a couple of quarters ... but to find out their large drinks are 2.50 was crazy. Sweet tea is the best but as a sweet tea drinker everyone knows it comes in a Styrofoam cup. We had to ask for this cup and once we filled it up we searched for the red lids it goes with, but sadly they had none out. I asked the clerk for one knowing what I was looking for the manager on shift denise said they don't carry them. I then asked for a cup that did fit a lid, she processed to get an attuide like it was my fault they didn't have the lids. She refused to give me another large cup that fit the lids. I told her she could have her cup back if that's the big deal. She handed me the cup like it was a 100 lb weight. I then told her she should order lids to fit the cups they carry, with a smart mouth she replied sure get right on that. I have never seen such disrespect for a management position in my life. I have been to alot of places where customer service is not a priority but for mcdonalds this is horrible. I called customer service hotline to report her. Still days later no response from Thier management department. We left laughlin back home this morning and I will never again dine at that location. There is a thousand people out there without work that would appreciate the opportunity to work. I think the owner should look into their employees and reevaluate who gets that opportunity before they close down. read more

If I could give the less then one star I would. Cesar the Manager treaters me like I was a idiot after his cashier made a mistake. No egg on a sausage mc Miffin I order, he acted like I made the mistake on . Food came out cold and Cesar treated me like crap. Once I address the situation he basically told me to kick rocks and I got so frustrated I asked for money back. He told me he would not give me a refund and said if I didn't leave he would call security and I would be ask to leave . I have a trip plan for a week in there 2 bedroom suite . I honestly want to leave the hotel because of the terrible service I got over a 2$ sandwich . Do not stay at Aquarius and definitely don't eat at the mcdonalds . BTW the security didn't help me at all. Said it was out of there control. Even the casino manager said he was sorry and it wasn't part of his hotel. But yet it is customer service in there hotel. As a business owner, I could say Cesar is the worst manager I have ever met. Again simple fix was to make sandwich over the right way. Has anybody heard of sausage mc muffin with egg . This day on August 2nd, 2016 at around 12:30am, the RUDE and Unprofessional manager Miss or Mrs Brown told both me and my family to SHUTUP, aggressive, rude and kept saying things under her breath after we walked away to speak to security. As I see in the previous reviews that location messes up ORDERS! Talk about a mess up, they didn't put in 3 of the orders and as my aunt (with a language barrier) approached Mrs Brown to ask her why her orders were not on the receipt she yelled at her and said we will call Security, my aunt says why? (there is video so the Manager can't deny what she did for NO reason) she continued to yell and told both me and my uncle (retired Veteran) to Shutup as I told my uncle to walk away she isn't worth it, don't bother arguing she kept on speaking and making comments(she's a manager? outrageous). Two other customers we didn't even know come up to us and say she's rude, you are right. She messed up our order and was aggressive with us. I need to put this out there, as an Arab american as someone who has worked in customer services most of my life I am appalled and disgusted by the Manager who treated us like we were nothing, if I didn't know any better she hates the Arab community because she couldn't wait to yell.
