This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Every food item ordered was soggy. The crunch wrap was not crunchy, but almost like it was made earlier in the day. There's no way a crunchy tostada could get that soggy within 3 minutes. the Mexican Pizza was crushed in the bottom of the bag. All 3 tacos were broken like it was intentional. This is probably why places shouldn't employ all teenagers to run the business with no adult supervision. There is absolutely no adherence to any kind of standard at this location. On a side note, the kid who collected my money had a hair style that looked like sideshow bob from the Simpsons. I wonder how much of his hair I ate in my meal. read more

Has gotten way too pricey, like everything else. But, see no value in the pricing for my business anymore.

Service isn't great when you make a Cinnabon delights iced coffee wrong not once but twice. I'm so tired of paying for an order that has zero effort or care put into it. Yeah I get it it's Taco Bell but some people stop here to actually eat. Ambiance was ruined with the smart mouth attitude I was given when asking someone to remake my coffee read more

Are you Freaking kidding me!!!! Got a Mexican Pizza with extra cheese and 2 tacos just meat and cheese. Was completely inedible all for almost $11. The tacos had hardly any cheese on them and meat was cold. The Mexican pizza that I love so much did not have any except cheese and what cheese it did have wasn't even hardly melted and the whole thing was like I pulled it from the fridge. The heck with Taco Bell if they are giving me this crap that went into garbage when I can get better at a real Mexican restaurant for cheaper read more

Something which would improve this Taco Bell is staying open until the time provided on the door and online. Tonight a girl asked us if we were getting a mobile order in the drive thru. We said no, so she asked us to hold. After waiting, some guy came to the drive thru speaker and told us Taco Bell had decided to close due to very little staff. read more

This is a pretty good Taco Bell. I've stopped here from time to time over the years. Today, the service was friendly and quick. I came during rush hour traffic close to dinner time and was able to get in and out in a matter of minutes. The order was also correct, always a bonus. The food was made well. How bad could you mess up here? It's Taco Bell, either you are a fan of the food, or you aren't. I had the Mexican pizza, classic and crispy, something to try if you've never ordered it. A cheesy Gordita crunch, like a double decker taco minus the beans, a house favorite. Plus the frito burrito from the value menu, really good, hope it stays on the menu long term. I don't often eat in the dining room at this location. This was a carry out. The only complaint I would have it that they didn't include any napkins, and this food could get fairly messy. Most carry out joints include napkins, forks, and condiments in the bag. read more

LONGEST LINE EVER. SUPER SLOW AND INACCURATE SERVICE. I feel bad giving a 1 start but we have tried this location many times and we never have everything correct - always missing something or something is made incorrectly. The line is always long unless you go in - which i recommend since the drive through is nuts. read more

I ordered 2 crispy tacos supremas and a grilled cheese steak burrito in the drive through. I asked for diablo sauce. I received soft tacos and what looked to be regular ground beef grilled cheese burrito. All very bland. No diablo sauce just "hot sauce" (which is super bland and boring). It was a chore to eat this stuff. Very disappointed. It had been awhile since I'd been to a Taco Bell. The food is mediocre at best and there is no excuse for getting the order WRONG ON ALL COUNTS. And it is expensive!! read more

The worst service. It took 10 minutes just to get my order and there was only one car in front of me. Same slow service last time but thought maybe they were short handed but today tons of people working they just work ridiculously slow. If the service doesn't get better I will drive to the one 10 minutes down the road and it will still take the same time but I will be less frustrated. read more

This location is always fast at the drive thru and the food is always decent. Much better than some other taco bell locations in the area.

We ordered from this Taco Bell through Grub Hub, so a portion of our dissatisfaction is attributed to the driver. But, most of the fault lies with this location. First, a drink was missing of 3 ordered. We had 3 combos...the tip off should be that every combo comes with a drink. Second, my Mexican Pizza was smashed because they put it on the bottom of the bag, under tacos, a burrito and multiple Gorditas. Third, the food was really cold. That is a grub Hub issue and not really attributed to Taco Bell. We have had one correct order in the last two years, out of about 10 orders. We can't wait for the new TB location to open in LO. Then we can stop crossing our fingers that this one gets it right. read more

The worst customer service and the worst food. I paid an extra $1.20 for lettuce and tomato to be added to my bean burrito. There was 6 tomato pieces an a few tiny strands of lettuce not to mention the smallest amount of beans. The employees were very rude and stated that was "standard proportions". I What a waste of $$$. The food is standard taco bell, you know (or should know) what to expect. My issue with this Taco Bell is the horrible, horrible wait times. Twice now, I've sat in the line for 25 minutes which in my opinion, defeats the whole idea of "fast food". Here is a pro management tip Taco Bell Manager from me to you; many people are going to be coming here during lunch hours; i.e. 11-2. Please get some extra help. Thank you. Then there are the customers who don't seem to know what is on the menu here. After staring at it for a good three minutes. Astonishing I know but sure enough yesterday, I hear a lady asking "What do you have for drinks?" "What sizes?" -- um lady, it's a freaking taco bell; they have the exact same crap at each one and didn't I see you intently studying it like it contained the secret for long life? Order your shit and keep the line moving! So between the many clueless patrons in line who do not seem to know what is on the menu and terrible time management by the employees, this location is agonizingly slow. If you have limited lunch time, seriously think about going somewhere else. read more

Got the instant craps. Need I say more? Bring some TP with you and don't expect anything decent for food.

