The Egg McMuffin was really good but there was no ice for my drink. The service was fast, and the inside was just like a normal McDonald's.

I'm not even going to get into the food. McDonald's is McDonald's. You know how it tastes. My gripe is about the treatment I received at the hands of an employee. I bypassed the electronic ordering boards, I don't know what they're called. Whatever they are, I went to the counter. A bunch of young folks were lining up to punch away on those things. There was no one at the counter so I did what any other thinking person above the age of 35 would do, I went old school. Of course I got my order in before the young ones were able to peck. SMH...yes, I know how they communicate. The young disheveled employee met me at the counter with a look on his face like, why are you bothering me. Despite his unprofessional attitude, my order was correctly taken. "That'll be $13.11". Wow I thought. What's going on here? When did a Big Mac and small fries skyrocket to break the $10 mark? For that matter, when did it break the $5 mark?! I admit, I haven't had a Big Mac and fries in a few years. But $13?? Now mind you, this observation is my coming off an earlier vist to In-N-Out. Smiles, great food, and a Double Double, fries, and small drink set me back a mere $11. So why did I take my chances at this McDonald's? Well, I just had a couple of beers and a cigar, and my designated driver was in California. She'll be happy that I made the right decision not to drive, but shocked that I breached my vow to never eat at McDonald's again. I will admit, the burger and fries brought a memory of nostalgia. The taste, not the price. The price, and the unkempt disinterested employee managed to turn me south on venturing into the realm of the golden arches again anytime soon. Quick Tip: Don't drink to the point where you find yourself being held hostage at the ordering board thing. I guess that you could always Uber.... LONG WAITS & INACCURATE ORDERS... I'm a little perplexed at how this McDonald's could take so long completing your order and by the end of your visit give you the wrong order or forget items. This was the case with our order and my Dad was visibly upset over this. It's a shame they don't have a better system at this McDonald's found inside the Aquarius Casino as it's certainly convenient. It's a clean, modern location too! I'm willing to give them a chance again if they get it together. Lots of families visit this spot in the morning so be prepared to wait regardless of what day it is. What did I eat? I had an oatmeal and orange juice, they both hit the spot! read more

Foods pretty decent and they keep the location clean. Sometimes the kiosks don't work for some reason but its likely due to the poor wifi connection in that area. Service was nice and the guy cleaning was very friendly. read more

I come here time to time whenever I'm on vacation with my family and friends, this place isn't what it used to be, food is good but service is careless. They always complain the Ice cream machine is broken, I think that as an excuse but to my knowledge I feel like it's real. I'm no expert but an ice cream machine is a simple fix. I'm a creature of habit when it comes to Mickey D's, so I tend to get the same thing to eat. Had two hot n spicy sandwiches with no mayo and a small fry. My partner got a 10-piece McNugget with sweet and sour sauce. We shared a Coca-Cola to drink. The food was hot and hit the spot. Quick service and nice staff. read more

After having much too much for dinner and skipping dessert, I made uyp for it about five hours later when I stopped in McDonald's inside the Aquarius Hotel where I stay when I'm in Laughlin. I ordered an M&M McFlurry on my app and it was made quickly and I slipped the line when the order number was called. Due to Covid-19, certain tables/table areas, are marked with a sign telling people not to sit there so maintain social distancing. I watched the crew sanitize tables after people left. The McFlurry is always a dependable ice cream treat at McDonalds and this was my dessert instead of having one at dinner. The lobby/dining area here is filthy. Every table was a sticky mess. They have self checkout or counter orders. We ordered drinks and ice cream sundaes which were given to us melty, and we were ignored at the counter, we just needed our drink cups. This place could definitely be better. Schedule more workers. read more

