Drive-thru on our way back to Vegas after staying in Laughlin. They were backed up so we were asked to pull out front and wait. The servers seemed confused as they ran from car to car with bags of food. They forgot our straws and napkins. I was in town for the Laughlin Half Marathon and I came here a couple times for a quick cheap meal. The quality and taste of the food each time was on par for McDonald's food. This site is always a mess with food/trash on the floor and overflowing trash bins. As a bonus on this visit, we ordered 2 Sausage McMuffin with egg. When we both opened up the wrapper, no egg. I came to this McDonalds after being at Sams club and on my way to the Lake for some enjoyment. I got into the drive-thru at 10:20 waiting to order some much needed breakfast that myself and the family wanted. The lady in front of me took 8 minutes (yes you read that right) to order. She was taking orders from people in her car as well as reading stuff off her phone to the worker taking her order. As soon as I got up to the menu, they changed the menu to lunch. I was pissed, first I thought they had served breakfast all day now. Second, when I asked if I could order because I had been in line behind the lady ordering $50 of breakfast, they said they didn't have anything left. So I had to change my order because the lady in front of me ruined it for our car and the three behind us. But the reason I'm giving the one star is that they screwed up my order and took almost 15 minutes to give me my food. They didn't have any more space in the parking lot to wait where they had told me. My sister and her family was behind me and didn't get their food till I left and was at Telephone cove 30 minutes later. Get your crap together McDonalds. On the way to Lake Havasu City I stopped here for breakfast. This looks like a relatively new McDonald's. I do not remember it from my previous visit to Laughlin. When I ate here, I enjoyed looking out the window at the Laughlin skyline and mountains. This is a good location to photograph Laughlin. This is a clean and modern McDonald's. I had zero complaints about the service. However, I felt the price for breakfast was way up there. Charging over $6 for a big breakfast is kind of going overboard. Especially when IHOP is next store. Will I return here? If I return to Bullhead City, I'll probably try the other McDonald's in the Bulkhead -Laughlin area. read more

Went here after a day trip to the Colorado river and we were pretty pleased with everything except one thing! My boyfriends McFlurry had a piece of plastic in it that had broken off of the cup. While it still tasted good, it was a bit unsettling to find a piece of plastic in his desert. They also gave him the wrong size. Aside from getting the sizing of one of our orders incorrect, the service was fast and friendly. We didn't go inside, so I'm not sure about the interior quality. But the drive through was quick and easy! I would recommend coming here if you want a simple bite to eat before heading home on a trip or even if you just wanted a snack sometime! However, if you had the choice of going elsewhere, I would consider that. Tip: the Mango pineapple smoothie is AWESOME! It's refreshing and nice to get if you need a little cooling off. I don't even understand what happened. Took my kids to get Ice cream and I pull up and the lady states that their Ive cream machine is broken. So then I tell her that I would like 3 small strawberry banana smoothies and a medium pineapple smoothie. I told her multiple times. Then I pull up and pay. I visited this location on Fourth of July weekend 2021 and they were super packed. Although they were very busy, they were very fast, friendly and welcoming. Very disgusting restaurant with very, very poor hygiene. The women's restroom did not have any toilet seat covers on sight, and it's restroom entrance door was popped wide open with a wet sign outside (the floor was completely dry). Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Of course there was a lot of people which is to be expected. Cashier seems fairly new, she was asking the other cashier for help. Customer service here was horrible and the worst part is the service was provided by a manager! Where to start, our order was brought to our table by a very nice employee. Breakfast was incomplete so I got up to ask for the rest of our order. The manager there didn't have a name on the name tag and unfortunately I didn't get his name, big mistake! I told him I was missing a big breakfast and he said I ordered two which was correct and I only received one, that's why I was up there asking for the rest of my order. I was missing the big breakfast and an iced vanilla coffee. He gave me the big breakfast. He stated they will work on the coffee. When I sat down I realized the big breakfast was missing the hash brown so I got up and asked him for it. When I asked for the hash brown, he turned around without even saying anything and I was left confused! He came back and gave me the hash brown, I asked about the coffee and he said they are still working on it. It took about 5 min until I once again got up, asked the drive through manager and he stated there was no order for a Medium Vanilla Iced Coffee. I finally received the coffee not the way I ordered it so when I went to ask for it to be the way I ordered it the first manager literally pumped Vanilla syrup in a cup and gave me to go creamer with the syrup so I can fix the coffee myself. Other customers around me and I were left with our mouths open from the shock! Why should I have to fix my coffee, I paid for the item and I should receive the way I ordered it. Managers were very unprofessional, I've never left a long review like this, I've never left a One Star review but this was unacceptable! I took the surgery online about my experience and someone did call me but that doesn't change anything. Never again coming to this location. read more

2016, Christmas Day - a date that will live in infamy. We were driving in to work at just before 0700 hours and decided to stop and get some hot drinks and some food - if you can call it that. We had a really basic order and the attendant seemed like she understood what we wanted for a change. Usually it's like trying to ask Siri something... Me - "Siri - what time is it?" Siri - "Baphomet commands you to read Alleister Crowley's poem, 'The Poet'." Upon departure, we made the cardinal sin of not checking the bag before leaving. We poorly chose to weigh the bag like Indiana Jones and determined it weighed enough. We got to work for our 12 hour shift on Christmas and settled in to our daily monotony. I reached for the grease stained bag adorn with symbolism reminiscent of Shepard Fairey's "OBEY" art work and heard the familiar crinkling noise that would cause a dog to salivate and a diabetic to lament. As I fished into the bag with my grubby sausage finger grasping at the contents; a flash of dread shadowed over me when I couldn't feel the perforated laminated cardboard rectangles that were promised and paid for. The item's that were grown on trees on the Elysian Fields using a heretofore unused incantation by the one true God. Then magicked down to the local eatery, for us, the fortunate consumer. I delved deeper, elbow deep moving from corner to corner hoping that the boxes had slipped into some ethereal tear somewhere beneath the Irish-stereotype-sandwich. I'm sure I was signing to the four corners of the Earth like a Wiccan man-witch and this will result in a "Do Not Pass Go" event at the gates of Heaven - Thanks Ronald Pennywise McDonald. As hope faded and was replaced by warming hatred; I gazed down into the crinkled bag and yelled, "Kaaaaaaahn!!!1" At that moment, there was no denying it that the attendant with reindeer antlers forgot muh apple pies. In despair, I mouthed that she had ruined Christmas and contributed to my misanthropic world view and that she was worse than Hitler, Pol Pot and Martha Stewart combined.
