Horrible, old grease taste, not flavorful, grease coated my mouth. Not worth eating, even at that price. Very disappointing. Lady behind the counter was not very friendly, it was as if I was bothering her. Everything else was ridiculously expensive too, was gonna get a drink but saw the prices, no doughnut prices, if I would have know I would have walked out.

She made us an incredible green smoothie packed with spinach, kale, beets, and a whole list of other fresh ingredients. She even added a scoop of vanilla protein to round it out perfectly. While it was clear most of her regulars gravitate toward fruit-forward smoothies, she was more than happy to create a completely custom blend just for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. Now, I'm no chef nor a food critic, but Chef Dominic Tedesco is the executive chef there and he should be celebrated for the Best Shrimp and Grits that I've ever had in my life; and believe me, I've had many many versions of recipes in my travels across the nation. Not only that, He kindly visited our table, chatted and wished my Mother a happy 89th birthday. There's more, the bumbleberry jam is so Good! When I went to look, many of the stations were empty with very few food options available. We waited several minutes for our drinks, my husband eventually had to ask for them. When they arrived, they were flat. We thought maybe we had arrived during a food change, so we checked again, but there still wasn't much available. On top of that, I noticed significant water damage directly above our table, a very dirty thermostat on the wall beside us, and the booth had multiple cracks and holes that were actually pinching the backs of our legs. We barely ate and ultimately decided to leave. We really wanted to enjoy our visit, but unfortunately the food selection, cleanliness, and condition of the seating made for a very disappointing experience.

Imagine my shock and horror to walk in this establishment to find the manager inciting political violence and speaking rhetoric about Milley and how he should be "unalived". That kind of speech has no place in a public place of business and advocating for violence is not the answer. This service experience was terrifying and I will not be back if this is the kind of hate speech allowed by employees to vocalize with customers in the building. This employee needs to be terminated as it's a direct violation of Dunkin values. read more

They were doing the work of an entire team, all while staying friendly and professional. Yes, there was a bit of a wait for our eight drinks, but once we saw the situation, we completely understood and didn't mind at all.
