This McDonald's location has always seemed to be fine with me every time my family and I visit. When you order they give you a number to place at your table and then when your food is done someone brings it out to you. The food seems to be hot and fresh. The employees there are always kind. The dining room is quite large, so finding a seat shouldn't be a problem. I haven't ordered through the drive-thru yet so not sure about how well that experience is. Love the Carmel frappes! read more

Terribly rude employee, the woman with the very LOUD mouth--she should be reprimanded the way she talks bad to regular customers. Back way to enjoy a meal. read more

I skipped the drive thru line to get my Diet Coke because they gave me a Reg Coke and I'm Diabetic , instead of asking me to move forward and wait for the correct drink that I already paid for and waited in the line, they threw a screaming fit and yelled for the Manager and Angie the Manager also threw a Screaming fit , just because they didn't want to wait on the Automatic Drink Machine to make my Correct Drink!!! I would like to ask anyone that gets a Wrong drink to skip the Line and Watch the Managers Response because it's a Freak Show read more

So this past Sunday, my daughter was at McDonald's going through the drive-through and for some reason and somehow the girl dropped her phone in the fryer and now the GM will not reach back out. They do not answer the phone when she tries to call. Why was my daughter's phone by the fryer in the first place because the manager cannot do her job properly highly recommend not going to this location cause it is ran by incompetent people that don't have any common sense read more

Amazing food! My granddaughter and I went to this establishment after she got out of school. She was overjoyed when I told her I was taking her! She loves it there! When we got there, we walked into the restaurant and we ordered food. We sat down after this delightful young lady sat us down at our table and served us our food! I can't remember her name but she was impeccable. After eating our lunch, we got some ice cream and it was the best! Great experience! 5 stars would recommend! read more

Any time I come here I ask for no cheese receipt and all says no cheese but I forget that they don't read enough or make sure that they throw together is actually right read more

Just ordered food tonight. So disappointed. They always mess up my order no matter what they forget something always and they expect them to get a higher pay rating. Screw that if you can't get my order right? How do you guys expect higher pay? They done lost my service for good. It's the last straw read more

Food was good I liked it a lot so did my grand baby's. the service could have been better but it was okay.

Horrible service waited over 50 Minutes In Curbside order for my food just for them to tell me to go inside and ask the manager where the manager told me I have to order everything again and pay them again instead of just making my food for me even though I already payed! Horrible Customer Service And I never got my food. read more

Waited 40 minutes on food only to be told our order was lost. Manager remade order but didn't offer to comp the order like a decent human being. employees are poorly trained management sucks and food is mediocre at best. read more

Absolutely worst iced coffee I have ever gotten out of McDonald's no taste no ice ridiculous no flavoring. Never go to this McDonald's for an iced coffee, probably not for anything else either. read more

I placed the following order in the drive thru: Kids 4pc chicken nugget meal w/fries, apple slices and milk. Did not receive the milk Large 2cheeseburger combo w/diet coke- correct order Large Big Mac combo w/reg coke- received a diet coke instead of regular coke and the large fry was barely half full. It was 4:15 in the afternoon and drive thru was not busy at all. What do I need to do to get a correct order? I have worked in fast food and am aware of the process. I have an unhappy grandchild and a diet coke I can't drink and half my fries missing. Very disappointing McDonalds read more

If you have fifteen minutes to spare, are tired of getting hot food and don't need straws or napkins, you can order using the app, park in one of the mobile order slots, enter your slot number and they will bring out your meal. I am not sure if they are promising same day service or one hour martinizing, but not much more! Literally, it took fifteen minutes, my food was cold and no straws or napkins! read more

Ive gotta say this food was absolutely amazing. service was really good. and it wasnt too loud exept for the random beeps.

