I have never had Firehouse Subs before tonight and let me tell you... it was FANTASTIC! I honestly think it is the absolute best Club sub I have ever eaten! it is an 11/10 for sure! the staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was clean and in excellent condition, and it was made fresh. The bread was soft, the meat was stacked high, and the toppings were perfect! needless to say, I am OVERLY IMPRESSED! Knocked it outta the park Firehouse Subs! Great job! read more

FINALLY decided to try this place a few months ago and overall me and my wife have been very pleased. Of course the prices are up there. But what food place isn't? The staff is nice. The food tastes amazing. The store is clean. The sandwiches are a much better quality compared to Subway by far. Only wish we had a car again or they delivered to Logan We often talk about how much we miss having it available closer to us. read more

First, I really like Firehouse subs. With that said, this location is horrible. It seems to be managed very poorly. This isn't the first time that they have understaff the place. Tonight one poor girl was having to manage everything. It was a Saturday night and was very busy. She was awesome and did her best, but I blame the manager for the extremely long wait. I ordered one large sub and it took 35 mins. The manger came in making a fair amount of excuses. He then made my sandwich, which I ordered a large Hook & Ladder. When I got home, you can imagine how frustrated I was to realize one half of the sandwich didn't have any meat at all. read more

This place is very hit or miss when it comes to service, and lately it seems to be mostly miss! The most recent experience is likely the last straw for me! It's too bad because the subs are good (usually!!) The problem is the service, and more specifically the managers. We placed an order online. No issues. Paid, got the confirmation screen, receipt and email confirmation. When we arrived at the store the manager said they never got the order. No problem. I showed her the receipt and the email, but she continued to tell me that she never got anything and never offered any kind of solution! After some back and forth, she finally relented and said "I guess I can look at the computer, what was the name?" She looked it up, found it and without even the slightest apology said "I don't know why it didn't print. We'll have to make it for you." Fine! No big deal, her attitude aside, tech glitches happen, so we proceeded to wait for our food. But wait! There's more! The three other employees were obviously new and weren't doing much. One of them, wearing gloves, was sweeping the floor while the other two started on our order. They asked the sweeper if she knew how to make one of the subs we ordered. She said yes and they asked her to come back behind the counter to make it. So she stops sweeping, heads around the counter, drops the broom and dust pan on the floor and without missing a beat proceeds to grab the bread with her same gloved hands she had been using while sweeping and starts making the sandwich!! Didn't wash her hands, didn't even bother to take the gloves off. At that point I was done. I mentioned to the manager (who was standing right there watching the whole thing) and she got all bent out of shape because I called it out. I asked for a refund, which was another whole ordeal. Needless to say, we won't be ordering online from that location ever again, and will only order from them, in person, if the manager on duty at least appears to care! read more

I walked in to an empty store just before lunch time and waited over 20 minutes for this? And paid over $8 for this? Really? The food tastes good, but the portions are terribly disappointing. I'll go back there sometime between when hell freezes over and NEVER. Next time I'll go to Jimmy Johns if I want a sandwich and don't want to be LATE back to work. read more

owners of this locations is horrible. I literally made it 2 days working there. 1. No training leaving new employees with teenagers who stand around 2. Employees cussing in front of customers. 3. No breaks for employees(they are scared to take them due to the owners) 4. no towels, was told to get old ones out of the dirty laundry bag and wash them. 5. meat smelt bad, young employee would not get new, said serve it. 6. owners do not communicate in timely manner to new or old employees. 7. food not changed into new containers at night. 8. young employees standing around, not waiting on customers and not working as a team. This could be a wonderful restaurant, but the owners are rude, unprofessional and do not have the time to train or respond to employees. Older employees are bullied by younger employees and everyone is to worried about their title and not working together. 9. NO COMMUNICATION Owners need help with running this business, not enough supplies to work properly. Need employees that care about their job and what product they put out. Employees do not need to be ignored or scared of an owner. read more

I think this Firehouse sub business is very inexperienced. I used to go to the one in Pickerington, and they had a much nicer store, and the food was great. This one seems like they make a lot of mistakes, and the subs just weren't up to par read more

Made my first visit today because of a good recommendation. Ordered an Italian sub and found it to be good although a little heavy with mayo. The only off putting part was a spat between what I assume was the manager and a coworker. It lasted the entire time I was there and was difficult to watch. Issues like this needs to be addressed in private and not in front of customers. read more

Went this evening because I hadn't had a sub in awhile. The two girls did not have hats or hair nets on. The guy who I believe was the manager kept pushing his glasses up with his gloves hands and not changing the gloves. They were taking their dear time making the orders. If they would have just made all of the orders they had in stead of playing around and worrying about the person doing the dishes and getting them done. They would have had all the orders out within 15 to 20 minutes. My family and I will never be coming back. Also, if you go in the day time all you here is owner screaming and yelling at the staff. read more
