This is the second time I have been to PT's Express. I remember we got several different slices of pizza last time, and they were all delicious. This time, we got a large pizza with a side of mozzarella sticks. Hands-down, I was craving this pizza while we were there, so I was glad that we returned. The pizza was just as good, if not even better, than the last time I had it. If you're in Laughlin, this is a must-try. I wish I had gotten more pictures, but we were starving and the food was so good that we just grubbed! Also, the employees here always seem to be pretty friendly. They were already closing while we were eating in their dining area, and when we said good night to them, they were still friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the cook staff seemed like they were talking then preparing. All of a sudden, the customers who came in 15-20 minutes after us received their food in less than 5 minutes. Cheap quick eats without many options, PT's is very small operation. None of the food is great but it's the cheapest deal in the casino. Service ok. It's clean with about 15 tables. We gave it a second chance with a food voucher for $10 from the players club. The thick cut fries are the best thing on the menu. There are no fresh condiments or toppings for the hotdogs. They are pre-made and taste ok. It's ok for a free snack. But still, it's just edible, mostly. read more

Big pizza lover here and it's honestly really hard to disappoint me because it doesn't take much to make a pizza delicious in my opinion. Something about this pizza was just not a good texture and everything falls apart on it and it just tasted okay. For about $7 per slice I didn't find it worth it. read more

Located inside the Edgewater, the line didn't appear to be that long (12 people in front of me) but it moved slow and once I place my order it took 30 min to receive my food. They have very limited seating so be prepared to eat standing up or wait for a table to open up. You do have a great view of the river and all the boaters jet skiers. I had the California burrito with French fries. It had lots of carne asada, avocado and cheddar cheese filling. It was tasty and very filling. I came here twice last week on my Laughlin trip. They had a $7.99 shrimp basket special that came with fries and a drink. The shrimp was okay. On my second trip, I had a pizza. The slice of pizza was huge. It tasted alright. The restaurant is right in the middle of the casino in Edgewater. Customer service was good. Ordered a whole Italian pie to go. Enjoyed the view of the river while I was waiting with a cup of ice water. I know they sell pizza by the slice so I know they know how to cut a pizza. However, my pizza was so poorly sliced. It was almost like it wasn't sliced at all, and I made a mess trying to slice it with a plastic knife. Ruin the whole idea of eating a pizza for the group. Another thing that I don't like is the pepperoncini they put on the pizza are great however we shouldn't be eating the stems and you put complete pepperoncini on the pizza they are tore up or sliced and I had to pull out like at least eight stems off my pizza read more

Pros: Great views of the Colorado River. Cons: Slow service, probably due to staff shortages. However, the staff was friendly. We ordered a few slices of pizza and the Classic Burger. The burger has double meat and was cooked well, just a long wait. Nothing special about the burger, but it was tasty. When staying at Edgewater Hotel, there's only 4 places to eat: PTs, Capriottis, Denny, & the steak house. FYI if you want to escape the casino, PTs & Capriottis are open to the casino floor. There's also cheaper options at the sister hotel next door, Aquarius. They have a 24-hr McDonalds, Subway, Outback, and a coffee shop. I believe her name is tristin the pts manager at the edgewater in laughlin is worthless. She closes down qt 1030 even though the website says 11pm. The employees are great they want to stay open and work. Tristan should be dumping the trash and moping the floors she has no skills she is struggling as a manager. Front counter staff always seem overwhelmed, and it takes a while to get your food, but really, for the price of the food, it's really not bad. Lots of choices for a snack, or lunch, or even dinner. It's very sterile looking, and you're surrounded by slot machines as it is smack dab in the middle of The Edgewater Casino. Quite frankly, I can get a Cheeseburger, fries and a drink for $10 so, no I'm not complaining. read more

On October 26 2025 my mother and I went to PT Express for lunch. It took a few minutes for them to take our order. When she did she gave me an empty cup for my drink, her fingers were inside the cup after handling money. My mom and I sat down to wait. That is when the cook walk past us and went out the side door to smoke. When she was done smoking she went back to the cooking area. We waited another 15 minutes before I asked for them to cancel the order for the shrimp basket and give me a slice of pizza instead. She said she was working on it. When we first got there there was one other table. They were not busy and should have had my food ready in less than 15 minutes. We won't be going there again. read more

Came here to grab dinner last Sunday night. The wait took forever. I think this store is understaffed? I waited almost an hour to order and get my food. My burger and fries were great, I was happy with my food once I received it. If this store can speed up service, they'll be great. read more

