The moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the friendliest people you could imagine--genuinely enthusiastic about her shop and truly happy to see us. We explained that we normally start our mornings with a vegetable-forward smoothie and were hoping she could help us hit reset. She absolutely delivered. She made us an incredible green smoothie packed with spinach, kale, beets, and a whole list of other fresh ingredients. She even added a scoop of vanilla protein to round it out perfectly. While it was clear most of her regulars gravitate toward fruit-forward smoothies, she was more than happy to create a completely custom blend just for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. The shop itself is clean, tidy, welcoming, and easy to find--just off a main street. We had a great visit and left feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend Bullhead City Nutrition! I paid $35 for this and when I called to ask about their return policy she said because it was open I couldn't get my money back. She then went on to tell me why would they take a return if opened and about her "stomach problems" and how she wouldn't buy something that upset it. In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi.
