I went full send w the XXL, which turned out to be a whole pound of beef!!! Two massive patties!!! Absolute unit of a burger. I consider myself a strong eater, but this thing humbled me!!! I lost!! Burger: 1. Me: 0. Meanwhile, everyone else casually finished theirs... including the brave souls who ordered the XXXL w a wild 1.5 lbs of patties like it was no big deal!!! We also demolished sweet potato fries, milkshakes, buffalo and lemon pepper wings, all fresh and actually really good!! I've eaten here once before, a couple years ago. It did take some time for my friend & I to get our burgers. They were tasty! There is a small area where you can sit & enjoy your food at. My friend & I stayed @ Riverside this past Monday night & we were hungry. I wasn't in the mood for a burger but my friend was. He came here & I went to another place to get food. He was going to meet me over where I was when he was done. Website states they close @ 11pm & my friend said it looked closed when he went over around 10:30pm & he had asked if they were still open & was told yes. He had to wait a bit too for his double burger & fries. The employee had told him that sometimes they do close early or stay open late depending on how busy they were or not. Now in my opinion this is wrong to close early if they're slow esp if someone is craving Fat Burger & heads here before 11pm just to find out that they closed early. We had the 1000 island burger and oh man was it good! Was it worth almost 9 dollars though? No. If you want fries and a drink you're looking at spending almost 17 bucks. This was the best burger! The flavor was yummy, juicy and good. The skinny fries were perfect. The chili was beyond good, it was great. The jalapeño poppers were overcooked so they were hollow inside. It was a little pricey for burgers but they were so good. We will go back for sure. read more

Fatburger is a chain but I was craving a veggie burger and fries and they had it! The food is made to order and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. This location is in the Riverside hotel and casino, which is a quick walk either from your room or any of the surrounding casinos. Look I loved this place before I had stomach surgery...I could satisfy my carnivore cravings with a 1.5 lb burger (sans the bun). It's 80/20 meat which is good flavor but shrinks the meat a bit ha ha... The meat is hand pressed, however, which is nice. I now get the skinny burger... the press out a med (1/3 lb) or large (1/2 lb) burger and then use the cooked meat as a bun... so meat toppings in the middle then meat... it was a tiny burger but i eat a much smaller portion now so it was perfect for me. Flavor was awesome, but it was $7.50 so that was a bit steep unfortunately. The skinny fries are normally awesome because..... well they're skinny! However this time the fry oil was older. When I asked, they said it had been busy and they wanted to change it out that night... since they didn't the night before. The manager made up for it. Im always impressed with good customer service!! The fatburger is right next to Buffalo's, a wing place.... they have fantastic sauces! Try them on your fries!! They make the best hand scooped shakes. I don't do many shakes anymore.. but yummm... vanilla ice cream hand scooped with toppings then blended with whipped cream. Maui Banana, chocolate, strawberry, cookies and cream, vanilla, peanut butter.... yum! It was a crazy busy time during our stay but this one gets the food out fairly quickly. Horrible employees seem to forget one thing in their plight to wrongfully siphon money out of people, they all ultimately report to some higher authority then themselves, which can create the kind of reviews I'm fixin to give you. I ordered the Large Burger Meal which was listed on your menu board for $16.19 (see attached picture of menu board), and added the American Cheese which I knew was an extra $1.00 charge. So the total before tax should have been $17.19 plus tax. Ultimately, I was charged $18.19 plus tax for a total charge on my credit card for $19.71 (see attached picture of my paid receipt). After I paid it I sat down and looked at my receipt and noticed the overcharge. I went to the counter and called over the girl who rang up my order (name unknown). I told her there was an overcharge of $1.00 on the meal because it is advertised on the menu board for $16.19, not the $17.19 that is on my receipt. She told me it was for the $1.00 charge on the cheese, but in trying to explain to her that the $1.00 charge for cheese was being added twice her only and repeated response was that it was for the cheese. She continually kept telling me this and I wasn't going to let this go just so this store could wrongfully get more money out of me. She ultimately called over another employee who I eventually learned was the manager. This guy also kept refusing to listen to me about there being a mistake in the overcharge for the Meal of $1.00, of which he also kept saying it was for the cheese. I pointed to the menu board so that he could see it was advertised for $16.19, but he refused to even look or acknowledge it. He also said that beings that was what the computer charged than that was what he had to collect. I reminded him that he has to ultimately sell products for what they are advertised for, not what their computers may say to charge. It's the law to any company doing business in the United States! I had to continually say that there was an overcharge to him, when he finally very rudely gave me a dollar back in cash. It was insane these two employees wouldn't even look at their own menu board to see the mistake! After I finished eating I asked this same girl what the guy's name was and she said "Anthony". First, I shouldn't have had to continually insist on getting my money back. Secondly, how can this Anthony be your store's manager when he has zero customer service skills, much less no ability to admit mistakes were made in this transaction? If I would have thrown my hands up of it they would have gotten more money than they were entitled to. This Anthony is unprofessional and not appropriately representing your company's brand. First off, the food is typical Fatburger, which is pretty good. NO complaints on the food. The service is poor. Slow and seems like most people working there don't care, though there are a rare few who do. The big knock is the place is DIRTY!!! Been here quite a few times and the floor is always a mess. Supplies are stockpiled in plain view, and the booth seats are ripped! I'm quite surprised the Riverside and / or Fatburger corporate allow this to go on. No pride at all taken in this operation. If you were looking for fast food, you came to the wrong place. They were fairly busy on a Friday. There was three people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to order another 30 minutes for my one mediocre hamburger to show up. The food was decent, good burger and fries. It is expensive as it was 50$ for two meals. I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived we found out they had no shakes or onion rings which was an up charge online.
