Shoutout to Bri, who was upbeat, super helpful, and totally patient while we stared at the case like kids in a candy store. Came out from California to Laughlin, Nevada and had to try this cute little donut shop. It's a plant-based donut for "Show-offs" which comes with strawberry vanilla cake, strawberry whip and sprinkles. It's undoubtedly the best vegan donut I've had at any Pinkbox location as it lived up to the glamorous marketing. I didn't find the donut to be overly sweet, and it was approved by my family's tough tastebuds. This Pinkbox is located inside the Edgewater at the front of the casino. Be sure to take a photo op with the giant donut outside near the shop's entry doors, there's a specific entrance for Pinkbox, you can't miss it. Such a cute place!! First, we were greeted by Aaron who then asked if it was our first time there. We said yes! He asked what we liked and recommended 2 different donuts. He picked such good ones we had him pick the rest of them, aside from the pink popped shaped one that my toddler wanted. Aaron's customer service was in point! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their donuts. Our favorite doughnut was the sea salted caramel, but we also tried the cheesecake filled doughnut. It was delicious, but definitely could not top the salted caramel doughnut. They have hundreds of different flavors of donuts. I am no small eater and didn't get this size by saying no to a second helping but one donut is an enough for me. I could barely finish it. I have modified my review from a 3 star to a 4. The main reason I modified is because the owner responded and actually cares about customer satisfaction. THANKYOU FOR CARING AND REACHING OUT! Customer Service is HUGE It takes much to get a 5 star review, service must be beyond exceptional. I went to this location twice. Upon my first visit customer Service was just ok. I was not greeted. The line was very messy and confusing. The line dividers have no clear mention of entrance or exit. So people all just pile at one ends and stand waiting. It was very confusing and was much the same when I returned on day 2. Day 2 however had an older gray haired woman working who was largely helpful and kind. She was very personable and kind. She was super helpful too. If the you get evening crew took a page from her book we would really be happening here! I like that the board updates what is sold out, but it's hard to see when your looking at the case. I wonder if there is a way to mark sold out on the class display window too? Might help with the pressure/panic to choose when it is your turn. Also when ai questioned some allergy preferences the younger staff seemed uneducated on the ingredients or how to find otlut and do an allergy check at all, I also feel providing an allergy menu may be largely beneficial. Thus location is super convenient and ai really do highly recommend you visit. I hope the line goes easier for you! read more

I was afraid we would be the victims of great marketing, all style and no substance, or just over-the-top sweetness that would be inedible, but I was definitely wrong! We got the vegan blueberry fritter, Sweetie Pie (featured donut for Sept), and the chocolate concoction of the Dark & Simple. We were there at 11pm at night after gambling, and the donuts tasted quite fresh AND they had all the flavors available. That is impressive! Typically, after a certain hour, they are not making any more of anything. What they have is what they have. Not here! Seemed like we had all 70 flavors at our disposal for the choosing. The Sweetie Pie was my favorite. Just had this like moist, banana bread kinda thing going on with the dough and the cream was a great compliment (not too sweet). This was followed closely by the Blueberry fritter. I love apple fritters so the blueberry was a welcomed alternative fruit. The crust was crisp and flakey. The dough not too oily. Very happy with it. My wife got the Dark and Simple. Not my favorite but she loved it because it wasn't all sugar. I will say that it did have a lot of dark chocolate bar notes where you really got that chocolate flavor coming through. I did like it, just didn't love it more than my other two. We washed it all down with a black cold brew, and it was great. No complaints. Looking forward to stopping in regularly in the future. read more
