Came here for the first time. We were warmly greeted by Ashley. She guided us to get the drinks we wanted - I got the protein latte with sugar free vanilla (10/10) and my friend got a chocolate/vanilla swirled milkshake (10/10). They have areas to sit inside and enjoy a refreshing treat (bathrooms available too), or they have patio seating, or you can use the drive through. They offer donuts, ice cream, ice cream specialty cakes, smoothies, milkshakes, coffee, tea, refreshers, and zero sugar energy drinks. We also had a lovely chat with Georgina (manager) who is fabulous, cares for her staff, and is enthusiastic about her store and seeing that her customers get what they want. Drive-thur at 6am wasn't bad. I did have some questions about what type of coffee had espresso and which ones were stronger. The person helping me was decent, no issues with service. The two maple bars tasted decent, although one didn't have much maple on the top because of how it was packed in the bag. The food came out quickly less than 10 minutes. My coffee was tasty, not very strong but did the job. I didn't check the other reviews, prior to my visit. read more

If I can give zero stars I would the employees at this Dunkin are always so rude. Always rushing you not giving you some time to look over the menu the lady that was taking my order headset was still on, and I heard her say some very rude comments " if this lady ever hurries the hell up" was her exact words, and I was only sitting in the drive-through for about 3 minutes, looking over the menu and they are never busy. I was literally the only car in the drive-through and she was still trying to rush me and when you ask a simple question about anything about the menu, they always have a rude response. This location definitely needs some looking into they are just very very very, very rude to the point I don't even wanna go back to this location read more

Every time we go through this Dunkin', there's an older woman working the drive-thru who is extremely rude and impatient. Her tone is consistently unpleasant, and asking a simple question feels like an inconvenience to her. If you take more than a couple seconds to look at the menu or ask for some time to figure out your order, she rushes you as if you're wasting her time. read more

Probably the best Dunkin I've been to. Everyone is so nice here , friendly and helpful. Always a good experience. Also, the hot coffee is very strong so if anyone needs to actually wake up, look no further! Other coffee places have nothing on you guys! Highly recommend! read more

Slow service, 30 minutes to get 3 donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches. We didn't even get drinks!! They were calling numbers that ordered way after us. When I asked about our order the girl said she already made it and called out the number which wasn't true. Then their excuse was that their was only 3 of them working which also wasn't true because there was 4 of them. They put 3 regular sized donuts and 10 donut holes in 1 bag so they were all smashed and all tasted like a maple bar!! read more

So, I got an e mail saying I get a free coffee hot or iced good for a few days. I went to Dunkin and it was a mess. I asked for the free coffee and to purchase single donut. They put the medium coffee on the counter and the donut and proceeded to tell me they would only charge me for a small coffee. They agreed to only charge me for a small coffee. The person working could read what the email said. This was a legit e mail but staff had no clue how to get it to work. If they can't work the ap, I'm not sure how they expect me to make it work. My wife and daughter like it, I don't. The donut selection at 9:00 am on a Sunday was terrible, I asked if they were going to make more, the girl said they sell whatever they get shipped to them and that's it for the day. I guess since they dropped "Donuts" from the name donuts are not the focus anyhmore, also, I had heard they were made elsewhere or frozen and heated, I guess it's true. Either way the apple fritter I tried was sad. The last time we were there I asked where the sugar was and the clerk just pointed towards the door. But alas, as I reached the station by the door, they were out of sugar. The girl exhaled loudly when I returned to the counter to let them know. I tried calling like 4 / 5 times before coming down here to this business because I don't live close because I wanted to make sure they even had donuts left because it was close to closing NO ONE ANSWERED the phone so I just came down here and they were cleaning up and getting ready to close in 30 minutes so I asked them why didn't they answer the phone and they say to me that they are not allowed to because only the manager in charge is to answer the phone so I ask where is the manager in charge they said they are not here and the girl in charge said she can't answer the phone because she isn't a manager BUT WAIT YOU ARE IN CHARGE YOU SHOULD BE ANSWERING THE PHONE THEN AND SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING I think that was just an excuse because she was sweeping and getting things ready so when they close but they didn't close for an hour at the time I called so that just tells me they just didn't want to deal with any customers... The food is as expected but the presentation looks like someone threw everything in , trying to speed run with their co worker or something. But right now I've been in the drive thru for 15 minutes with one car infront of me and 3 items in my order. Also person who greeted was dismissive and sounded angry. The absolute worst customer service ever! This girl should not have a job anywhere near people. Her name started with an A and she was "shift leader" but first told me she was manager. I started off in the drive through and asked what kind of donuts she had, she said we have all of them with an attitude. I said I have never been here so I don't know what kind you have and they aren't listed on the menu and she said I have over 60 donuts I'm not going to list them all for you so I said okay I'll come in seeing as you have so many donuts I'll come take a look. I walk in and the girl had the biggest attitude and only 10 different donuts maybe so I ask why she couldn't tell me what she had in the drive through there were no other cars there and she screamed I'm not going to argue with you just pick your donuts I said I just don't get why you told me there was 60 when clearly there isn't so if you are having such a rough day can the manager please help me with my order she said I am the manager and I'm calling the cops I said please do your calling the cops cause I asked for a manager to help me with my order instead of a little girl clearly not capable of working in the customer service industry? She went to the back and never came back. Terrible service and rude staff member! Granted it was an hour and a half before closing but the donut case was a mess. We were expecting a very small selection but not the rudeness of staff. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes while the girl behind the counter played with one of the machines. She looked at us several times and finally approached asking what we wanted. I pointed to a donut without a name and asked what it was. After mumbling a few words she said it was a bakers choice. I asked her to describe it, what's in it, and she said "I told you, it's a bakers choice". Her rudeness caused us to leave and satisfy our sweet tooth down the road at Perkins where we found much nicer staff and excellent customer service.
