This felt disappointing and, honestly, a bit disrespectful in its execution. While we understand that businesses can set their own policies, the way this was handled left a bad impression and took away from what was otherwise meant to be a positive family outing. The food itself was decent, but the experience surrounding the discount overshadowed our visit. Given our prior positive experience with the Woodchips, this was not what we expected. We hope management considers how these situations are handled in the future, especially when recognizing military service.
