This is the absolute worst pizza place around. I ordered food at 5:21 and was quoted 1 hour. I received a call at 6:29 verifying my address because they tried to deliver to the wrong address, which was wrong on their end. I verified my address and was told it would be there. At 6:33 I called in to check on my order, and was told they would send it out. I asked if it would be cold, and was told yes it's on top of the oven. I requested my food to be remade and expected some reimbursement. I was greeted on the phone by a man saying she (the owner) said one or the other, I asked to speak with her and he told me she wasn't there. The man stated it was one or the other, when I got frustrated he hung up on me. I called back and said please don't hang up on me, another man answered; stating he was the owner and very aggressive with me offering the same thing. He told me I was looking for free food, and I didn't want that at all. I stated I didn't think this was right, and I have 3 kids waiting to eat. When I didn't give in he began yelling at me, stating he was the owner. He went as far as saying "I don't know you, but you are a nasty bitch!". This is absolutely insane for anyone to speak to a customer this way. I was not rude to him, even though he interpreted it that way. Stay away from this pizza place!!! read more

Really great pizza and affordable. Good amount of toppings, cheesy too. We tried the Italian sub which was good, mozzarella cheese sticks were crispy and hot. Delivery was within promised time which is great for a Friday evening. The only reason they didn't receive a '5' was because of the immaturity shown by the individual taking the phone order. They were giggling, laughing last Friday evening. I'm all for fun but don't have conversations and play around while talking to the customer. The Friday before, the girl seemed to not want to be there doing the job. I say 'thank you' and 'bye' before hanging up the phone and expect to not be hung up on. My fiancé and I used to like coming to this place for the awesome wings, pizza, drinks, and karaoke! It was a fun little small town bar. However, the final time we went, we were horrible mistreated by a couple of patrons over a bar seat they had left. They had went outside for a moment before we got in and left their wallet on the counter. Trying to be a good person we turn it in to the bar staff. The patrons came in and immediately demanded that we move seats. We did and they still continued to cause problems with us. It got to a point that one of the bar owners threatened to fight me and stuck up for the rude patrons. We are never coming back to this place due to the service of the bar staff and the types of patrons that they allow in there that are disrespectful. You should avoid this place too read more

I have had some decent pizza from Mike's pizza in the past, when dining in or carry-out, but asking for delivery seemed reasonable. But, it wasn't. I was quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hour delivery time, which is quite long for a Wednesday evening. But, I said fine. I live 5 to 7 minutes away. Over 1 hr and 40 minutes later, I call the restaurant and am greeted with excuses, by the owner, nonetheless!! Wow, no apologies, no what can I do for you? But, instead, I hear excuses about ovens and that I have an attitude, yes, I, the customer have an attitude. I am searching for answers, yet am told its my fault, it's my attitude- I should suck it up and understand their pathetic excuses for my obscenely late delivery, with no apologies or offers at all, period. Owner says customer you are wrong, period. BTW, when I was on the phone, I initially was told my pizza was out for delivery, then I was told it was about done in the oven (2 hrs after order, what?!?!?!). So, I say, no thanks. It's way too late for the pizza &, btw, YOUR OWNER attitude sucks. Flash forward ten more minutes, ding dong. Pizza delivery.
