Bartenders are super cool and quick to take care of you. Also dig that you can at times just step out with drink in hand to a covered area and hang out outside for a bit. Water Taxi is super close if your coming from a different Hotel. I've won a few times, broken even, & lost on the machines. Always having great time doing so. We NEVER win any big $$$ but I'll still throw a $20 bill hoping to hit something & to grab a free drink. I never see the same bartender more than once so not sure if they have a high turnover rate, it does seem like a boring place to work since it seems to never be busy. The food here is tasty stuff. On our most recent trip I noticed the ladies bathroom had been remodeled & inquired with the bartender, she told me that they both had been remodeled and during that time they had port-a-potties outside...ugh! Glad we never came then as I hate using them.....lol But the ladies bathroom looks great! There is a pool table in here & they do seem to have events @ times which we've never been lucky to stop in during that time. This is a must stop while in Laughlin. I ordered the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak with fries and some wings of three different flavors, those being Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic and Spicy Garlic (a new one I have never tried). The cheesesteak was pretty good and fries were good as well. It was the wings that disappointed me. First off, they didn't get my order right at all. I had some sort of weird buffalo sauce the first third, and two thirds completely different flavor profiles than anything garlic. These wings weren't cheap, either, but luckily there was a deal for Thursdays for most of the cost. Service wasn't too bad. The time it took to seat me wasn't long and the rest was not half bad. Again, this usually isn't the BWW way, usually I'll come here and everything's in order and great in general. It is Bullhead, so it gets busy and I'll give the mediocre service a pass. Inside was just like any old BWW restaurant. Booths and tables in the masses, TV's everywhere, loud music, massive space... all the things you'll find here. Sometimes I would be asking the waitress something and then the loud music would make it harder to even speak a clear message to her. It makes up for this in cleanliness, not a single crumb on any table anywhere. Overall, BWW did not live up to the expectations like they usually do. I've never gotten this incidents ever, so I hope it was just a one-off thing. I think I will give BWW a second chance because this is not the usual experience here. Maybe next time!
