This place was a nice visit. Wonderful tp have something like this in a casino and hotel to just get yourself a nice sweet cinnamon roll when you develop a sweet tooth. The woman behind the counter was very sweet and kind and comfortable to order from as well. And for a place that has such a loud floor out on the slots when you get to cinnabon it is calm and quite so very comfortable to take a break at and enjoy a little snack. Highly recommend. read more

Been here multiple times when we stay at this hotel. Usually it's not busy at all. Came here on a Friday night because my nephew was craving one of these rolls. He got the classic one and it was ok. Cinnabons... Nothing but good memories. The stuff I grew up around, but wasn't allowed to eat. Only my friends at school with money bought them. For us, it was a treat... the stuff we only dreamt about... Sooo good! Maybe because this was the case, I don't really crave cinnabons often, but we sure do splurge on our annual family vacation to Laughlin. This Cinnabon is located in Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort and Casino next to Dreyer's Ice Cream. Yummy, fatty, warm, melt in your mouth cinnamon sugar goodness! The Cinnabon is pretty big, so if you just want a little snack, get the Minibon. It also is sure to satisfy :) Happy eating! read more

My mother and I just wanted the cinnamon sticks. Just like the ones on display. When 1 of the 5 girls finally decided to help us(we were the only customers there). She took something out of the back case and threw it in the microwave put it in a bag and charged me for it. Then went back to chatting with the group of 5 employees. I opened the bag and box and inside were 5 soggy bread sticks with no cinnamon or sugar on them. She proceeded to tell me that " it's ok the sugar is just melted onto the bread sticks". I had a very unpleasant experience at this location with staff. Grace at this location was running a very uncomfortable operation while I was standing In line. She was training a new employee who had by far better customer service than her who she talked down while she denominated some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. While I was waiting in line, one of the many things that made me uncomfortable, and at the top of my list is watching Grace approach an elderly couple who was sitting in the dining area, Grace approached them with hostility, telling them they needed to leave the dining area, and it was closed, and it was the trainees fault for not telling them, and if they need to get up right now. They look stunned, they took approximately three minutes to leave it, which wasn't quick enough for Grace, and she approached them a second time being even know anymore abrasive and demanded they leave. I asked the trainee for manager information, which of the trainee kindly provided the information and told me her trainers name. I was a little later, confronted by Grace on the casino floor, telling me that if I had a problem with her customer service that I can bring it up with her. Graces behavior was down right sad and hard to watch, Managment here please do better! read more

I generally like Cinnabon but the store here does so little business, at least in the evenings, that the stock gets old. I have seen the same few sad buns on display at 6pm and at 10pm. Cinnabon is really only good when freshly baked. read more