Went to get some food for me and my fiancee and her Double Quarter Deluxe tasted like they had dumped the salt shaker on it. The 2 fish sandwiches had very little tarter sauce on them. We have always loved McDonald's but they just keep getting worse. read more

Not too busy. Standing around talking. Trash all over the floors. Trash and food on most tables. One employee came out got numbers off of tables shouldn't have been able to miss Trash on the floor. Update 2/2019: After 7 months we decided to try this McDonald's again, and I'm pleased to say the atmosphere has changed. Everyone was super nice, our food was hot, and no one told us we ordered too much (three meals and a kid's meal once again). Original Review: WORST MCDONALD's EVER!!!! My grandma and I went to this McDonald's to order two grilled chicken meals, one crispy chicken meal, and one chicken nugget kids meal--all with unsweetened teas. First, they told me we ordered TOO MUCH food for the drive thru. Three meals and a kids meal (no special stuff) is too much!?! Second, they gave me the WRONG FOOD. I tried to hand the food back through the window and they told me to leave. I said, "this is the wrong food." The MANAGER was standing there the whole time as they refused to give me the right food. I was ORDERED to leave. If it was just me, I would have chalked it up to bad customer service, but they were incredibly rude to my 82-year-old grandma. She was practically in tears!!! She has visited this McDonald's every single week for the last 13 years without fail. For her to have this experience with me at the window is unacceptable. How horrible do people have to be to make an elderly woman this upset?! read more

I so wish I could write a better review but can't.. we usually come here every couple of weeks just to grab a bite to eat. Tonight I was give the wrong order, and charged for the wrong food. I called the store and they told me the could remake my order but they are unable to give me a refund ?? They remade my order and yet it still came out wrong and I had food still missing. Giving 2 stars because the staff was very understanding and did try but was still unable to do it correctly. read more

they messed up my order. when I got to the window they tried handing me 3 different orders and then proceeded to laugh in my face. employees are very rude. read more

Every time I've visited this McDonald's I've always had issues with employees and their poor attitude. Yes half of them are kids but even the adults have poor and rude attitudes as well. Shouldn't have to feel like it's a crime when I ask for my drink cups or extra sauces for my nuggets. And to tell me there's no toys left and that's why my child didnt get one in his happy meal? Would have like to know that in the beginning so my child wouldn't be disappointed when they opened it up. read more

Went in the drive thru for a mango pineapple smoothie, was asked to wait at the 1st window, waited 20 minutes before anyone came to ask me what I was waiting for. I understand things happen but you can at least train your employees to check in so people know what's going on. Worked here for two years, not that hard. read more

They want $15 an hour but they can't make a simple McDouble with ketchup, onion, and cheese only. The lack of knowledge and copious amount of laziness shows that they don't deserve $15 an hour let alone $10 an hour read more

This is the closest store to me. On each visit the staff is friendly and attempt the speediest service possible. The food is usually hot and as fresh as you can get for fast food. The store is located in one of the busiest areas of Lancaster so seeing long lines, especially at the drive thru, is typical. The only thing keeping the store from being rated a four, for me, is the long lines. Two drive thru order prompters, a determined staff, and lines are still long. read more

Went through drive through and charged for a hashbrown I didn't receive but the quality of the breakfast was good so 2 out of 5

Foods good but they keep yelling at the employees who are trying their best and then complain to customers about it. very unprofessional

Looking to have a decaffeinated iced coffee this morning. McDonalds drive thru attendant stated McDonald no longer serves decaffeinated coffee at all let alone iced decaffeinated coffee. Offered me regular coffee instead. Why offer me regular coffee after I ask for decaf, most people drink decaf coffee for a reason. Attendant also messed up remainder of order, so I just canceled the order and went elsewhere. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant, I went through drive through, and ordered a CRISPY chicken wrap meal and a sundae WITH nuts. I triple checked to make sure they understood these two things because it's how I prefer my meal. I get to the window and see my sundae has no nuts so I ask, and they reassure me they are in the bag. I trust them and take my food and drive back to work. Upon getting back to work I realize that there are in fact NO nuts in my bag, and when I got to eat my CRISPY chicken wrap it is grilled. Will not be eating at a McDonald's again anytime soon. read more

Rude customer service. After trying to use a promotion deal the manager and woman at the counter were not trying to help

This is the largest and busiest Mcdonald's I've ever been to. The dining room is huge, and they always have four or more registers open to handle all the customers inside, plus the dual lane drive-thru to handle the outside customers. As for the other review, I've never noticed a problem with any of the employees or managers looking like dirt bags. The restaurant also always has an employee dedicated to cleaning and stocking the always busy dining room. read more