Great staff! We ordered a pizza needing to have a way to save the leftovers, since Edgewater rooms have no refrigerator or microwave. This is located on the main casino floor of the Edgewater Hotel and Casino. We were just looking for a quick afternoon snack and this place fit the bill perfectly. Orders are placed and paid for at the counter and your name is called when food is ready. We shared an order of Mozzarella Sticks ($10.00). 10 typical breaded cheese sticks, deep fried to golden perfection accompanied with two small containers of a very tasty chunky marinara sauce. These were piping hot, cooked to order, not from under a heat lamp. My wife had a soda ($3.00) and I had a pint of beer ($5.00). Just a couple beers on tap, but it worked for me. We did see others eating chicken wings and they seemed to enjoy them. This place could meet your needs if you're looking for a quick bite to eat or drink. read more

Like others have stated the service is not friendly. Was ignored for a bit at the register to take my order, then the guys just comes over and stares at me with his mask hanging around his chin. No "sorry for the wait," no "what can I get for you?" Ok then. The food was not bad though. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza ($22 for a 20" with one or two toppings) and an order or garlic bread sticks ($3 for four). The garlic sticks don't look like much but they were garlic-y and pretty tasty. The pizza came out pretty fast, 15 minutes from ordering to ready. For what it is, it's alright. This isn't a fancy New York pizza place. It is thin, floppy and greasy and the slices weren't fully cut through so it was pretty difficult to eat. Cheese and pepperoni had good flavor. If they would crisp up the bottom and maybe add some herbs to the sauce to give it flavor they'd have something pretty great. read more

Food was great here, it's the service that was horrible. Everything I'm saying is true and can be reviewed on Casino cameras. I arrive and get in line and the cashier proceeds to try and have a full on conversation with the person in front of me in line. Both saw me standing there for approximately 5min waiting to order while they had a full on conversation and ignored me. I had to finally ask for her to take my order and both ladies did not seem happy. The cashier was not friendly at all taking my order. Worst of all, they got my order wrong and they had to give me someone else's dry wings since they put sauce on mine. Overall the food was delicious though. I've been here three times and the food/service got worse each time. I got the same thing every visit, the pub club, and the first time it was great. Second time it was okay, and the third time I think they played catch with my sandwich and then boxed it up. Let's start with the cook (red hair/beard). He gave the wrong dish 3xs to someone in front of me. Once it was MY order. When it was returned to the counter it obviously had to be tossed and re-made. They refuse to give out water cups, it's the desert! If you like waiting more than 10 minutes to have your order taken and then wait some more, this is the place for you. Couldn't decide where to go and all of the buffet reviews nearby were too average to wanna risk the price... then walked by this and the menu looked decent, prices were good... so I tried it out. I got a Double burger, fries, and soda combo... then my impulse buy was 6 wings added on. The burger? 5/10. Just okay. Nothing great but nothing bad. Pretty sure I buy those sand frozen burger patties at Costco. Mine taste better cause they need seasoning. The lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle... meh. Kind of plain. The bun? This was a good move. I didn't like all my condiments were whatever packet I wanted to rip open. Like... spread some mayo, mustard, of a special sauce of some type. The fries? No complaint. It's a big order. Probably frozen ones... but decent. 8/10 mostly for the big tray full of them. The wings? I'm torn on this. They came out... dry. No sauce. Just breaded, naked wings. Like, is that a thing? No hot wing sauce or did I need to specify? So my initial thought was this was a total failure. But.... they were good. They tasted freshly made but they arrived too quick for full fresh. Super meaty, the crispy breaded coating was good..... if it had buffalo sauce or something these would be solid. But.... sauceless wings? I can't rate that well. Right? This isn't wild style anymore. They changed it to pt's express. So we went anyways cause they said they didn't change anything except for taking some things off the menu. Well that wasn't true. The pizza tastes nothing like before. We would come to wild style every year 2 times during our weekend stay. But will not be returning. Not the employees fault at all, they just work there and belive me they are very good and patient with the drunks ordering lol but definitely not the same flavor of pizza anymore. I paid for the extra stuff too. When I got my order there was no onions or bacon and when I asked the very person that took my order argued, actually argued. The burger was very flat, and overcooked. It wasn't seasoned, and not very good at all. Fries were hot, shoestring, pretty good, and they give you a lot. That was the only upside. The 2nd time we decided to get a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The sauce was too tangy for pizza, kind of thick, and tasted like some store bought spaghetti sauce. The white lady that took our order was rude and had an issue while taking our order. She had terrible customer service and gave us a lot of attitude as well. She went to grab a pizza slice for us and spit came out her mouth while grabbing our slice. The dinning area is disgusting. Food on the floor, tables weren't wiped down, ants and other bugs on the window stills everywhere. We have been waiting for over 45 min for our food and still nothing. And after the longest time of waiting for our food, the containers our meals came in were very greasy. Each burger is supposed to come with fries automatically and only about 7/12 meals we got actually had fries. So that took about 20 minutes more for all of us to receive our meals correctly. The cashier that helped us was working on June 30 at 6pm (which was the time we arrived). Definitely would not recommend this place and do not come here to eat unless you want your time wasted, bad service, and not that great food. :) read more
