We at here before a concert. It was easy to find, and it was BUSY!!! Woah. We decided to eat inside, and it was actually quiet in the dining room which was nice. It was clean and quiet. We ordered from the kiosk, and they delivered the food to our table. Easy peasy. The food was freshly made and nicely assembled. We got QPCs no onions and large fries. We loved it. What in the actual heck is happening here? I mean, McDonald's... we all know the bar is LOW to begin with but I feel as though they intentionally did the limbo to make sure they perform UNDER the already extremely low bar. 1. Rude - staff was plain rude, they literally asked "what do you want?" via the drive-thru speaker. No greeting, no personality. 2. They got the order wrong twice in the drive-thru microphone. When we got to the window to pay, I asked to confirm the order... they were sorely inconvenienced. They did read it back, it was wrong for the third time. They "corrected" the order. When we got to the window to pick up our order... you can fill in the blank. 3. At the final window, the order was completely wrong. Drinks, food, all of it was wrong. We were made to feel completely inconvenienced by the entire staff at the window. We were so problematic by asking for the correct order, four times consecutively. All in all, management, get your staff together and fix it. This is not acceptable. Seriously, you should be ashamed of your entire staff and performance. Being a McDonald's is not an excuse to be this horrible. read more

McDonald's how did you get to this point. Your stores have been designed to be cold and non inviting. The ordering experience is terrible with kiosks that are difficult at best to operate. The wait time is ridiculous and the food is no longer as good as it once was. It used to be an inviting fun place for families and now it's a cafeteria. Thank god Cracker Barrel listened and didn't destroy their restaurants. McDonald's needs a complete overhaul and they need to go back to actual customer service, good food and an inviting atmosphere. read more

We went through the drive through and got happy meals and McFlurrys and everything was good. The people were nice except for when we got to the window to get our McFlurrys, we saw the guy hand mixing them instead of using a machine and we went to ask him why and he said "we have a machine but I felt like mixing it by hand". read more

Always on point. These guys have big rushes on lock down and always get my order right. Staff is trained really well; super friendly and they always make sure there's 1 napkin per item in to go orders. This is an "example" of what McDonald's should be. I did not think it was possible for McD's to produce poor quality fries, but if you want some, this is the place to get them. Overcooked, dry, cold- you name it, that's their fries. Cashiers often do not know what they are doing. They have not yet installed ordering kiosks at this location, but they should do so ASAP so your orders are processed more quickly and correctly. read more

First off it is a small McDonalds for the area. Ordered a big breakfast and the cashier acted like she didn't know what I was ordering. They got our order together and when I asked for strawberry preservatives the manager said that they don't get the strawberry jelly there. I have traveled quite a lot and this is the first time I have ever heard that one. The AC was on full blast when it was only 65 out and it was 9am in the morning. Not only did we freeze to death but our food was cold faster than we could eat it. Went to empty the tray into the trash and the garbage was full. Upon leaving we notice a few dead bugs on the floor. I am not at all impressed, this place is way too slow for these conditions, and really not happy with the visit overall. I will next time drive the extra 20 minutes to tilton where they seem to have the whole act down perfectly. Management needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness and ordering of supplies than helping the workers that there was plenty of on the drive thru instead. I will pass next time! read more

I realize it's a portion control restaurant, but when ordering large fries - less than a 1/2 full container really is not good business....

The food is like any other McDonald's franchise but the management at this particular location is so bad the franchise owners association needs to hire new staff you don't treat ur employees like shit I had a friend who worked at this location and was told one of the shift leads told him that he shouldn't be working there if he can't afford anything a shift leader shouldn't say that to a 16 year old that leaves you open to legal action. But anyway the food was good usually experience but today I had a disrespectful cashier giving me dirty looks and making comments on my Cologne saying wow that's strong I can't breath and continued to gesture that and it was kinda offending me they way she was doing it.
