    Fatburger is a chain but I was craving a veggie burger and fries and they had it! The food is made to order and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. This location is in the Riverside hotel and casino, which is a quick walk either from your room or any of the surrounding casinos. If you need a burger after being on the river or playing in the casino I recommend heading to the Riverside and Fatburger!

    Great burger. Also received great customer service by the employee pictured. He took care of all the customers, like it is his own business. Employees like him are hard to find nowadays.

    It's not a bad place when you are hungry. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. I had the vegetarian burger, which was pretty good. The fries were OK. They give you refills on the drink.

    The staff do not care about their attentiveness towards their customers. Price is over rated no people skills or communication. Hire people who have a little knowledge of customer service

    Horrible employees seem to forget one thing in their plight to wrongfully siphon money out of people, they all ultimately report to some higher authority then themselves, which can create the kind of reviews I'm fixin to give you. I ordered the Large Burger Meal which was listed on your menu board for $16.19 (see attached picture of menu board), and added the American Cheese which I knew was an extra $1.00 charge. So the total before tax should have been $17.19 plus tax. Ultimately, I was charged $18.19 plus tax for a total charge on my credit card for $19.71 (see attached picture of my paid receipt). After I paid it I sat down and looked at my receipt and noticed the overcharge. I went to the counter and called over the girl who rang up my order (name unknown). I told her there was an overcharge of $1.00 on the meal because it is advertised on the menu board for $16.19, not the $17.19 that is on my receipt. She told me it was for the $1.00 charge on the cheese, but in trying to explain to her that the $1.00 charge for cheese was being added twice her only and repeated response was that it was for the cheese. She continually kept telling me this and I wasn't going to let this go just so this store could wrongfully get more money out of me. She ultimately called over another employee who I eventually learned was the manager. This guy also kept refusing to listen to me about there being a mistake in the overcharge for the Meal of $1.00, of which he also kept saying it was for the cheese. I pointed to the menu board so that he could see it was advertised for $16.19, but he refused to even look or acknowledge it. He also said that beings that was what the computer charged than that was what he had to collect. I reminded him that he has to ultimately sell products for what they are advertised for, not what their computers may say to charge. It's the law to any company doing business in the United States! I had to continually say that there was an overcharge to him, when he finally very rudely gave me a dollar back in cash. It was insane these two employees wouldn't even look at their own menu board to see the mistake! After I finished eating I asked this same girl what the guy's name was and she said "Anthony". First, I shouldn't have had to continually insist on getting my money back. Secondly, how can this Anthony be your store's manager when he has zero customer service skills, much less no ability to admit mistakes were made in this transaction? If I would have thrown my hands up of it they would have gotten more money than they were entitled to. This Anthony is unprofessional and not appropriately representing your company's brand. He shouldn't be a manager of any company.

    I stood in line for 1 hour! When I ordered my food they tell me they're only accepting cash! Customer HORRIBLE!
