This place sucks. It consistently takes over 30 minutes to make a sub. I have had faster service at a steakhouse.

Good sandwiches. Just be careful ordering online, check in as soon as you get there if the order isn't ready. The manager will push all of the dine in orders ahead of online orders. Four walk-in orders were made while I waited for my four sandwiches to go. After I old her my name for the online order then they said they would make mine. read more

Walked in at 9:55 five minutes before open said just let us know when you're ready. Guy just looked at us didn't say a word. Just grunted and walked outback. Heard a lot of banging and loud noises. at 10:10. He turns the lights on by then more customers came in cheered when he turned the lights on And we asked him if he was ready he just looked at us and didn't say anything so we walked out. Went to Jersey mikes instead. Won't be returning to fire house. read more

Amazing customer service! I went later in the day to pick up a sandwich I planned to eat for lunch the next day. I asked the employee which would be the best to order for the next day and she was kind enough to offer to put the toppings in a cup, separate from the sandwich. At first I declined but she asked if I was sure and reassured me it wasn't a problem at all, so I agreed. It was really kind and helpful! Thank you! That was excellent customer service! read more

They made my sons sandwich on wheat instead of white. I called to let them know that I needed the sandwich remade and then I would be there to pick it up in a few hours because I was on my way to my son's practice and didn't have time to come back immediately. As I was speaking to the gentleman who answered the phone, a woman grabbed the phone from him and said I made that sandwich and I made it correctly, I politely let her know that the sandwich was made correctly but on the wrong bread. After trying to convince me that he asked for wheat bread I told her that I have the ticket and it reads correctly. She exclaimed "I need the sandwich back!" I tried to speak again to repeat what I was telling her co-worker about me coming back later and she interrupted me again. I told her that she keeps interrupting me and her reply was that "she has a lot of orders". Well we just wanted to eat the sandwich without having to call but here we are. I ended the call and told my son to pick another sandwich spot for after school. read more

Firehouse Subs - Wrong bread and bad attitude - Sandwiches Near Me - Lake Orion, Michigan

My girlfriend and i ate here on 2/18/25. We literally walked in 5 mins before close and the floors were just mopped. It was clear that those employees were ready to leave. Could you tell? Nope because they were super friendly like they just opened. My girlfriend and i ordered two subs and gave those poor guys like 10 modifications and they did everything perfect. We ate in my car just because we didn't want to keep them there longer. The subs were very fresh and hot. I wish the firehouse by my house would be as good as this read more

This is my favorite sub place of all times. The Italian is awesome and I tried the new sweet and spicy meatball sub it was amazing.

My wife and attended the Dragon on the Lake festivities this weekend and decided we'd pick up some subs to take home for the Family. The sub they prepared for us had great potential EXCEPT they put so much sauce on all of our sandwiches that they were too soggy to eat and enjoy. We were SO disappointed, but dare not trek back to the restaurant for fear of reprisal to our food. This was a missed opportunity by a franchise with an amazing reputation for serving First Responders. Simply Don't DROWN OUR FOOD. read more

wish i could give 0 stars. the service is terrible and so is the food. ambiance is overall bad too.

I have been to other Firehouse Subs locations and this one is my favorite. The restaurant is in an easy location and parking spots are plentiful. The restaurant itself is always clean and the staff is both helpful and friendly. The food quality is always 5 stars. My son is a picky eater and the staff is always willing to accommodate his needs. They have the Coke Freestyle machine, which is a huge plus. read more

Great menu with tons to choose from. Very clean place with a friendly staff. I got the New York steamer with banana peppers and it was off the hook good. The staff seems to go above the call of a normal fast food sub place. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing food. The young ladies that work here weren't the friendliest, nor the fastest.

First visit. Got a steak & cheese and a tuna sub. Gotta try bot hot & cold, right? Steak & cheese was awesome. Tuna was a 7.5 out of 10. Looking forward to the Itialian sub soon. Zero complaints. read more