It's actually a good opportunity if you want to catch an inexpensive breakfast, snack or lunch here, as opposed to the more expensive options available at the hotel. I noticed that most of the prices were actually considerably higher than they typically are at the traditional McDonalds locations, but that seems fair given that they do occupy this space in the hotel. One important exception -- the day I was there they had a sign posted offering ice cream cones for only 69 cents, which is below what McDonalds usually charges for this item. Open 24/7, or at least it is during non-plague-years. Prices on combo meals and select items are a little inflated but it's mostly at least close to normal otherwise. So they put a fancy new McDeez here where Burger King used to be. Am I supposed to be impressed? Not at all. I discovered nothing but negative things and here's why. First off, the most glaring thing that sticks out, the ridiculously marked up prices. Case in point. At the time of this review, the McRib was available. Just the other day at another McDeez, I got the McRib meal for 4.99 with the option of adding another McRib for just a dollar more for a total of 6 bucks and change. The actual McRib meal here was already 6.99! Say what? So I order the McRib meal because yes, I do think it's that good. I asked for extra onions on it. After they called me to pick up my order, I asked if I can have one sweet n sour sauce. The lady said it was 25 cents! So never mind I said. I sit down to eat and yes, they did put a little bit of extra onions in there. While I was eating, I noticed on my receipt they charged me 25 cents for the extra onions! I didn't mind paying for it but out of courtesy you would think they should at least mention any extra charges. Also, their dollar menu is a scam! They have new items but none of them are a dollar! The lady told me since it was in a casino, the dollar menu prices were not in effect. Can we say false advertising? Even the dollar any size coffee, soda, and teas weren't valid either. As for their free WiFi, there is little to no signal at all! Just to check your email took forever. Place always is clean,and friendly service. Big complaint is they always have issues with the ice cream machine. Both times I have come here,Jan 2019,and now April~Easter weekend,and machine is out!! Why is this? Knowing you have to sell Mc Flurry or soft serve on a holiday weekend. Really kills me that they wouldn't fix it,or have a back up machine. As for the other items,breakfast sandwich is good,and so is the sweet tea. Just very disappointed not to have a sweat treat after my meal. I'm not sure I can say anything nice about this McDonald's. Every time I come in the customer service is less than poor... poor customer service would be an improvement... Management always has a sour face and looks upset that they have to be here. I often hear crewmembers cussing or catch them in the lobby swigging drinks from a flask in their purse in between breaks.... I guess McDonald's doesn't mind if their crew drinks on the job now. They order is usually always wrong. And the worst part is that cashers will go from the register to handling food without washing their hands. Thank goodness this is in a casino where most people that come here lay that night are probably 3 sheets to the wind and don't take notice. I am in Laughlin, NV. I placed an order via the McDonalds app at 2:30 am. I sent the order to the McDonalds located inside the Aquarius Casino located at 1900 S Casino Drive, Laughlin NV. Upon arrival, I checked in at the counter, as directed by the app. I told their worker my order number. He said they would call my name when it is ready. I waited in their line for 40 minutes. I never heard my name called. When I got back to the counter, the worker called the Assistant Manager who eventually called the Manager. None of them knew how to process my order. The manager said they do not own the app so they cannot honor an order placed with it. I told him I already paid, and I waited almost an hour for my food. He told me he was going to call security if I don't stop arguing with him. Obviously I was not arguing. I was stating facts. Then, while I was discussing this with the manager, a customer in line started yelling at me to stop holding up the line. I told him it was not my fault the store couldn't process my order. Then the customer got louder. He and his friends were in line, inside the casino, without a facial mask as required by state legislation. Now, at this point, the manager told me to stop bothering HIS PEOPLE or he will call security. An important note for perspective, a majority of the customers were Mexican and the manager was Mexican. These Mexican customers were playing loud mariachi music and standing in line inside the McDonalds without any masks. I was the only white customer inside the restaurant. Apparently I was not the right race to place receive an order in this particular McDonalds. The manager ordered me to leave his restaurant and leave HIS PEOPLE alone. End result, I paid 10 dollars for an order on the app and I was not given my food. In my entire lifetime, I have never had an experience like this at any McDonalds. read more
