The pizza got flipped over and like 8 pieces ruined, and instead of just taking care of me giving me a credit or hell even a small discount they decided to have me drive all the way back in to show it to them and then make me wait to make me another one, this wouldn't have been as bad if I didn't have to pee really really bad and there's no bathroom in store, and the manager didn't even apologize when I got there just made it seem like I was inconveniencing them, this used to be my favorite pizza place when I lived here before, but if you don't have the right people in charge, you lose customers even a family of 7! Sad really. Then my make up pizza they gave me I get home and it's cut at the wrong angle so a quarter of the pizza that would be just cheese has pepperoni pieces on it. Bacon Ranch Pizza was awesome. A bit pricey, but it was worth it. Definitely will go there whenever I want a pizza from now on.

Pizza was doughy, delivery was fast .... Disappointed it wasn't cooked longer....called and complained, they blamed it on the humidity. They offered to make another pizza or credit our account. We accepted the credit. We usually get very good pizza from here. The salad your way is always excellent ! ***************************** They credited us the price of the pizza ... Christy's has some of the better pizza I've ever eaten. They have specialty pizzas like the chicken bacon ranch pizza which I highly recommend! They have been fast and friendly the few times we have ordered there. Also, we have only lived in the area a few months and we have had two free pizzas from there so far because they give out tons of coupons! Usually their pizza is outstanding, but I learned that they are not consistent. I ordered a large NY style pep and cheese with hot peppers. Extra cheese and extra sauce. Pep on top. I was a little worried that with extra sauce it would be too much. They usually put a lot of sauce on their pizzas. I don't know who made it, but it was drier than a desert. No extra cheese and veryfew peppers. I paid extra for extra sauce and cheese. Also tipped the delivery person ( not their fault). Got online and complained, but didn't get any feedback. Awesome staffed totally forgot to order pizza without specific topping, they remade pizza with no problem & at no extra cost, the pizza was delicious & they also have this cool point system where you can earn points with purchases towards free extras (sides, drinks, etc) and/or pizzas. read more

Ive lived on west walnut for years and ive ordered from here many times. Just this year when i called to order a pizza i got told i had to pick it up from the police department because of something that happened to a driver. That being said ive had to not get your pizza, but tonight my husband saw a delivery guy of yours pull up in front if my house, get out with bag in hand and go across the street to concord manor to deliver. So we called to order and were told cant deliver to my house. So either your company is discriminating against me for some reason or that driver in particular not only delivered pizza but also maybe got some drugs. Pisses me off read more