Unfortunately, I wrote most of my review in my "tip" section while we were TRYING to order food. If you do not have a lot of time, try somewhere else because there is NO WAY to every get through this place in reasonable time. Our last trip took way too long because they could not figure out a gift card that we got as a gift.... so, we had to reorder our food numerous times. The only saving grace was after 5 times or so, our food was just given to us- FREE. As it should have been for having to wait so long! We were pulled into this place to try their new spicy grillers.... which were sadly nothing special. I really wanted to like them.... but they were not even spicy. Eh. All the rest of the food is average- they do not over do or under do it. But like other yelpers have said, the place is very unclean and it takes FOREVER to get food.... so, unless you really need to fix your tbell craving... find somewhere else! read more

Food is typical Taco Bell quality however, this is the slowest most poorly managed Taco Bell I've been to. During a typical lunch weekday, they will have at most, 3 people preparing food. It takes a very long time to process orders. The store is very understaffed and slow as a result. In the few times I tried breakfast there, it was very difficult to know if they're open. There are no lights on implying they're open. The street sign is dark and one time, there seemed to be people working at 7:30 am however, after sitting at the drive thru order sign for a couple of minutes. . . . no one made a peep. With a sure fire brand like Taco Bell, it's disappointing to see it run so poorly. It is very unlikely that I'll try this Taco Bell again unless I'm desperate and there is NO ONE in front of me. If you're in a hurry, or have less than 20+ to wait for a couple of tacos, keep heading down the road. Speaking of down the road.... There is a McDonald's about 1000 feet away from Taco Bell, and the difference in how each restaurant run (efficiency, speed, consistency) is as stark as could be. . Also, the people working at McDonald's are shockingly courteous (in a good way). . The best thing that could happen to this Taco Bell would be if the same owner and manager that runs the McDonald's bought it and fixed it. read more

I stupidly returned to this nasty location. My baby girl got shots and requested it. It's still just as slow as ever. Disgusting drink station (see photo). I'm done with this place. Poorly managed store. Extremely long wait times. If you receive the wrong order from this location, please call, I'm certain the response will be entertaining. As an update, after being told to mention the discrepancy at my next order. At my next order, the store then asked for a receipt from months ago and did not honor the mistake. I'm confident a 3rd grade class could manage a store better than this. read more

It's not good trust me. It was super cold and had my food took forever even tho they have like 10 people working

Even though they remodeled this Taco Bell a few years back (it randomly burned down), it is still gross. Well maybe they keep it decently clean, but I swear the employees aren't ever washing their hands and they don't handle to 'food' properly (I might not even agree they serve real food, but that's a different story). If you want real Mexican go down the street to Sagebrush Cantina. Oh, and the main reason I hate this place is because one time they gave me the incorrect change, and stiffed me nearly $30 bucks. I had to demand to talk to the manager and she would not give me my change. She said at the end of the day if the register was over then she would call me and I could come back and get my money. Well shockingly enough they said it wasn't and I never got my money back. I am sure the kid behind the counter pocketed it. DISLIKE. read more

Wow, just wow. The disrespect I just endured at this Taco Bell was absurd. I come through the drive through, there is one person in-front of me ordering and as I order another pulls up behind me. Now I bring this up for what happens in this particular story, yes, there have been more absolutely ridiculous rude interactions before. Except now I'm fed up. Any who, we pull up to our window, the young lady at the window swings it open and SNATCHES my card. Now I understand this isn't anything to get upset about but this WASN'T the only uneasy occurrence in this trip. We then start getting out food and our freezes, she hands me the freeze and it's the wrong one. She admits she couldn't hear me when I ordered it says "well I have other peop.." doesn't finish the word people and then SLAMS The window on me ... WHAT ?! I then ask if I may please have the drink I ordered. To which she rolled her eyes and slammed the door again. Now the manager walks up, "CALL 1800tacobell" so unprofessional read more

Today I ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwich tacos and I have to say as usual with the Taco Bell located on m24 near down town lake Orion that I'm beyond disappointed. The lack of effort they put into their food is absolutely insane! With the sandwich tacos it's supposed to come with jalapeños and their spicy chipotle sauce. Everyone working there needs to be fired immediately and they need new management because this is frankly sad how trash their food is. Easy for me to say I'm never going back to this trash hole I extremely hope they get management for example like the ones in Saginaw by the SVSU campus which I was there this weekend And they're absolutely amazing the food there is absolutely What every Taco Bell should strive for. However the only thing I'm surprised the Taco Bell on m24 got right this time was putting the damn straws in the bag without forgetting unlike 90% of my encounters with this establishment. Will never consider coming back until new management has been put in place. I feel like a Karen or whatever the male equivalent is for a Karen maybe Stewart or something but anyway when I spend my hard earned money I expect AT LEAST decent quality. I cannot express this enough save you're self the time, money, hassle, and stomach pains and do not go to this garbage place. If I could give only half a star for remembering the straws I would otherwise I'd give zero stars if possible read more

I would never typically waste my time writing a yelp review about a fast food restaurant but when I've ordered from the drive-thru 4 times and of those 4 times, the order has been messed up every single time, I figure the review is warranted. I live in downtown Lake Orion so it's the only close option otherwise I would have stopped after they messed up the 3rd time but I figured, hey, they can't POSSIBLY mess up again...WRONG. The Lake Orion Taco Bell is quite possibly the worst restaurant in the State. They have about 7 basic ingredients simply packaged in different shells yet they still can't get the most basic order right. It takes 20 minutes or more to get through the drive thru no matter the time of day/night. They package the food so poorly that the wrappers are often disintegrating making it impossible to open and eat the "food" without using a fork. Ownership/management ought to be ashamed of the product they sell. My last 3 visits have resulted in me throwing away at least one item per visit. Restaurant of last resort. Never again will I choose to go to this so-called fast food restaurant. read more
